5 stars for CrumpReese1 star for the new owners which at this time CrumpReese website shows Josh Griffin JAG Auto, you can Google it.On 4/10/2021 I purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 from CrumpReese.Prior to my purchasing the truck, it had many extras installed on it by CrumpReese including wheels, tires and leveling kit.At the time I purchased the truck it was being driven by the owner of the dealership, it had 3,156 miles on it when I purchased it.I purchased the truck as brand new, the Contract of Sale which I am holding in my hand right now states the vehicle was purchased as NEWwith a bumper to bumper warranty on it, its official documented in service date is 4/10/2021 also noted noted on the Contract of Sale.The purchase experience was excellent, I had a warranty issue for the lane assist, which was also handled excellent.Both of these were prior to new ownership.On Feb. 5 2024, the front driver ball joint completely failed as you can see in the picture. The wheel tipped over at 45 degree angle.Thankful this happened in a parking lot and not at 60mph. I called CrumpReese that day at 4pm, they towed it back to the dealership same day.I called the dealership following day to find out when they could get it repaired.The truck has 26,000 miles on it and is still under warranty.How disappointed was I to be told the repair was going to cost ME $1700.I was told that GM would not cover under warranty because truck had a level kit installed on it.Which was installed by CrumpReese before I seen or purchased the truck as NEW stated by the Contract of Sale.I was told that the new owner did not put the level kit on the truck and did not sell me the truck and that the truck was used so the repair was my problem to cover.I told them to perform the repair. I went to pickup the truck early in the day and requested to speak with the owner of dealership, who was there at the time.I wanted him to personally explain to me why the repairs were my problem and was told if I wanted to speak to him I could make an appointment.For 2 hours I was there as the truck was repaired and he did NOT bother to come see me.I left there paying them $1,131.52.

These guys are GREAT to work with! I can honestly say this was the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle! Garrett and Glenn were both great! Very responsive and helpful! And competitive. I drove 3.5 hours to work with these guys and will do it again! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

It's always kind of scary buying a car out of state, sight unseen.Glen and Spencer were very helpful, I never felt like anyone was leaving out any negative details, they were very forthcoming with pictures, stats.. details..Quickly got the purchase completed and got a transport truck to deliver my vehicle..who by the way was also great.. no damage to the car..Car was exactly as it was described.We are very happy. So thank you!

Was looking for a specific Denali Ultimate and found a couple dealers that had them. Crump Reese was the first to respond and I am happy they did. Even though it was an out of state purchase as I live in Nevada, Griffen and Spenser worked with me every step of the way. This was one of the easiest and least stressful vehicles purchases I have done on a while and I purchased about 6 vehicles in the past 10 years. They met me half way in Elko NV to deliver the truck. I would definitely go with Crump Reese again for my next purchase. I would highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business!

I ve been going to crump Reese for a long time amazing service never have problems after the oil change I don t have leaks or oil residue anywhere, even vacuumed the front seat floor and wiped the steering wheel. Customer service is amazing as well, the sales man are very good and can help with all your needs and questions about the car you are looking at. And they don t push you to buy the most expensive and the one you don t want, they make sure you leave happy and satisfied, and the sales manager bob Petersen is very respectful, and very good at what he does if you need help and can t find it i would ask him. They have definitely been growing every year getting better and helping the community, even doing giveaways for many different things like the valentines date giveaway that I was lucky to receive and appreciate all they do, and always making sure my vehicle runs good and not price gouging me. Thank you crump Reese for everything you do.

Even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Crump Reese, I had a favorable experience with one of the sales reps there, Travis. I got as far as making a deposit that was conditional upon inspection, and when the vehicle failed my inspection he promptly and politely refunded my deposit without giving me any hassle. I would be willing to do business with him in the future.

Hello,We bought a used Toyota Highlander 2022 from these guys a few weeks ago because unfortunately I totaled my SUV. I thought that coming to a small town/small dealership would pay off, but that's not the case. We found out after purchasing the vehicle that this car has been in a wreck from inspection at two different auto body shops in Ogden. We didn't notice anything was wrong with the vehicle because it's not super obvious to someone who doesn't do auto body work, but we were told its most likely been repaired with Bondo resin that will crack over time. The wreck was not on the Carfax report because apparently Carfax reports only come through if the claim has been run through car insurance. Crump Reese was not willing to drop the price at all so we paid full price for the vehicle. Super nice people when we bought the car, but not willing to help after the purchase. Now we will have to pay $3,000 plus to replace that door panel. My advice to anyone who is looking to buy a used car from these guys would be to not to because there is probably something wrong with the vehicle that they aren't going to disclose, not because they aren't legally obligated, but just out of being people with integrity. Save yourself the uneasiness I have felt the past few weeks over this car we purchased here.

Absolutely the best buying experience ever. Having a great team makes all the difference in the world, and the team at Crump-Reese is top notch. It all started with the order of my truck a few months ago, and what an experience. I will definitely buy my next Chevrolet or GMC here. I have to put a personal touch to this review so as to not make this just another boring review. My escorts to the dealership Jim (NASCAR Jim) and Dale (Safety Safari Dale), Robert in parts was fantastic in helping me get a few extra things, My favorite F&I guy ever (could not believe I would have a favorite ), Spencer. The PDI on my truck was given the golden touch by Jeff, and wow what a great job (I saw the before and after). Nic (1 click Nic or is it 2 ) and Allen (Yellowstone Lloyd) which added to making me feel at home. After meeting Coby Reese one of the owners I see why this dealership has such a great group. Last but not least my new best friend/sales guy/general manager Bob Peterson which in my opinion gave me a fair deal without the usual dealership BS I've grown so tired of, and answered all my questions, took all my texts and returned all my phone calls, and not only made me feel like a VIP but made this whole purchase seamless. Thank you everyone at Crump-Reese for an incredible experience.
