I do not recommend Buttars in the slightest for ATV repair. Took our ATV for a fuel leak and tune up. They had an inexperienced mechanic working on our ATV, and I'm not going after the guy personally. When we complained to Bob about issues, his words were sorry he's new. This triggered a 6 month long nightmare of mistakes and miscommunication that we paid for severely. We have a statement from the mechanic admitting to making mistakes and an agreement made with Buttars after complaints, setting a price for the ATV to be repared. We paid the price, but the ATV has problems now that it didn't when it went. Buttars felt they made things right, but we feel cheated. We will never do business with this place again.

I recently bought a used tractor from Buttars Tractor. I can't recommend them enough. They took good care of me from the very start. They went as far as fully servicing the tractor to fixing any of the problems they identified with it for free. (Replacing the battery, fixing the air condenser, etc.) I couldn't be happier with the purchase. They even deep cleaned the cab of the tractor before I took it home. Great service! They have my future business.

paid for a piece of equipment that didn't work - they repaired it and charged for the repairs. We refused to pay because we thought the tens of thousands we paid for the equipment should mean that it operates. They apparently had different standards.UPDATE: They then sued us. So, overall a terrible experience and customer service.

I would never recommend going here for service on any ATV. I had to take mine back 4 different times within days to try and get it fixed. The owners and mechanics could not fix the problem. I had to suggest what it could be. They finally tried that and it still had problems and is still broke. They charged me over $1000 with nothing to show, but a broken down machine. They tried to change the seal and didn't know there was a tool to use to put it on correctly so it wouldn't leak again. They tried it 3 times and it still leaked. They couldn't figure out why. They said they couldn't figure out the problem. They didn't know what to do. I will never go back again and want to warn all!

I ordered parts about a month ago and still haven't gotten them. I called them over and over and they kept giving me different excuses and kept telling me that the parts would be in, in a day or two. Service is horrible, they didn't call me once to let me know that the parts had been delayed. I am loosing crops and spending money to rent tractors while mine is down. I understand that things happen sometimes but this is ridiculous. I have never had a harder time getting someone to take my money.
