Disappointed with service, pump not working, shower filthy and water not draining also the shower is Toney with holes in the wall everywhere. DO NOT COME HERE. Also 1 AM set milk was $4 and the nasty shower was $18 I would add photos but they are so disgusting to look at after taking them I almost threw up so I will save you.

Wife and I decided to try here due to to the good review on the shop. We needed some minor repairs done and they did not disappoint. Walker was the tech assigned to us and he was friendly, efficient, and very meticulous in his work. Laundry, drivers lounge, and showers were good, store is stocked well and grounds are fairly clean. Skip the J in Salt Lake and come here.

One of the best TA on west coast and staff and mechanics are doing really great job. Parking is spacious no problem for few days parking too. Very clean and friendly Thank you guys

The worst place to stop for a reset. Night shift guy needs a reality check. I don t know if they hire special needs or what. If they do I apologize. Other than that put on your dumb hat before having any kind of human conversation with any of them. Can t even tell them someone is committing theft. They just look at you like they were some tough guy. Buddy you have no idea.

The worst truck stop I have ever seen. Everything is dirty. All trash cans are full. Fast food is overpriced.

Drivers BewareThese people Price galloging hungry. A charge me $400 over the original price for batteries. They're sick beware. And I didn't even meet the batteries the truck is doing the same thing

Had my truck in for an ABS issue, first in the morning and again intge afternoon to take a deeper dive into the problem. Mechanic in the a.m. and later in the day both did a thourgh diagnosis, explaining details while walking me through the entire process of diagnosis and what is needed for correction.Torrey (the afternoon mechanics from Ft Bridger Wyoming) is definetly an asset to Owner Operator's who are struggling to find mechanics that are knowledgeable and have a superior work ethic. This quality is hard to find so I just thought it appropriate to make note of him here where his quality can be known.The gentleman that diagnosed the problem in the a.m. Definitely exhibits these same high standards in his field as well but, I do not recall his name. Middle aged gentleman, tall with glasses.Thank you both much, you both stand out.

It s an old place, showers are old but clean. Only cold water at the sink. They don t have a real restaurant anymore, just fast food.

Pulled right up to the pump. Gas prices were surprisingly low. The store was clean, the service was friendly, and the restrooms were in great shape. DO NOT eat at the Burger King here... they wanted to charge me almost $10 for a Jr. Whopper and a small drink... no fries... nothing else, just hje tiny burger and drink. Straight up theft!! That, alone, is enough to keep me from coming to this TA again. I know Burger King and TA are separate companies, but it's supposed to be a convenience thing, right??? Not so much when you now have to make a 2nd stop to find a bite to eat.

This truck stop has beautiful view but no Wi-Fi. Super big TA with fresh coffee and snacks. Clean restrooms and hot showers

Reason I gave 1 star to draw attention to the matter, shower no. 6 has bad floor leveling (I was in construction) . It gets flooded and I think people here know this but they still selling it to customers, it was really bad and flooded before I entered, I was in hurry so I took shower anyway, when I went to the cash counter to let them know cashier was busy on the phone , so I had leave and post the matter here, not a good costumer care

Please please please, have some music in your bathrooms. Not like I m tryna dance, but sitting next to other two dudes in complete silence is just awkward as hell.

This place has really gone downhill since covid. I used to come here because there is plenty of parking oh, the showers were clean, the people were friendly, and there was always a couple of washing machines and dryers available. I drive 20 miles out of the way just to come to this ta. The last few times I've come here I have been very disappointed. The showers have been dirty and their new employees aren't very good at their jobs. Tonight I came to use the washing machines and three of the five had a sign on them saying out of order authorized used only. Two of those were in use by one of the employees. I got lucky and still had the two washers available. I guess the only thing I'll be coming back here is for a place to park if there's nothing available anywhere else

ALL laundry machines are out of order... they said the big washer was working and 2 dryers on end .. that washer didn't work either so I didn't get a chance to check the dryer... Also do not use shower 2 because if someone is above you taking a shower the drain water leaks down into the exhaust fan and drips on the vanity.... The women at the service desk were great ... I only gave two stars because the things that matter to the truck drivers aren't that great here ..

This is only for the burger King inside.. rude girl, interrupted me when I was making my order and ended up not getting one of the things (small fry) because of it. Everything was cold, floor and tables were filthy too. Not to mention the weird conversations they were having out loud about punching eachother in the face and getting fired. This was on sep 24th, 2023 at about 5:40pm.

I can't believe they charge truckers for these showers with a straight face. We depend upon truck stops and they take advantage of us.

Good service. Ta's own hot food is WAY overpriced and poorly made. Go to the Taco Bell or Burger King in the building.The internet is terrible. I paid $6 for 24 hours, and less than 1 mb/s. Horrible.Parking lot is decent. Bathrooms often not kept up. No paper towels in both bathrooms today.

Parked here in an unmarked spot, now I'm being told it's a reserved spot. Being charged $20 and I've been here maybe 15 minutes! By the looks of the place i guess they are so desperate for money they are scamming people. I'm afraid to use the restroom, might be a charge for that too.Whoever the woman was that came out to my truck was rude as hell.

Everything is a rip off even the price of the fake food they sell at Taco Bell and Burger King. I did not spend any money here. The only good thing is I found a free spot in the back row to park my truck for 10 hrs.

Been waiting for 4 days for a PM on my generator and they kept saying they have no mechanic available and kept pushing it to the next day. Monday morning they have trucks in the shop getting worked on and when I asked them about working on mine they said they didn t know anything about it. The lady started looking through the work orders and found mine and said she tried to call me but it went to voicemail which is BS. So she went from knowing nothing about my work order to she tried to call???? Update review The older lady at the service desk of the shop should be fired or demoted for habitual lying, if she feels that she has to lie to a driver multiple times she should be removed from the customer service position !!!!!!

Jessica Cauley was extremely rude at the checkstand. I put 50 cents in the bathroom scale and it didnt work so I asked if the scale was broken when I got up to the checkstand. I mentioned that I had lost 50 cents in the machine. She looked at me like I was stupid and said it hasnt been working for a while. I told her there was no sign saying that it was out of order oranything. She didn't offer me my money back and once I asked, she looked disgusted and annoyed. She dropped the change in my hand and didnt say anything. Disappointing.

Went to get driveline gasket replaced, mechanic decide to use a big sledge hammer as his tool of choice... warning they his these guys off the street no experience they will damage your truck !

It s a decent TA, there s a lot of parking available. If they moved 5+ vehicles out of truck parking spots or atleast parked multiple in one spot and freed several spots there would be even more.The store itself is old, definitely should get remodeled soon. The showers are ridiculously small, but every time they are clean. So that s a plus. There s not much for good food available here. Unless you want fast food.Overall, decent TA. Could be much better if management wanted to make it better.

My company solely uses TA and Petro. This has to be the nastiest shower of all the ones I have been too. The vanity has missing wood on it looks like it has never been wiped down. Dirt on the wall. Luckily I always bring cleaning disinfectant. Still felt nasty in there. As much money as these truck stops bring in I can't understand how they don't upgrade the showers.

The only thing good about this TA was the Taco Bell. The staff at the Taco Bell was super friendly and fast. The Burger King staff were in the back just talking and didn't come up for a good 10 minutes to take our order when they had no other customers. The worst part though was the showers. It was hard to get the shower at a perfect temperature as the shower handle was loose. The toilet was not completely bolted to the ground and would tip side to side. The worst of it all was the towels, one of them smelled like urine. I would not recommend showering here at all and your best bet for food would be the Taco Bell. If you can go to another truck stop, I would highly recommend it.

Would have given 2 stars - for easy access to the interstate, and no wait at the fuel pumps. However, went in to use the restroom, and the sink full of vomit knocked that second star right out of my review. They were aware of it obviously, because there is an out of order sign on the counter. We will not be back.
