If I could give a half star I would.. friendly but they have no clue what they are doing!! Took 4 times to fix a freaking power steering pump and they still couldnt do it so I had to take it to a real mechanic!! After paying them probably over 2 grand as they guessed what the problem was. First the pump.. next the rackn pinnnion.. then the motor mount.. no idea what they would of said this last time it went out after they "fixed" it.

Very friendly service and helpful. Last time we were in the bill was quite high. I asked for a discount to reduce price and they found it. I m very pleased with the price drop. Thank you so much for your help

The guys at the shop are awesome there fixed my transmission. I was looking at having to buy a new one. They saved the day and fixed what was wrong. I just had to share the wonderful experience I had with Royal this week. After the big snow storm I noticed something was dragging under my vehicle. I called and they said if I could drop it off ASAP, they would try and work it in. I am an absolute idiot and got stuck in the snow trying to make it to their front lot. I was close but very very stuck. I was met with cheerful Don t even worry! We ll get you out! I felt very appreciated as a customer and that I truly was in good hands. I was able to pick it up the next morning and the price was very reasonable. I am also sure it would have been done sooner if it hadn t taken them TWO hours to get it unstuck! HIGHLY recommend these guys! They re exactly what I ve been looking for in an auto shop!

If I could give these guys ten stars I would!My truck broke down in Tooele on my way to deliver an RV from Indiana to California. I tried about ten shops and nobody would help me. When I called Royal I was met with warmth and told to bring it right in and they would take a look at it. The repairs ended up being pretty major but Joel and his guys did not rest until everything was fixed. Being a woman who travels alone, finding a place that treated me with respect and didn t try to take advantage of me was so refreshing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and taken care of. I even received a phone call after I had gotten back on the road to make sure my truck was doing ok and that I was ok. Thank y all again for everything you did to get me back on the road!

My car put itself in cripple mode and said it was overheating even after sitting in the freezing winter weather overnight. I refilled the coolant, but the code wouldn't clear, so I took it to another shop, who told me I needed a new short block and charged me nearly $200 for the diagnostic.I then took it to Royal. They cleared the codes, checked the engine to see if coolant was anywhere it shouldn't be, and then test drove it. Everything was fine. No new engine needed. They didn't even charge me!Love this place! It wasn't my first time using them and certainly won't be my last!

I had the most amazing experience with Royal Auto! I unfortunately bought a rebuilt restored car and have had so many issues with it. I have been going to the dealership to replace parts and had been having the worst time and it was insanely expensive. Royal auto was able to fit my car in their schedule the same day, they were fast to fix and super friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone!Service: Auto maintenance

My partner and I come from Denmark and were stopping in Utah for a day as part of our road trip. We drove up to see down into the copper mine and our alternator burned out. We were stuck on the mountain for 5 hours, unable to jump the car, without proper steering or brakes. We were able to tow the car to Royal Auto, and are so grateful that we did. They were willing to help us overtime on a Friday night. The guys there were helpful, understanding, gracious, all the good things there are to say about the people who help you in an emergency. Of course, they also knew what they were doing and were efficient and thorough. I have too many good things to say about my experience with them. They are the people you want to see after being stuck on a mountain all day!

Took my vehicle I. To troubleshoot a "mysterious noise.". Was expecting the usual sad, expensive surprise.I was floored when they told me it was just an exhaust system rattle and charged me less than an hour's total shop labor for the fix.While their communication was a bit slow, it was more than made up for by not being taken for a ride to the cleaner's. I'll be back for future needs. Thanks.

Very honest people...seriously; I had the feeling when I talked to them that I could trust every word! I had a problem with my starter. I was called back after leaving message and told it could be the next day the work would be done. (Ask for the address which is behind the technical college). I drove there and they drove me home called me an hour before work done to givee progress.They test drove my car to be sure it was fixed, picked me up at my apt after and drove me back to the shop where I was given an unexpected discount and a small loaf of bread! I give them 5 plus stars and would give more for their extra customer service and thoughtfulness, and great work!Service: Engine repair

My Diesel truck was throwing codes and going into limp mode. I was visiting from out of town on a Friday afternoon and no one could get me in for days.Royal told me to come in and they would see what was going on. He ended up staying late to get me finished, and I was able to get back to Missouri without any problems. The Price was way less than I was expecting, as well.I am extremely grateful to them and I would highly recommend them. In a world where honesty seems to take a back seat so often, finding someone you can depend on and trust with your vehicle is better than finding gold.Thank you!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Never really talked to a mechanic and been like man this is a stand out person until now! Every single conversation with Mario has been plesent even when he s telling me bad news haha.. but for reals you won t regret getting serviced here! They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and I won t be going anywhere else! Took the Subaru in to have an entire clutch kit changed out and have some other minor work done. Dropped the car off and had it back the next day! Recommend them to family they took the car in and had it back later that day! And they even got a whole new set of tires! This is the best mechanic in town! He called me back - twice! - to make sure I understood what needed to be fixed, how much it was going to cost, and how long it would take. I hope my truck gives me trouble again soon so I can take it back! I was so impressed!

The mechanic had gotten my wife's personal number that was only given to the lady at the front desk. He had called my wife's phone at 1am then again while we was at the movie. Don't know how he got her number. It made her uncomfortable witch made me upset. I wouldn't take my truck their again. Plus they would look for my oil leak said my engine was to dirty to even look at it. He's a mechanic for hell's sake.

Turbo went out on a Wednesday called Marty told him about problem and gave him my engine info. He found me a turbo and told me to bring it in the next morning Thursday. I was fixed and out the door that afternoon. They did a great job and saved me a lot of money compared to the quote I had from dealership.

Very nice experience. Royal auto group got my truck in immediately and repaired the same day for their quoted price. They were faster and more friendly than two other repair shops I had contacted. Next time I won't bother with anyone else. Thank you Royal Auto !

Highly recommend needed starter replaced had part already big Os told me they couldn t because they only use their parts. wanted 650 plus labor for a starter when I already had a new one these guys just charged me for labor life savers

These people have been giving my sister and brother-in-law the run around with getting their vehicle fixed. It's always a new excuse as to why their vehicle didn't get fixed. The vehicle has been at this place for well over a month. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give this zero stars I would.
