This is a great location for any traveler, but especially for big families who have different lodging needs! There are RV pads, tent locations, cabins, motel rooms, and houses to rent! A wonderful small creek runs down the middle near a great restaurant. Restrooms with showers are also available on the property! A great gas station with a convenience store nearby for all your needs! 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon NP. We had a great time with our family of 35!

My wife and I stayed here recently on our Honeymoon as we travel around America and Canada. We absolutely loved this place. We had a little cabin and a nice place to park our car.We had dinner at their restaurant, where they had live music and good food.We were served by Kesley (I hope that is the right spelling). Kesley was such a great waitress and made us feel so welcome.Only a short drive to Bryce Canon which is one of the most beautiful natural landscapes I have ever seen!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin makes you feel like you re living in a simpler time. Was very clean and I loved how each cabin had its own private back yard with a fire pit and hammock! Pool and hot tub were nice. Location wise was also great, next to Showdowns which was a delicious restaurant and not far at all to Bryce National Park.

We are a family from Germany and stayed here for two nights. The accommodation is spacious and clean. But the most extraordinary thing is the hospitality with which one is received. On our entire trip, which lasted several weeks, we were never welcomed so warmly. All I can say is that you immediately notice that it is family-run and that individuality is a top priority. Not an anonymous stay like in a hotel chain. I was allowed to make a video call in the reception area without any problems and since no breakfast is offered here, there was free coffee for everyone in the gas station next door which is also run by the same family. We were recognized there and we felt at home. When I lost my wallet at the gas station, they even brought it back to me. We would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again should we be in the area.

This place is WONDERFUL! The cabins are adorable and clean, the pool is perfect. There is a great restaurant with live music and a firepit right on the grounds. The gal at the front desk was so helpful. We met a lovely server at the restaurant that was just fantastic. She ended up being the daughter of the owners. Within a 1 block radius, there is a store, laundromat, gas station, pizza place and a bank. You will want for nothing if you stay at this place.

Only two complaints we had here. The first is the noise. Rooms have thin walls and noise from the neighbors is quite loud. Also one of the building doors would slam shut violently whenever someone entered or exited. It was annoying and constant. They could add a door device to prevent this slamming.Secondly, the toilet flushes extremely weak and became clogged. There was no plunger in the room.Otherwise, we liked the rustic, country style of the place.

Wonderful 2 night stay in our little cabin. Staff are all very sweet at front desk as well as at the restaurant. Food was good and had good options for all tastes. It was also very affordable (cabin and food). We were very pleased with the cabin. It was clean and comfortable, but also very charming!! Absolutely loved it.Also loved that it was pretty quiet on the street. It's nice when taking a walk in the area or sitting outside. We enjoyed the outdoor area for a camp fire and it's very private as they installed a wooden fence witch we appreciated a lot.It is also well situated when visiting Bryce Canyon. If we had more time, I would have booked a third night.I recommend staying there without hesitation.

Clean rooms and lots of outdoor area. Also, the little microwave/fridge nook with a counter and stools is handy (this was an amenity in the two twin bed rooms, not sure about the others). Sadly, we did not know the pool and hot tub did not open until April 1, so our kids were sad about that! The gas station next door is really big and has a lot of knick knacks to look at.

If you and/or your family are looking for a place to camp at Bryce but also want other amenities, look no further. Very reasonable prices. Includes clean showers and even a pool. The pool was especially nice as we spent a long hot day in the Bryce sun. Will definitely return.Fyi, make sure to bring only one tent or you will be charged more.

This place is stretched out nicely, multiple grills, picnic areas and swings sitting areas . It's beautifully landscaped. The rooms are small very clean, the property is outstanding. The pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Several fools wrote the hot tub is not working, wrong the hot tub has a blue cover to keep water hot, it is not cement. Some people don't inspect what they expect. I highly recommend this motel. 5 stars easily. Restaurant is outstanding. 6 stars

Spent one night here with a few friends while on a motorcycle trip recently. It was an absolute pleasure! What a unique and family owned operation. Food at the restaurant was great and they had a very impressive selection of local craft beers. The hotel rooms are showing signs of age but they were very comfortable and spotless! The young lady that waited on us at dinner was the daughter of the owners and she was a real joy, it was refreshing to see a happy, energetic and engaging young person! I am going to make this a regular stop on my motorcycle excursions in this area.

I stayed 2 nights in a motel room. Check in was fast and friendly and very informative. Room was on the small side but semi-updated and clean (they still use old keys which really need to be replaced). Bed was comfortable. Shining star was the office staff. Always friendly and helpful. I had dinner at Showdowns, carry out to my room and the hamburger was actually very good. Showdowns is very laid back dining. I'd certainly recommend if you are looking for a budget motel. I'd certainly stay there again based even just on the staff service.

We camped here and it was extremely cheap with lots of amenities! Hot showers, bathrooms, outdoor pool and hot tub, and a restaurant with live music!Nearby activities: Very close to Bryce Canyon and especially the Mossy Cave trail!

I'll admit given the price of this motel I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be a charming and nice stay. Small room, but adequate. No closet but refrigerator and bar seating against a wall (which had enough room to have included a closet). Decent bed and bathroom, although no fan or window in bathroom. No safe in room, but fast wifi. Great restaurant for dinner, and a breakfast / lunch grill at a gas station a short walk away. Short drive to Bryce Canyon National Park. Great value.

Amazing experience. Took a campsite. Unlike camping on plain ground, we pitched our tent on the edge of a large grass patch, hung hammock, changed in the very clean bathroom+shower cabin and got to the pool. Pool itself was 3 ft on one side and 5 ft on the other, with length approximately 15 feet or so. Ambient temp water. Clean. The spa on the side is maybe 6ft by 6ft and 3 ft deep, with steps on the side to sit, hot water, and water jet. Runs for 15 minutes in one go. Then there is a button to press to activate the jets for another 15 minutes.RV parking along the side of the camping spot. The vibe was fun. There is a firepit to start fire. But we did not light one.The showdown restaurant had live music in the evening. Great ambience. Would recommend it to anyone in the blink of an eye.

Awesome and quaint cabins! Really beautiful and close to Bryce National park. Staff are friendly and the rooms had warm water and individual heaters - really beautiful amenities and a fun restaurant on the property

We were traveling with friends and had a standard room with two queens and a 2-bedroom suite. The 2-bedroom suite was impressive - lots of space and well furnished. It is actually part of a house that has been converted into separate suites, so was house-like than hotel-like. The suite also had an EXCELLENT binder of activities nearby with lengthy descriptions, photos, and directions and time to get to each (the standard room did not have this binder of information). We were lucky and got a room with a view for the standard room, facing the hillside (and no extra fee for the view :)). We were pleasantly surprised to find the outdoor pool was heated, which was necessary as it was quite cool outside. We were visiting Bryce Canyon National Park and this place was well situated for that. Plenty of hot water for the shower.

The restaurant on site was great. I loved the food and the live music! The staff were awesome and friendly. The room was clean! Our room location wasn't that great, it was located by the front door so we heard every person come and go as long as we were in the room. Sort of a unwelcome wake up call at 5am. This was our only downside.

My husband and I did an anniversary trip and stayed here. Everything was great. Loved the location and the staff were great! The only down side was the TV. It kept losing service. So that was a little annoying However, that's not on the motel. You are staying in the middle of no where surrounded by beautiful nature. Loved that Bryce Canyon is literally in the backyard of this town but you don't have the over crowding of tourist and traffic as the small town right outside bryce canyon entrance. The price was reasonable. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

So many things were disappointing about this place. 0 attention to detail. We were greeted in a rush and upon check out not even asked how our stay was. No hospitality. The Queen size bed was more of a full size, and so uncomfortable, the shower was tiny and the bath towels old and dry, there s no hooks in the entire room to hang a coat or a towel, not even shelves or drawers. Lastly the decor was almost non existent but a couple creepy pictures, one Indian, and one cowboy. A rip off for $130 a night. I will never stay here. The only good thing was the Showdown restaurant.

We stayed in the town house, the room was big. There wasn't a coffee maker but there was one in the giftshop/front desk area for everyone to use. They shower curtains are horrible though, they don't keep the water in and it gets every where. Be careful when showering because the water pressure is a bit painful, but your hair and skin feel super soft afterwards.

This is a very good motel to stay in if your going to hike in Bryce Canyon. It's very charming and rustic, although there is a heated pool and a jacuzzi. The receptionists were very nice and helped us find a place to eat and check in. They seemed very charming and nice. And seemed to care about our needs. The breakfast may not be huge but it's definitely worth your money. The rooms are great and are located in very charming cabins. I hugely recommend you stay. It's a great motel for such a small town! Prices are great!
