They were very easy to work with. I had concerns about the tire balance and alignment on my lifted truck, with large tires. I was able to get scheduled quickly and planned to have the tires balanced, but after arriving and talking with the technician in greater detail, we both agreed that I was already doing the best thing for the balance issue given the limitations that the large tire presented. We proceeded with the alignment. Saved some money, and I greatly appreciate the honesty from them instead of just taking my money for something that probably wouldn t have helped much/at all.

So Jared did call me and apologized for the strut situation. I do have my car back now. They told me the clunking noise was fixed because they did put a new strut on and replaced my sway bar links. The noise is not gone still the same as it was before. My car was in the shop for over 2 weeks told me everything was good. They aimed my headlights for me which now is very hard to see at night i dont know what they did. But it makes me dizzy at night to drive. I've spent alot of money with you guys and my car isn't any better than it was when I brought it in!

Super great experience buying some wheels and tires from these guys. The service was fantastic and they are priced extremely fair. All in all it was a top notch experience for me and I will most definitely be a returning customer!

Can t say enough good things about Darrel s!! The weather was getting bad and we wanted to buy another set of rims to put our snow tires on. Jared was able to get the same rims that were on my car so it still looked nice. But the biggest selling point is they were able to get them NEXT day we called Walmart, checked Amazon, Big O tires, and no one could do it as quickly or for the price that Darell s could. They were professional, fast and personable. Highly recommend coming here for all your cars needs!!

My SUV broke down on the side of the freeway and was towed into Tremonton, UT. Two other mechanic shops told me they couldn't even look at it for at least a week. They got me in the next morning. They replaced my fuel pump and filter and had me on the road by 3:30 p.m. Less than 24 hours for a bit of a complicated repair. Thanks for taking great care of me, even when I was a little bit to handle that morning due to stress of how to complete my trip and commitments.

I called to have someone come fix the tire at the house they come and took the tire off and took it to the shop and brought it back I was told it was the bead didn t have a good seal on it. Two days later the tire was flat again when my girlfriend went to your shop to get it looked at the guys said he d have someone come out and look at it she sat there approximately 20 minutes and no one come out so she went back in and asked if she could put air it herself the guy finally come out and put air in it but didn t check to see what was actually wrong with the tire we d like to get it fixed correctly since we paid good money to have it repaired correctly

I went in for an estimate and a fix for a gasket on my header. They called me with $13,000 for a whole new engine, a rebuild or replace my entire cooling system, and new tires, (not included on the 13,000), I got told the leak was on top of my engine, when I knew it was under my engine. I got stuck with an $87 diognostics bill, that I didn't ask them to do. It was all so ridiculous. I won't go back again.

Took my vehicle to Darrell s tire shop in hopes of fixing my po420 code and rear axle seals, after my vehicle was finished and we drove it a couple of miles the code came back on, we took it to them and said they would look at it. They said a connection was loose and they tightened it back up and it was fine, it continued to come back on for the exact same code. I had to take it to a different shop that knows what they were doing and they said that Darrell s clamped on my rear catalytic converter which was causing a air circulation which was making my rear o2 sensor read it wrong. And their welds had pinholes in it. They fixed all of that and now that peaty code has stayed off. Wont bring business back unless they get better mechanics. They refunded us the money it costed to fix the problem and were very helpful when it came to talking to them about the issues. Very professional business that made it right and treated us with respect.

This shop is absolutely amazing, they took good care of my son when he had a blow out with his truck on his way to school, Terri tires were replaced right away and he was back on the road, we didn t have to break the bank either for the services. Thank you for your honesty and integrity I ll definitely be doing more business in the future.

This place is horrible. I brought my vehicle in because of grinding sound on rear axel area. They said they didn t hear anything but said my exhaust manifold needs replaced because of a leak. After the repair my vehicle had more issues and was now backfiring. They suggested multiple more repairs and thousands of dollars later my vehicle was not drivable. They kept saying one more thing will fix it. I had it towed to another mechanic and a half hour later the mechanic said the spark plug wires were all put in wrong. The mechanic said he feels bad that I wasted thousands of dollars and told me he wouldn t charge me anything since it was an easy fix. So either the people working at Darrell s point s in Tremonton are dishonest or they don t know what hey are doing. But that is the worst experience I ve ever had at a mechanic shop.

I am very appreciative of the work, guidance, and empathy that the owner and staff at Darrell's performed and expressed. They were able to provide a low bid for their services, were transparent about their pricing, and provided honest feedback on my broken engine that was in my best interest. Although I'm from out of town (my car broke down en route home) and won't likely need their services again, I'm happy to refer them to whoever may need them.

Thorough service and doesn t charge you any extra than what you ve asked for. If there is anything else they see they ll run it past you first. Jared helped out a lot.

Just want to leave my honest comment review, so i had my tires changed and in the process my lug nut key broke but... Jared and the team knows how to treat and keep a customer happy he fully refunded me for a new lug nut key adapter and i will keep coming back on top of great quality service, they got great prices too i'd say do like i did once and give these guys a try, they won't disappoint you...

I recently took my truck into these guys to have an oil pan changed out on my truck. They took their time and ensured the job was done correctly but only charged me the book labor for the job. They kept in contact with me letting me know what was going on and even let me know that I was over quoted for the job and saved me a bunch of money.Jared is awesome as is their whole staff. They just earned a customer for life. What a great bunch of folks there at Darrels. They did a great job in the fix! Tha KS you guys.

We had our alternator die on the way to a vacation and these guys did a fast job to find the problem, get the part and fix our car. These guys are good, honest hard working people!

Amazing work! Last minute on a Saturday these guys got me in after having a blown out tire the night before! Had the right tires in stock and did a great job! Very fast work too and affordable as well! appreciate them alot!

After my experience today, I will never be supporting Darrell's again. Took my dirt bike tire in to have the tire changed. They changed it and punctured my $100 tubliss. I went and got another tube to have them replace it. I was told give us an hour. Went back after an hour and 10 and was told it was going to be a while because one of their employees was working on his own so he could leave for the weekend. Now I'm 2 hours behind schedule on my own trip because they don't care about their customers. When I had brought my tire and wheel in they had zero customers. They got busy and put me to the end of the line because of the amount of money they were going to make. And as you can see with the response from the owner, I supposedly huffed at him when I did no such thing. It is not a three-person job and anybody that knows how to change a dirt bike tire knows this. I ended up having to change it on my own while trying to get ready for the weekend. Instead of putting their personal projects to the side and working on a customer's very unprofessional. Especially after having to replace a $100 tube and having to pay them to ruin it. So essentially spent $26 to have to replace a $100 tube.

Place does great work and the tech s are knowledgeable would recommend to anyone! installed my Asymmetric tires correctly, and did a wheel alignment.the techs know how to drive stick so i don t have to cringe when i watch them drive my car.

Update (4/1/21):I've dropped my review from 5/5 to 3/5. I haven't had an opportunity to reach out to them besides their website/email.Purchased 4 new tires. The mechanic did not torque the lugs on my tires and two lugs got sheared off from wobbling. I ended up tightening the remaining three and getting a mechanic to drive out to the race to repair so I could compete.I am super lucky we were able to stop before things got worst. Had to tighten SEVEN other lugs. Never had this issue with Darrell's before. Probably oversight during their rush but it could have cost our lives.Original:Darrell's is a friendly family owned shop that provides a variety of services. I've had my truck worked on there. Had a new exhaust put on a vehicle that's seen better days. The owner was very understanding and communicative when the rust bucket f150 didn't cooperate. Knowing my standing with my cheap truck, they went above and beyond to find the cheapest and best solution.

We were traveling through this area and experienced a radiator issue. We called the team at Darrell's Point S and asked for some quick guidance. They were quick, informative, friendly and charged us a fair rate. Highly recommend!
