While traveling state to state with my three dogs, I unfortunately hit a pheasant on the freeway. I was LUCKY (as lucky gets when hitting animals) to have hit it a just few miles out from Tremonton and Bear River. It was a Saturday afternoon and they went above and beyond to help get my windshield replaced and get me back on the road or I d have been stuck in Utah till Monday. They are genuinely good people and a great business!

Woke up. Called these guys, had availability same day with 2 hours and did an absolutely wonderful job! I'm very satisfied. Install went great still holding up. The lady in the office was very nice. Welcomed with a smile! Just up the epic stairs lol. Definitely would recommend and fast.

Excellent service! I had a rock chip repair done here. I submitted my insurance claim online and showed up in person without calling to ask about setting up an appointment. They were able to accommodate me and have the rock chip worked on the same day within 15 minutes so I didn't have to come back later. They were very friendly and worked quickly. The chip was a pretty sizeable one and they did an awesome job fixing it so the spiderweb cracks were gone. Only the initial impact is visible. Really appreciate their service! This is my new autoglass shop. Small, ocal family owned business. The owner and his wife are very friendly and offer great customer service, fair and reasonable prices and they won't jerk you around. Done are the days of using big corporate shops like Safelite. This place is well worth the drive from Ogden to Tremonton for my autoglass needs.

Fantastic service for a good price! Very knowledgeable about the job they are doing and go the extra mile to get it done right! Great area to wait for your vehicle to be worked on. Play area for kids with plenty of toys and a place to sit with a tv and other accommodations to make the wait enjoyable!

Very nice, Fast and easy on my part! He came and did it while I was at work so I didn't have to take time off. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast, honest, fair price, detail-oriented, and professional. I can't even see where the original one-inch chip including runners was!! He made it magically disappear! Amazing work and even cleaned windshield inside and out. True customer service. From the time I called from the freeway to like-new windshield was maximum 20 minutes! Thank you, Bear River Autoglass!!

Bear River Auto Glass did a great job with my windshield replacement. He went the extra mile and washed all my other windows too, it was awesome. He also hurried to my aide when I got a bad rock chip and did a great job with the repair. Called and received quote and arranged windshield replacement for the next day. Technician called to let me know he was on the way before he arrived. Once here he explained what he was going to do and all the warranties and guarantees for the new windshield. He also explained the do s and don ts for the next few days. He was very pleasant to work with and cleaned the car inside and out so no debris was left from the replacement of the windshield. I am very very happy with his work and have the knowledge that if there is a problem he stands behind his installation and all I need to do is call him and he will come back and the issue will be resolved. This man has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. His traveling company came to my house to fix a rock chip, unfortunately my windshield was too hot and it cracked more. He immediately ordered a new windshield at no cost and replaced it within 2 days. On our first trip out, I got another rock chip. I called him immediately and we got it filled and fixed within 2 days and just before our family trip out of state. This fix was even done on a Sunday in Utah!!! Very uncommon, but he wanted to make sure we were set before our trip. I will use him again and again for any windshield need and have already recommended him to others.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The whole process was super easy. They came to my house to repaired a chip on one of my windows (for cheap) and replaced the front windshield on the another vehicle; he even waived half my deductible because my insurance was being difficult. Great service and great prices! They worked with my insurance to get my glass replacement covered. I also got a rock chip on my windshield on my way home from work and they were able to come to my house and fix it right away! I would recommend them to anyone!

VERY reasonable price! Even after he gave me the Firefighter/EMS DISCOUNT! Steven is reliable and put my new windshield on in a timely manner (just BEFORE the down pour came) He did a front detail to the dash, vacuumed & sented my car with a scrumptious mango sent. He replaced the CORRECT trim after I had already order the "specific" trim for my car from Amazon. We will be definitely be doing business again!!! In addition, Steve came to our temporary location and performed our windshield replacement in inclement weather with enough cover to make the installation results safe.
