Always a top-notch experience at Big O - Jason (owner) and his team are knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Price is fair, service is usually great. Like all of us sometimes the human factor can get you. But I love this place and always bring my fleet here.

Went in to get a nail puncture fixed on my tire. The repair took about 15-20 minutes which was great, no issues there, the issue I had was sitting in the office with many opportunities of being checked out only not to be helped as my keys were sitting on the table for over half an hour. So if you have plans or need to do something don t come here. Because you ll be waiting for checkout.

I had two tires on my horse trailer completely blow out and damage some wiring under the trailer. These guys got it all cleaned up, fixed the wiring and got me back on the road. Fast friendly and courteous. The type of service I can t find back in California. Huge thank you!

The folks at Big O saved me! I was stranded on the interstate in the middle of nowhere. They arranged a tow truck for me and stayed late to replace my tire! Very impressed!!

We got a flat while on a road trip. We put on the spare and went back to Big O Tires in Tremonton where they were able to reasonably quickly take care of our needs. They had the tires we needed in stock and were fairly priced.

I called the day before and made an appointment to get brakes, rotation, and alignment done because I was told that it would help get the service done faster than just showing up. When arriving the front desk was busy and understaffed. The gentleman that was helping me get checked in was trying to do multiple things at once including talking to two other customers on the phone while trying to take my details. It took 15 minutes to actually get all the way checked in and hand over my keys. I was told that the service would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I left the shop to walk down the street and get a couple of errands checked off my list. I came back two hours later and my vehicle was not done. I sat in the lobby for another hour and 45 minutes waiting for my car. When I got in my vehicle the steering wheel and gear shifter were covered in oily grime from the mechanic's hands.

The guys at big O were super great. Very honest, and told me exactly what I needed on my car which is a lot cheaper than what I thought I needed. Thanks guys you re the best.

Not going to lie.. wasn t a big O tires fan until I walked in this store. I am a forever customer here. Small town, honest vibe! Definitely recommend this place to anyone! Definitely go here if your in need of anything they can help with!

I stopped at the tremonton, utah big o tire store because of a tire pressure warning light which came on driving from salt lake to idaho. I explained that i had just had my tires rotated, and they immediately checked my tire pressure, checked the torque on the lug nuts, and checked the tire pressure sensors on each wheel. This revealed a bad sensor on one wheel which i plan on repairing on my return home. The 2 men who helped were courteous and quick and asked for nothing in return. 5 stars!

They saved our bacon! We got a flat on the highway and we still had hundreds of miles left on our trip. We called and they picked up immediately. When we asked if they would help us even when they would be closed by the time we got there, they agreed! They were kind, courteous, and efficient!

I was buying four new tires. They replaced my tire I went home changed tires and returned to have the other three changed at the shop with my car. Thank you for allowing me to do it this way. With two flats one being my spare I was stuck im-mobile or paying before I got them installed but they allowed me to leave and come back and get right in.

I was scheduled for an oil change and get new tires. He let me know there was only 1 set of tires for my car in store. My appt was at 1:00 and he got my car in very quickly. He said it should be about an hour. Your store was very busy so I expected longer. It took almost 2 hours but I didn t mind with as busy as you were. That was the busiest I have ever seen it. I was very happy with my experience.

Got a flat tire on our way to SLC and stopped in to see if they could help. Bryan and the team were so kind and helpful. They got us in and out as fast as they could so we wouldn t miss our concert. We can t thank everyone enough for saving the day!!

They are always so kind and I don't ever feel like I am getting scammed or pressured into buying something I don't really need. The staff are amazing and very kind. I highly recommend these guys!

We got a flat on our way to the fair and when we checked our tires we found that all had bad wear. All other tire and auto shops had closed on this Saturday for the fair except Big O tires.I was able to call and let them know my needs and the had what we needed. Once we got a tow over; they took excellent care of us and helped get on our way super fast.The store manager was awesome and said even though Saturday during the fair is slow they chose to be open because people still need help.

I was on my way to Idaho in the morning and one of my tires was alarming it was low. I got off the freeway and found Big O and it was before they opened but some employees were there. They got me right in and were very accommodating. I had a wire in my tire they patched it up and sent me on my way. Thank you so much!!!

I had purchased 6 tires from another business in Southern UT and at a certain speed the tires would shimmy or shake the truck. One of the passengers said that they didn't spin balance the tires. So when I called the Tremonton Big O store he said to bring the truck in and he would check it. I did, found out that they had not spun balanced the tires. The mechanic said when the truck was at that speed would vibrate the tires and was banging on the tye rods. I was so fortunate to have them correct the issue. My truck now runs great do to their expertise work and to detail the job. I owe them a huge thank you. They fixed the problem which saved my life had one of the tye rods had broken. I will use them from now on!

Our experience could not have been better. Bryan (I m pretty sure that is his name) was super to work with. No only very professional, but also friendly and genuinely concerned for our safety. The staff that mounted the new tire and checked the others were thorough and efficient. I wish your store was closer to where we live. I would be a regular customer for sure. I ve had the worst, most dishonest experience with a company. I ve been coming to Big O for the last 10 years and this specific location for 2 years. The way they lied to me and told me services were done even though they weren t is not okay.I was scheduled to get new tires, an oil change, and an alignment. When I arrived to pick up my car I asked if the alignment was very bad. Brian running the desk said it was bad but they corrected it. I asked for the paper to see the correction and there was no paper. After looking for it for awhile he went out and asked the mechanic. The mechanic told him it wasn t completed and didn t have time to do it. I was being charged for the service that wasn t done on it. I asked if the oil change was done and Brian assured me that it was completed. I paid and left.When I got in my car the rock n roll station the mechanic was jamming out to was on full blast, like max volume. (I don t care if they listen to it but turn it down or off when your done). I looked down at the dash and the oil light was still on. They were closing for the night and lights were turning off at the store. I decided to drive home thinking they forgot to reset it even though they said it had been done. When I arrived home I decided to pop the hood and look at the dip stick. It hardly had any oil and it was dark black. To confirm my theory that they didn t change the oil I jacked my car up and looked at the oil filter underneath the car. The filter was dark and dirty. It should ve been clean and white. I went back the next day and showed them my pictures of the service that wasn t completed on it that I paid for. To make it right they wanted to schedule me for the next day, they wouldn t fix it right then and there. I took the $80 oil change refund and left. I can only imagine how many people they ve charged for services that weren t completed. This is 100% dishonest and not okay. I will never step foot in a Big O tires again and especially the Tremonton location. This was my second set of tires I ve purchased from them in the last 2 years. They lost my business for good and I ll make sure never to support them again.Picture below is their freshly changed oil filter that they charged me for. Either they re filter come all dirty out of the box or they lied and didn t change it but charged me for it.

Dave took excellent care of me and my vehicle. He was friendly and helpful.. Took the time make sure he understood what I was requesting before completing the work order.All work was completed as requested. Satisfied customer!
