We had a problem with our semi and needed it fixed the same day as I had a reefer load to pick up. They took me in even though they were busy. The mechanic crew is totally awesome, everyone there was. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

I walked in Wednesday November 22 at 8am I really didn't know what expect. I knew the facility was 9 hours away from a 4 day long weekend and i had a 25% de-rate caused by lo flow doser code..They were not sure they could get me right away but asked me to wait around a bit as they would try...and they did get me in around 10am..They were able diagnose and had the parts on hand i was on my way by 4pm.They offered and i accepted there invite to a company potluck it was an awesome experience.This is also the first repair facility that i have been to with a proper area for dropping the trailers without fear of losing it.This group of fine young people made this a more than acceptable experience. Friendliest dealership I ve dealt with ever. They will shuttle drivers to nearby motels and they love dogs, especially Nate, he s the dogs favorite person there.

Truthfully if I could I'd give the 10 stars, super friendly staff, constant communication from them, Trevor is the man, he made sure his guys where on top of my truck and not let them release my truck until the problem was resolved. These guys are great. Thanks again Trevor and crew, my company will be super happy that you got me up and rolling

Exceptional customer service. The gentleman in the parts department provided me information over the phone and had my part ready when I got there. The entire location is clean and organized. I definitely recommend Premier Truck Group of Tremonton UT.

This service team is an exemplary example of how a true big truck center operates and takes care of customers. I had a small electrical issue on my brand new truck. The team allowed me to drop off my truck the night before. I was expecting it to take a couple days. I didn't even get out of the parking lot and they found the problem and had it repaired. Friendly staff when I went in for parts for my truck.Very clean facility. Well organized and detailed.It's nice to see a driver friendly environment.They have free drinks and a shower for drivers weary from the road and get clean before you head out.

Excellent service. Especially from Matt and Trevor. Technicians Russ a Nick identified the truck issues and solved them promptly and and efficiently. Offered free transportation to local hotels and gives great information on local food recommendations.Facility was very clean, and has a soda fountain for driver waiting on their trucks to be finished. Everyone answered all my questions politely and maintained a positive work environment.Overnight parking available for customers if needed. Would definitely recommend.

As most carriers know when your truck is down you are not making money, and both Nate and Savannah have gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. The atmosphere at Freightliner in Tremonton is one of warmth, comfort, and compassion. I couldn t ask for a better shop to work with and I am truly grateful to have such kind, professional and hard working shop. From the onset Savannah and Nate have made it pleasantly clear my needs are their number one priority. I highly recommend this shop.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I had an engine light come on and they were very prompt on getting it in and diagnosed. The manager Matt was very helpful in getting my truck fixed asap. Update: customer service improved on day two - plus 2 stars. My wheel seal was fixed perfectly - plus one star. Windshield installed with no leaks -plus one star. Adaptive cruise and lane departure haven't worked since 5 miles down the road -minus one star.Initial day one review: Don't know how there work is yet. Their customer service blows chunks. Told they would have my trk in 15 minutes after waiting half a day. Still not in 3 hours later. Ask for ride to motel which they offered earlier. That was an hour ago. Still sitting in lobby.

By far the cleanest and nicest freightliner by far and I go there often driving tow truck. Small shop with fee techs so the wait time is longer Than the bigger one in Salt lake city. But plenty of wide open parking for both truck and trailer. Close to a couple hotels and fast food places.

I ve never been to a better shop they get me in a timely time and quality service work all the staff are always friendly and professional work and Tremonton Utah is my home dealership and Matthew Workman the service manger makes me fill like family the technician do the best quality work the technician Nick that dose a lot of my work he s fast and good his is top notch quality work I don t have to wait long to get in the shop to get my work done. Trevor, Melissa, Nate and Savannah alway help me when I need it.

They got my truck in the shop quickly. And diagnose the problem in a timely manner. And they will give you a ride back and forth to the hotel if you need one. Just good service all way round. Can't complain!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

If you can avoid it don t come here. The only good thing is they seem like they can get you in and out quickly. This is my second time here and they still don t allow pets in building. I know I m not the only driver that has a pet. But this is the only place that I have found that doesn t allow pets across the nation. Very poor accommodations for drivers.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Had another shop put in new transmission a they forgot to tighten driveline bolts. Found the problem and called premier Freightliner in tremonton and asked if they could take care of it. Pulled in and took care of the issue for me ASAP. Thanks

I could only give 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars! I have been to many shops and I finally found the gold at the end of the rainbow. These guys are unbelievable most shops just give you the run around. Not here this is the first time I have left a shop truly happy and knowing for a fact that my issues where truly fixed. I don't care where you are at in Utah this shop is the place to go. I live in Texas but I can tell you for a fact that this will be the shop that takes care of my truck. I don't write many reviews but when I see the outstanding service offered here the word must get out to help other Owner/Operators.

Great place for service, employees were quick and price was fair. I went in and got back out in the road in less than 2 hours when I had to replace my windshield. Highly recommend!

Hello I wanna say the service and hospitality here was AWESOME, they treated my dogs and I very well and the service on my truck was completed with 100% satisfactory. Told me it would take 2 weeks get my truck fixed I got it done in a day somewhere else I realize everyone is busy but two weeks really I think it's time to hire some new people if you're that busy

Very friendly and knowledgeable about my truck. Had a fault reset and windshield replaced in a couple of hours. Just as good if not better than having one replaced on my pickup
