Dropped my older Jhon deer lawn mower off for a full service. When I got it home the blade wouldn't engage. Called Jess he sent someone to my house immediately and fixed the issue. Thanks so much.

Their Web site says that they could fix my Yamaha lawnmower but when I took it there they said that they don't do that anymore and turned me away.

Not a big fan of JD mostly cause one of the salesman here but they deal krone, and the parts guys here are pretty cool

Good customer service. If they don't have the part they can obviously order it for you or have it shipped to your house. For larger items they can even deliver which I thought was kind of cool. I bought a mower from these guys a few years back and they had the belt I was looking for. Decently priced and in stock. Thanks for stocking some parts for the machines you sell!

I have driven Green Tractors my entire life and I personally think they are A Cut Above the Rest. Wonderful bunch of guys to work with and they bend over backwards to make sure your tractors keep moving. I have driven theirJohn Deere rotary swathers since they came out and if you're serious about cutting grass, alfalfa or even green grain. Then literally their machines are A Cut Above the Rest. There have been many days I have cut over 200 acres per day and the auto steer will work up to 16 mph. It's one of the eight Wonders of the World. And a great bunch of guys to back them up.

Worst experience ever. i drove an hour each way to take my John Deer snow blower for repair at the authorized dealer and have them make sure it was ready for winter. After a month I final got it back. After getting it back fully repaired (not) , when you put the blower in first gear it goes in reverse, the shear pins for auger are broken and the skid plates I asked them to check were not adjusted or replaced. $250 for an oil change a pull replacement what a joke.I emailed them as requested but haven't hear back. Now after using the blower a couple times the repaired gas leak is back.

If your in the market for new equipment go in and talk to Matt, he will go above and beyond, I was very very impressed with all of his help on the purchase of our John Deere excavator.

Parts department sucks! I had to wait for one available clerk while two others wandered around in back of store and then he was reluctant to search for what I wanted. He needed model & serial number of "John Deere" unit. I had other needs.

My Dad walked in with intentions to buy a riding lawn mower. He was treated very rudely. He had questions and all the employee did was hand him a pamphlet. He walked out the door and bought the exact showroom model at Lowes where they actually cared!
