Josh is one of the best sellers and person that I have encountered in my life. He does not just "sell" you a car but he really works with you and goes over every single detail and will go out of his way to help you find the car that is really the one for you.Our trade in was super smooth and within hours we had our car ready for us.The level of care of this staff for their customers is out of this world, something extremely hard to find!I will recomend everyone that wants to get a car to come over Markosian, you will NOT be disappointed....and ask for Josh! Again he is THE BEST!!!!

Had a great experience with Derek and Josh. The lot was clean and well kept. Tom was super helpful as well. I appreciated the sales reps actually listening and understanding my needs and what would work best for me. I would strongly recommend visiting this dealership if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Such a good experience over here at markosian auto! Josh and Rob were beyond helpful. The definitely break the stereotypes of normal car dealers/car salesman s. If you are looking for a car, they are a dealer for the people no doubt about that and Josh gave me a egg McMuffin

Derek did an amazing job getting us into a car. The process was super quick and easy, the car is in great condition and cleaned thoroughly. The entire location was greatly organized and I felt like I was really being listened to and all my questions got answered. 10/10 recommend this location for buying a car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!! If I could give zero stars inwould. My friend bought a used car from the Tooele lot and before her first payment was due they disabled the car. Her husband lost a days wages due to their error. They assured her it would not happen again. It happened again! They locked her out her out of her vehicle five days before her payment was due!And she had paid the payment the morning that this happened! Five days early! So they are running a very shady and questionable business. Buyer beware. Be very aware!

I gave my salesperson Derek a 5 star review the day he sold me my Jeep. Yes it went quickly and I thought efficiently...that was until 27 days from the date I drove off the lot they put a GPS Lockout on my vehicle. The payment was not due for 9 more days. It got locked at 5am. No one to call until 10:00 am. No one answered until 1 pm and that was their service dept. Derek still has not reached out to me to apologize for huge mistake. Hubby did not make it to work and missed $100.00 payload. Better never happen again.

Customer service is terrible, multiple attempts to communicate via email with very little effect, called and no one answered and put on a waiting list. I thought I had a decent vehicle till I started looking. All the plastic was not set correctly, passenger door especially, took me hours to fix a simple task, car didn t even blow hot air when I first got it (they fixed that) my AC bearing started going out in 2 months of driving, thing smells like a pack of dogs lived in it even after they cleaned it and said it was just damp fabric and should clear out. Warranty is garbage, can t expect me to just leave my car 50+ miles away from home and leave me stranded till a minor repair is made. I hate leaving negative reviews but this has been by far an unacceptable, terrible experience and I m not doing business here again.

Derek, Tom, and Josh are amazing, Tom was able to help the sales men find a car that fit my expectations, and both Derek and Josh explained and help me get into one of the cars I chose, thank you guys, you are all awesome, I recommend them to anyone who is looking

Just got a Chevy Malibu sold to me by Derek long at markosian auto the guy was amazing and great at what he does. He stayed literally 2hours after closing time just to make sure I was able to leave the lot with the car I chose and for that I'm grateful!!! Amazing sales team I highly recommend it... And again if by any chance you're in tooele and looking for a vehicle hit up my DUDE!!! Derek long at markosian auto U WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

Let me start by saying my wife and I have leased 1 vehicle and purchased 1 vehicle from the Taylorsville location years ago. Our experience both times were flawless! They helped us build our credit when we were first trying to rebuild. The customer service the entire way was amazing. I can't say enough good things about it all. So now that my daughter is looking to do the same, of course, we took her to Markosian tooele thinking she would have the same experience.The tooele location has thus far let us down. Not only is their customer service sub par but the vehicle they put her in is still after a week, in their shop for the second time. Now they are wanting to put her into another vehicle. Once this whole ordeal is over and we see how they handle things, I will edit this review with full details and give my final rating.I feel like I've let my daughter down...

Hands down the worst car dealership I ve ever dealt with. They are crooks!!!! Do yourself a favor and don t waste your time. You will be disappointed in ways I can t even explain they are Extremely Unprofessional. They are liars! Point blank!

Dallas and Josh were really great to work with!!
