D Angelo was the best! He earned my loyalty and reassured me every step of the way during this process. I will buy every car from him because he was willing to hear my concerns and address them rather than just trying to make the sell.In the end I am grateful I bought locally because I m confident in the service this dealership provides.They got me into something better than what I originally chose for myself so they definitely know what they re doing over there!If you re car shopping, I highly recommend sticking to the locals at Tooele Motor Company, instead of driving all over SLC to buy. Daron in financing was great, too! I ll be back to purchase that warranty!

I had a great experience here! I went in without my husband and was nervous BUT I didn t need to be. Landen helped without pressure for me to buy and found me a car with everything I needed and wanted! They didn t have what I was looking for in stock, but my salesman worked to find something. About a week later, he let me know they had a car with all of my must haves. I highly recommend this dealership! I saw cars out in salt lake but was very happy to have found my car here in town. The process was smooth, everyone was friendly, and my car is running great!

Awesome dealership and super thrilled with my new vehicle. CJ was very helpful with correspondence and especially when my key fob needed to be replaced due to a programming issue and maintained communication with me to get it taken care of. Will definitely look again in the future.

I recently spent some time at Tooele Motor choosing my dream vehicle. Laila, my sales rep, was SO helpful. Very responsive to texts, always asking if I needed anything, offered us snacks and drinks multiple timewhile we were there. It took me awhile (over a few days) to make a final decision, and she never pressured me, never made me feel obligated to complete the sale. She also stayed with us the whole time, including during the financing section: in my past experience, any other salesperson at any other dealership would would drop us off there and head out. But she sat through everything with us, made sure I understood what I was signing, and made sure we had the keys and drove off before she left from work, 2 HOURS later than she would normally get off. I will definitely go back if I ever need a new vehicle! She also made the retailers clean my new jeep twice because they had accidentally missed some mud on the undercarriage before we left. I definitely recommend Laila at Tooele Motor Company!

When our Ford was totaled we thought we would have to go all the way to Salt Lake to find a new SUV. We had an amazing experience with Lupe at Tooele Motor Company! They kept us in budget and found us an SUV that will fit 3 car seats across the backseat! Thanks Lupe and CJ for helping us out!

This purchase was not planned, and we weren't looking, but with the help of Landin and CJ, who made it a smooth and fun process, we found the perfect car for our family.Landin was amazing to test drive with! It was like riding with a friend who knows about cars. He was so chill and easy to talk to. If he didn't know the answer, he was willing to find the answer. I appreciate his time and his positive demeanor.CJ knows what he's doing! His experience shows, and my favorite part of working with his was that we didn't feel pressured to buy. It was fun and easy to work with him.Overall, we recommend working with both CJ and Landin. They work great as a team and individually. Honestly, the whole staff has gone above and beyond for us. CJ and Landin are definitely invited to the carne asada party!!

Just bought my first car from a dealership here with CJ and I was pleasantly suprised how good of an experience it was! I found a great car immediately and hung out with CJ and one of their new guys just having a good time while they looked for good rates. I would definitely recommend this place!

The following review is 100% factual and truthful. The service department could not "duplicate" any of the multiple issues I had with my brand new 2023 Ford Edge Titanium of only 58 days! I had a LEMON for a new car! Not that it is the dealership's fault that the car is defective but they represent Ford and need to take accountability/responsibility. I had taken this car in week after week after week after week (see a pattern here)? I unfortunately needed to involve Ford Corporate. The dealership "bought back" this vehicle from me and is now selling it! WARNING to all: do NOT buy the burgundy 2023 Ford Edge Titanium Vin # ending in 3084! I have videos, emails, paperwork and text messages as proof of how defective this car is. The trunk comes down on you without any warning! This car even locked my keys in it where I could not get in no matter what i tried to do! The Bluetooth does not connect and there is static on calls placed. Also, this dealership does not pay off your trade in until absolutely necessary. Please keep in mind that until the car you trade in is paid in full, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for anything that may happen to it! This review is dated April 1, 2024.

I was skeptical at first when looking into buying a truck from Tooele Motor Company because of the way things were ran before it was purchased from Performance auto group. I've got to say that out of all the dealers I have worked with in the past (A ton of dealers... lol I have a fetish) Tooele motor company was the easiest smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. They told me the price of the truck I was looking at as well as the price they would give me for my trades. There was No haggle, No B.S cut and dried plain and simple. The handled my financing through my local credit union and made this a very simple purchase. Bowden, Landin, AJ, Nathan S, Rick C in sales and Jamie and Brim in finance are all awesome people to work with. Thank you so much. Looking forward to working with you in the future

The whole team here went above and beyond to get our dream truck. CJ from start to finish helped us find exactly what we wanted and took care of the whole process. He communicated about everything that was going on, and helped us through every roadblock (and there were many) to getting us our truck. Cody in finance also helped us get the best warranty and payments on our new vehicle, even after we went back and forth a little on our purchase. It was an easy process all things considered (at least for us but they didn't make us feel like it was too hard for them even though they put in a TON of behind the scenes work), and I know they will continue to help me even after our purchase. Really I cant say enough great things about the team at TMC, I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle.

My husband bought a used car from them less than a year ago and it was major trouble from the start. We've put more money into this car than it's ever been worth. If you're getting a used car from them, buyer beware. I hope they're better with their new cars.*In response to your comment: my husband asked to know what the codes were and he was told there wasn't a way to read them there. So, please tell me, either you disclosed the problems or you didn't know how to. Needless to say, we won't be using you again for future car purchases and won't recommend others use you.

A friend referred my girlfriend here and thank goodness he did! Our guy CJ was super genuine, helpful, and proactive. He really cared about getting her in the right vehicle and did not rush her in any decision making. Any concerns that she had with the vehicle of choice were handled promptly. Highly recommend this great place with great culture!

I can t say enough good about these guys! I absolutely hate dealing with dealership, and in the past I have had nothing but a headache every time I ve gone to purchase a vehicle. Not the case here! It all started from the first phone call, I had my wife call to ask for an out the door price on a Jeep we had been looking at. I didn t think they would give it to us just like all other dealers we have been to, but to my surprise my wife sends me a text half an hour later with the OTDP on the Jeep! WowWe went to the dealer the next day, me the whole time just waiting for the price to magically change, or some new fee to be on the vehicle. Nope, once again to my surprise, they had the Jeep and all the paper work ready to go when we showed up! They didn t try and sell me any more crap I didn t need! Walked us through everything on the vehicle, signed papers and we headed out the door. Everyone was friendly and they even had a full tank of gas in it. As we got ready to leave, the salesman ran out and stopped us because Edit: we ll it has now been three years and in this time we have purchased two more vehicles here. Every single time has been a great experience. We just worked with Jessica and purchased a new bronco, she was very helpful and we once again had a great experience. We will continue to come here for all of our vehicle purchases! they forgot to top of the DEF tank! Who takes the time to do that? they didn t need to but they did! This is 100% my go to for any future purchase! Very happy with these guys and cannot say enough good about them!Thank you again for the great experience!

I have lived in Tooele for over 22 yrs and the dealership has changed ownership at least 4 times. This current company has a no hassle mentality with a best offer up front. As a matter of a fact when I asked them to re-run numbers with a higher down payment they came back with an increase of $500 for my trade without me even asking. Love my new truck and it even came with no "buyers remorse". Before going to Salt Lake I highly recommend visiting Tooele Motor Company first. My salesman was Matt but they all seem knowledgeable and friendly.

Loved my experience working with Jessica. She is a little new selling RAM trucks. When she didn t know the answer, she gave it to me straight and went and found someone who did.Tooele Motor Company s pricing was straight up, Honest and the best deal from shopping around. I drove from an hour away to see these guy after some preliminary negotiations over the phone and sending pictures of my trade in. There were zero surprises and I left with a new Truck.Thank you Jessica.

BUYER BEWARE!I brought my car into this service department with the car in limp mode and a check engine light on. I was informed that they could not get the car in until Friday and that I would know what was going on by then. I informed Autumn that there was an extended service contract on the car from another dealership and she said she would call them to see what was covered before she called me. I waited until Friday afternoon about 1:00 and saw that my car had not moved since Wednesday at around 12:00. I went in to ask what was happening and was told by Zander that they only had one tech and that they would get me an answer by 5:00 that afternoon. No such luck in getting a call or text on Friday. On Saturday at about 12:00 I recoeved a text giving me prices and no explaination on the issue just a bunch of prices. At that point I drove down there again to speak to Zander about the car. Long story short, no call was placed to check on the extended coverage, and the customer service was horrible. The prices that were given for the parts are market up from the retail cost 57%! I have been in the auto industry previously and understand mark ups and diag costs but this was the biggest snow job I have ever seen. The part cost $120 retail from an aftermarket parts store. I know several master certified techs that replace these all the time and the actual work is only about 20 minutes. These guys wanted to charge me $587 plus taxes to replace a $120 part and to hook up a computer to read a code. I broke this down and cannot equal the pricing that they quote and understand the percentages they charge. Here s the thing, if they had called on the ESC and it wasn t covered and the pricing had been fair I would have paid it. Based on the minor research I did on this in about 10 minutes they wanted to clean out my bank to pay for a simple fix. Worst service experience in my 15 years around this industry. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLES TO THIS STORE TO GET WORKED ON. Your better off driving it to the bigger stores in salt lake county to have them serviced.

CJ is awesome. He got me in to view and purchase 2023 Chevy Bolt that had been on the lot for a couple months. He was helpful with getting information for the vehicle and the whole process wasn't 'pushy' as at other dealerships. He knows what customer service should be and should be an example of what should be expected when getting a car. If you plan to get a car at this location, I definitely recommend CJ.

Dropped off my truck 8 a m wednesday with an appointment to check my power steering And they had my truck until the end of Friday. Pick me up with the shuttle service at at 5:20 PM and had me sitting in the lobby still waiting for my truck at 6 PM. Very unprofessional. Mass training required. I'll never go back there. I have to depend on others since I don't have a place to work on my truck. If your backed up, it's your responsibility to 8nfotm the customer cuz you will lose that customer and they did. No star!
