Adam saved us after our truck broke down and we were stranded on a highway. He worked with our insurance company and hung in there until we got situated. He more than went out of his way to help us and our two pups. Besides being an excellent driver and maneuvering our truck to the service center-he is really a nice guy. Thanks Adam!

Our car broke down just as we were getting into Malad. After trying a couple of other places, we were able to get a hold of Adams Road side. His price was much better than the other places we had tried. He was also very willing to accommodate the time schedule we needed. he was friendly and honest with us. I would recommend him and his services.

My husband had started his car in the morning for work during a horrible snow storm, and he unfortunately locked himself out in the process. We used our roadside assistance services which put us through to Adam s Roadside Assistance. He was here SO fast, much faster than it was to even get through to our roadside assistance services! And it was very early and cold and snowy. We would 100% use his assistance again and will definitely recommend his service!!! Thank you so much!!!Service: Car lockouts

Was amazed of how easy and quick it was to get them to go get my vehicle. He sent me photos of the process a long the way, and I am grateful for how affordable it was. He informed me when he dropped off my vehicle to its destination to be fixed. My buddy got locked out of his van and we were trying to use a coat hanger to get into it. Just so happened Adam was driving past and saw us so he pulled over to give us a hand. Needless to say he s the man and got us in within a cupple seconds. Super grateful to have a great guy doing some honest work. I will 100% be recommending and using his services from now on! I am in Oregon and Adam went above and beyond to help my sister in need there in Utah. He was super friendly and understanding of her situation. Adam responded quickly, did a great job getting my kids unstuck and back on the road. Afterwards he followed them back to the next town to make sure they arrived safely. Twice in one week I locked my keys in the car. Adam came both times. I think I have a new friend. He was able to get me back in the car in minutes. The first time I was on my lunch break and the quick response and entry into my car was well appreciated. The second time he was just as friendly and quick (no judging for it being the second time in one week). I would recommend him highly. I hope to have himcome again next time.

Crashed on our trip from Salt Lake to Rexburg ID, in an area we didn't know. The Owner was very helpful and even had suggestions for mechanics based on our needs. Doesn't overcharge and has fair rates, did an excellent job at explaining his charges. Very Honest, would recommend.

Adam really saved our bacon, and I can't recommend him strongly enough.We broke down on the state line late on a Saturday. We tried calling AAA and they could find nobody willing to come and tow us into town. I found Adam on Google and gave him a call and he pulled strings not just to get out to us, but also to help find us a garage willing to get us back on the road.The only other towing service I found willing to come to us wanted a price gauging rate almost three times as high, which we wouldn't have been able to afford. Adam's rate was fair, and he was communicative, caring, and efficient.Without Adam, we would have spent the night on the side of the road, and I'm incredibly grateful for his help.Service: Car towing

If you re traveling down I-84 near Tremonton, UT. And your car suddenly stops working, save yourself some stress and money by calling Adam first! His tow service is affordable, I m serious, half the price of some other local tow companies there! And he gave my hubby a ride to a safe place so he could repair his vehicle (did you know some tow companies won t transport driver/passenger anymore, you d have to find a separate ride?). Adam was the BEST I've seen and delt with in many many years. Seems like alot of folks have lost the costumer service part of life when your work is service. Adam was way professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Also have good tips on safety which wasnt expected. And changed my tire out and pulled spare out faster than I think anyone would have expected. Wonderful Customer service and did a fantastic job knowing I was in a hurry prob took him 10 min to start and finish....Thanl you Adam, I'll highly reccomend you to everyone I know

We called our roadside assistance and they sent Adam out. We had a completely flat tire at 11pm about an hour from our hotel and 5 hours from home on a Saturday night. He discovered that my van didn't come with a spare tire. I had no idea what I was going to do....I couldn't wait until Monday to get it fixed. He spent time telling me how to do a temporary fix with Fix a Flat and then filled it with air. A few hours later he texted and asked if we'd made it to our destination ok. He was so kind, patient and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone! I hope he'll start a mobile tire shop as well ;-) Thank you, Adam!!!!

I wanted to send a great big thank you for the roadside assistance that you were so graciously willing to help me with. I was on my way to meet with some friends for a game night last Friday evening June 4th just before the Willard/Perry exit in Utah. I was not able to swerve around some tin in the road and ended up running right over it. It slashed my back tire drivers side. I had no experience with changing a tire as I was pulling the donut tire out of the back of my car. I had not paid attention and when I looked up and put the donut aside the tire on the passengers side. Adam had pulled up in his tow truck in front of my car. I thought to myself I had not called any one yet and was not sure what I needed to do to get help. I had seen several times Incident Management trucks on the road at other times helping people but was not sure how to contact them for help.Adam was so very professional, and knowledgeable and helping me to understand what I would need to do in the future. He explained how to receive help in the future by contacting the insurance company and some credit card companies have road side assistance. I was so very grateful to him and will be forever more grateful for the help that he gave me at a time of need. He had me up and going so quickly and even put my tire in my back. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing a tow or roadside assistance. I was amazed that he cared in todays world it is so scary cause you just don't know who you can trust. I feel confident in Adams Roadside Assistance that I would call him again for help, I sincerely appreciated all the help to make sure I was going to be safe and able to get to where I needed to go.Service: Tire change

Adam was absolutely fantastic!! He was very nice, professional and considerate even though the technician at Les Schwabb was extremely rude to him. When you use Adam to tow, be sure to avoid Les Schwabb. We will definitely use Adam again if we need an emergency tow, but we will not be using Les Schwabb again.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The man who towed my truck was very punctual and kind. He towed the truck exactly as promised. My truck did sustain some damage, but it s very possible that it could have been from something other than the tow. He s a great guy and I d recommend him for sure.

Adam and his incredible crew are kind and caring, as well as knowledgeable about all aspects of roadside assistance. We were stranded at a strange time in a strange town..Adam went over and above to make our horrible misadventure doable...Always call Adam!
