I had been looking for a truck for several weeks. They had a truck that was very competitively priced and newer than any other with the same features. The staff was very friendly, super fast at processing the loan and made follow up calls to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. No hidden fees. Just really upfront with everything. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Heritage in tremonton is my go to car dealer now. I ll definitely be back!

Brett Wascher and the team that worked with us were absolutely amazing. To be honest, the experience was easy, comfortable and non-stressful. The environment and professionalism was the BEST EVER, and we have purchased many vehicles. I never give reviews, but the service was worthy of my time to give one. Job well done!!

One Star to Many!I had my Dodge Ram towed into Heritage on Labor Day Weekend after losing the transmission on our trip out of town. Took 8 days for the truck to be looked at, another month for the transmission to arrive. Put approx.. 500 miles on the new transmission, had my first need to use 4 wheel drive, not only would it not engage but the transfer case totally disintegrated. Again, out of town, towed to the local Dodge dealer. Called and spoke with Heritage. First I was given no warranty paperwork, had to wait for them to mail. Spoke with Scott the service manager, regarding what I believe to be an installation problem. Claimed that the truck was test drove and tested, yet mileage in and mileage out are the same on the work order. Said that would have been driven 20 miles. Paperwork from transmission supplier states a minimum of 60 miles is needed to be driven after install. Scott severally overstated how many years his tech has been a Master Mechanic (easily verified) Said he would speak with his tech and call the shop my truck was now sitting in and get back with me. After 8 days no return call. I reached out via email to President of company. Within days I received a call from Derick, explained situation and he said give me a few days and I ll get back with you. Ghosted again! To date I have still not received any calls back. Even better, now my trucks sits in the driveway waiting for its next appointment for erratic shifting issues. I would recommend a dealership that 1. Knows what they are doing. 2. Actually takes care of the customer. 3. Knows how to use the phone. Heritage is NOT THAT DEALER!

These guys made my truck buying experience amazing!I bought 2 new trucks on the same day and they went way above and beyond. The F250 was ordered from the factory. They kept me up to date on progress. They arranged several logistical items to make it easier for me.The transactional friction was very low!Thanks Logan and team!

It took a little longer than I would have liked to get my truck fixed, but they got the job done and it runs great now. Nadine and Scott were great to work with. They always answered my questions and were very helpful.The problem is that the original person I talked to was neither one of them. The other young lady always said she would call at some point however I always had to call to check on the status of my truck.

After the purchase customer service is very important to me. Heritage is the worst dealership I've done business with for after purchase customer service.I will not give Heritage Motors one more penny. I drove to a dealer outside of the area to get my free jeep oil change. I regret purchasing my Grand Cherokee from them, and from now on, I will not give them any business. They were great to work with during the sale, but they lied to me about things, and they would not make it right. Their after the sale customer service is the absolutely worst I've experienced. I believe in supporting local businesses, and instead of going to my favorite dealer located out of town, I chose to support Heritage. BIG mistake.

The sales team at Heritage are great to work with! No pressure sales tactics but genuinely concerned about our needs and how they could help. They were very helpful during the whole process of ordering, waiting and delivery.Logan was helpful explaining the features of our Maverick and answering questions. The entire team are good people.Heritage is also a great group to provide the service your vehicle needs.

I had an oil leak that was no small task. They were confident they could fix my truck and they knew exactly how to fix it. They took care of me and my truck! I love not having oul leaks! The service and communication was stellar! Thanks Scott. I will definitely drive 25 min to use the service again.

Low pressure and helpful place. Buying a car is an anxiety inducing experience, so choosing a dealer that is honest and really cares about you is important. Garrett spend a lot of time going over the options, financing, and the time it takes to order a plugin hybrid Escape these days. It was an informative and eye-opening experience. Thanks for your help and for caring about your customer.

I purchased from out of state because the price was great but the customer service was incredible. Ask for CJ for the absolute best buying experience. He'll treat you like family with upfront, honest, and punctual communication. The Heritage team will save you so much money, you'll be happy to fly to Utah. They even arranged my ride from the airport to the dealership which had everything ready to go when I arrived. No bs, no bait and switch, no pressure buying. I wish we had car dealers like this locally. Thank you CJ and the Heritage team!

What an awesome staff at this dealership! We came into town mid afternoon with warning light re DEF system on our RAM 2500. Got us right in the shop, overnighted a new pump and we were back on the road before 11:00 a.m. the next morning! All the staff so very accommodating and friendly--Nadine and Scott really helped expedite matters and a very kind red headed young lady helped relieve my panic. Thanks again to all the service and sales staff that made this event so tolerable. Will definitely be a place we stop to shop for our next vehicle.

I ve worked with a couple different Ford Dealerships through the state of Utah. No one comes close to Heritage Auto! The people are extremely authentic and truly want to help you out. They are honest and trustworthy and work hard to get the job done. I ll never use another dealership as Heritage Auto feels like family.

I was traveling across the country with my wife and pet dog when our check engine light came on and I was losing power on the hills pulling our 5th wheel trailer. We have a 2021 Ford F-350 and I decided to see if the Heritage Tremonton dealership would assist. They were great in diagnosing the problem, locating and securing parts, and replacing a radiator system within one day. Very impressive!!

I had a very good experience with buying my Ford Maverick it took for a while to bill it two years two months but I was very pleased that they held the price. Even though MSRP had gone up over $6000 while other dealerships are marking those trucks up many thousands of dollars heritage sold it to me for $500 under the MSRP, great people to work with

We broke down while road tripping through the area, and after several tries at bigger places south of tremonton, found this place had been highly recommended by several as being honest, and working hard to take care of people. We showed up, and they worked us in immediately, even going so far as nadine driving down personally to get a part from riverdale for the repair so we could get back on the road that same day. They fixed my car, and myself, my aunt, my two babies and two dogs made it safely the rest of the 600 miles we needed to drive with zero issues. 10 star! Would love this to be the only place I ever took my car.

Above and beyond.I went to several dealerships looking for what I wanted. I have a hard time trusting salesmen and on top of that I have "car anxiety". It was going to take a lot to get me to commit. I immediately felt at ease walking into Heritage. Their attitude and genuine interaction with customers is a breath of fresh air. I finally found what I wanted and felt comfortable committing to my vehicle.The day after I drove it off the lot it started making a strange noise. I called Brett and he told me to bring it in to have it looked at. Keep in mind that I signed my contract as is. Sure enough, there was a problem, and not an easy cheap fix. They didn't hesitate to make it right for me. The parts were immediately ordered and I was told it would be fixed for free. The part has taken longer than expected to come in so I was given a loaner car to drive until it arrives. A nice loaner car.Car dealerships do this? This one does. This is more than just trusting to get a decent car for me, it's about trust in people. I'll only buy from Heritage in the future. I'm a customer for life. Well done, guys. Well done.
