We had an amazing experience with C&R. They hands down went above and beyond what we expected! Debbie is so amazing, and such a wonderful person. She worked so hard to get us the trailer we wanted! Such a great experience with everyone there!! The sales man (Tad) was wonderful, helped us go through every trailer! Everyone there was great and we got the trailer we wanted! Definitely treated us like family!Thanks C&R!!

We had a great experience with these guys, we bought our trailer 4/6/24 it is amazing with a floor plan that works out perfectly. Rob pretty much took us directly to the trailer we described as best we could. He was very informative! Financing was a breeze thanks to Debbie she was great to work with! Ronnie went through the trailer top to bottom explaining everything answered my questions in detail and never made me feel rushed! We will be back. Highly recommended!!!

My wife & I went to the RV Show to just "Look" at 5th wheels, we had just purchased a new Hideout bumper pull 2 years ago but were contemplating the upgrade. We were about 85% done walking the hundreds of trailers when we came across the perfect 5th wheel, we talked with the sales team and mentally prepared ourselves for the absolute kick in the shorts we were about to take on our almost new trailer we were trading in. Well, to our surprise C&R gave us a more than fair offer so we continued on with our purchase. We sat down with Debbie to start the paperwork and and were immediately treated as family, we met everyone that worked at this dealership before we even left the show. We scheduled a date for our final walk through and to finish up the deal, we are in SLC and they are in Tremonton so we had to make sure everything lined up perfectly. I can tell you they will go above and beyond to help you out, our salesman Josh answered all my questions not only in person but also via text, which is a rarity these days. The walk through and pick up went flawlessly, they hooked us up with some sweet C&R swag and even gave our son a goofy squirrel pillow that was part of the prop decor from the RV show. Not sure why he fell in love with it but their willingness to put a smile on his face was amazing. There are plenty of dealers in Utah but I can promise you we are now team C&R for life, we will definitely refer all our friends and family to buy from them going forward. Huge shout-out to Ronnie in service, Debbie in finance, Josh in sales and also Shawn & Kelsey for being so kind to all of us.

Buying a trailer, for us, was not a necessity. It was a "want." And it was a decision that we carefully thought about for a while. Friends referred us because of their awesome experience and we can't explain how happy we were with the whole process. Just like when buying cars- you can choose from so many places- and it's so nice to be referred to somewhere who treats you like family.This place is by far the best!We can't wait to make memories this summer with our family in our trailer. Thank you so much for a great purchase experience!!

My husband Nephi Carlisle and I just bought our first cattle trailer from C&R and we love it! They had great prices, were quick to response and to help with financing. We were in and out within a hour. Highly recommended!

I purchased a new Trails West RPM gooseneck and had a great experience. The trailer is awesome, the people are even better. Rob knew the trailer well, Debbie got the paperwork done, and Shawn made us feel like family. Would highly recommend C&R Trailer to anyone.

Wow. Everybody at the store was fantastic to work with. Especially my sales guy Rob. My new trails West trailer is the nicest snowmobile trailer I have ever seen. I would recommend C&R and Rob to anybody. Thank you C&R

I would recommend the good folks at C&R to anyone. They are warm, helpful, kind and treated us like family. Sean (Shawn?) and Tad were excellent. My family and I drove past a trailer sales group that is five minutes from our house to go to C&R. The two hours of driving in each direction was worth it! Next time I have a trailer need, I will definitely call C&R!

Enjoyed my purchasing experience from C&R. Everyone was very helpful with all of my questions. I valued Tad s opinion when it came to picking out the perfect trailer for my family. Debbie in financing was extremely helpful in finding us the best options. Chandler even stayed extra to help us with our walkthrough and made sure everything was perfect before we left!

We have not officially purchased a trailer from C&R but the experience this far has been better than 5 star. Our salesman is Josh and he has been fantastic. He doesn t try to push or sell anything, he is super knowledgeable and was able to answer and give us advice on any question we had. Debbie (finance manager) has been extremely helpful and I have no doubt she has our best interest at heart. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a trailer or RV to visit C & R trailer

Have you every had an experience so good you want to write a book instead of a few lines for a review? This is try number 6, I have tried to explain our experience but I keep rambling on, it seems.From our first phone call with Josh Theurer (Sales) to Debbie Olsen (Finance) to Shawn (Owner/GM) the entire process was AMAZING! If you are going to buy a travel trailer or even a horse trailer this is the place! We were treated so well from start to finish. There was no pressure at any point. There was open communication for the whole process.These are the ladies and gentlemen to see when making this type of purchase. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door.

We worked with Dustin. We never received the batteries cover or the decal that they were supposed to order. Below are the photos of the repairs that were done on our camper trailer in August, for our new 2020 Vintage Cruiser Gulf Stream. As you will notice, the low quality of work done in these repairs, and some photos note the additional damage to the trailer when it was in their teams possession at the time of fixing the repairs requested. Look at how they fixed our door.....hammered in the locking latch, just to note one issue. We are very disconcerted with the actual service provided to the trailer, after purchasing this NEW trailer from C&R Auto & Trailer Sales We have thought about returning the trailer for a full cash refund. But decided in all futher dealings with this company, we just wanted them to make all of this right, which they did not do upon our contact via email and phone with them. We would not recommend this company!!!

I have really NEVER experienced customer service to this level before.... The staff at C&R are amazing and went above and beyond what we needed! Josh, BJ, and Debbie were fantastic and Skyler took the time to really make sure we understood everything about our new trailer..... I will never shop anywhere else!

Second purchase from C&R. I will say they are the dealer to deal with for horse trailers. Tad was good to deal with even with me changing options on my trailer a couple times. He'd get back to me with pricing on the changes within a day or two. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and pleasant to be around. I don't plan on getting anything different for awhile but if I do C&R is where I'll go.

GREAT PEOPLE. Canadian traveling south and I showed up at closing time with my RV converter issue. The service foreman stayed behind to help me and Aaron the parts guys dug through their inventory to find me the exact part. Service and attitude unmatched by franchise or corporate vendors.I must have tried 20 places on my trip down Montana DM up Utah.Thanks Aaron and Jordan (< I think ).Thanks C&R! Great service is always noticed.Much appreciated!!

Bought our 2nd Cedar Creek today from C&R and they are the best! Chris Croney went out of his way to make sure we were happy and we got everything we ordered on our new trailer, and they were ALL so friendly and helpful! (Shawn was awesome to do a great walk through with us) and Linda made the paperwork quick and easy! We would def. Recommend going to them over any other dealer! Love our Cedar Creek and love C&R!

Great place to buy a trailer...and maybe the ONLY place, as stocks are running low elsewhere. These guys had just what we wanted after searching high and low. There are several reasons people travel from far and wide to come here; it's a family run business, great service and selection. They helped me troubleshoot an electrical connection on my truck, gave us a loaner vehicle to go to lunch and threw in some free stuff for my RV. Chris was fun to work with. the facility is nice and I grabbed myself a free coke from the soda machine. One word of caution though...what ever you do...do NOT open the outhouse door on Chris' desk. You done been warned.

My family was heading out to go camping on a Saturday afternoon and our brakes overheated and the bearings were leaking grease all over. We called C & R Auto & Trailer Sales to see if they could help us. It was about an hour before they were closing. They arranged for a mobile service man to come to where we were to look at our trailer. Not only that, one of their employees stayed past her shift and kept the store open in case we needed parts. They went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend them.

We drove a couple hours from Utah County to find the 5th wheel we were looking for, and it was worth it.We started the conversation with Chris and he has been helpful through the past few months as we ordered the RV then waited then changed our minds on a couple things then finally went to pick it up.But we worked with BJ, Lindsey, and a handful of other people who were all very helpful and friendly in the process.The first time we drove up to C & R, they were still located in their old office. It was a much smaller lot and an older facility. And now they moved across the freeway to an incredible facility that rivals any RV dealership we have seen in the past year (and we went to dozens!)We never felt pressured during the sales process unlike just about every other dealership. If you want friendly sales people that know what they're talking about, go to C&R.
