Beyond impressed by the customer service. They helped me to decide on the best option for a blown tire even as far as checking to make sure I checked with other shops in the area since I needed a specific tire same day. What nice folk. They absolutely do their best to do what s best for the customer.

This was my first time at Les Schwab Tire Center. It was clean and organized. Curtis was very nice and showed me how much off the alignment was in my car. He also took the time to listen to me vent

Friendly staff. Do good work. Good prices. But I would recommend always making an appointment. Called said hour to hour and fifteen for a rotation. Ended up Over two plus hours for a basic rotation. Found this trend other times I ve come here. Always longer than expected. That s why four stars.

My car had a tire issue come up a few weeks prior which had caused my alignment to go. I made an appointment with Les Schwab in Tooele and requested that along with my alignment, they include their free services (break check, shock and suspension safety check, air check, pre safety check, battery and charging system check) just to make sure there wasn't anything else that could be needing work. They finished my alignment and stated that the only thing I needed to keep an eye out for was my back breaks.A few days go by and my alignment goes out again, I think it odd obviously because not much time had passed, but with their 30 day warranty i just brought it back in to be realigned. It was during this realignment that they informed me my tie rods in the front tires were shot and it should have been caught during the suspension check. It's just a situation where had it been caught when it was supposed to, I could have replaced the parts needed and had my realignment done within the 30 days to make the money spent on it worth it, but now I'm out the money on that alignment, needing to fix the parts, and once again pay to get an alignment done on my car (went out again that same day). The manager seemed apologetic enough that his employees didn't catch it, but I still feel like I wasted $140 because someone hadn't done their job properly.

My tire warning light continued to alert me that tire pressure was low. I assumed there must be a slow leak. I took my car in without an appointment and they were very accommodating. It turns out I wasn't putting in enough air for the colder weather. Hunter was the technician and he was very kind. He didn't make me feel like an idiot (I could do that all by myself) and didn't even charge me for his time! Thank you, Les Schwab!

Les schwab is a great company I was a little short on. On cash because I'm out of work for the next 18 days because of winter break I worked at the school district and they were able to fix patch the hole in my tire for free. Iwould recommend let a squab to anybody, especially in these hard times

We have been through multiple sets of tires because they didn't inform us the shocks were out. They also sold us tires that were discontinued so we have to run all over the state to find them. I am more than angry. They are obviously taking advantage of my wife. With the economy and my medical expenses, I can't afford to be buying new tires every 6 months. I feel taken advantage of.

I've taken my cars to Les Schwab for a long time, but I absolutely hate that the only way to set an appointment is on line. It's absolutely stupid that I'm standing at the counter talking to someone and they tell me the time frame and in the same breath tell me that I have to set an appointment on line.

I was on my way to my best friend's funeral this morning. Walked out and my tire was flat. Got it pumped up enough to get it to les schwab. Darlin, thank you. You saved the day on what is one of the worst days of my life.

Great service from the tech that did the alignment. Was willing to make a small change for me and said everything went smoothly because everything was adjustable. Which over all is very nice.

After getting horrible customer service back to back at a competitor in town, I gave Les Schwab a shot, and I wish I would have made that change sooner. Everything was done properly, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Les Schwab over Big O hands down!

There I was on the side of the road, unsure if 13 psi was safe to drive on. I had an air pump, but no clue how to use it! As I sat in despair, defeated by the air pump, I heard a voice, the voice of a hero. Hunter had seen me on the side of the road, pleading to the air pump gods, and was the answer from them I needed. Even though it was his day off, he pulled over to help me! With my tire now filled with air, he sent me to this place to have them help me further. Even in the darkest of nights, the hottest of days, and the coldest of winters, Les Schwab employees are there even on their days off if they happen upon you in desperate need of help!

Not good at all. I took my truck in for alignment issues, though the issue turned out to be a ball joint issue. They blamed the place I previously got an alignment and tried to charge me $1000 to fix it. I took it to get a second opinion because $1000 is very high and it was an extremely high mock up of the price because they were trying to charge me for extra parts they wouldn t even use on my vehicle. Not only did they try to swindle money out of me, they charged my friend $1300 to fix their car and now their vehicles tires rattle and car is basically undrivable only 1 day after getting out of their shop.

Respectable staff, clean location, and incredible service. I am traveling back east from Reno to Suburban Philadelphia with my family. I had a slow leak in my driver's side front tire. Stopped in this location to ask for a repair. Within a few minutes after checking in, the excellent staff repaired my tire, free of charge. I'm grateful for this company! While in Reno, the technicians would fill my tires for free if ever needed. Now, the Tooele location showed that same courtesy with a free plug and repair. Honestly, just very grateful for excellent and honest service!

I had a last-minute thing with needing new trailer tires as well a my ATV needed 2 new tires, but they were not in stock. I was able to drop my trailer and pick up the 2 new atv tires while they worked on my trailer and came back, and they got right on my atv. Wade & Allen went above and beyond to help me get back on the road safely. I will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs, I highly recommend this store. Friendly staff as well. I am very pleased with the service that I received. Thanks, guys!

For hours and it took me to tell him how to reset the air in my tires no charge to me and I m still running with the valve. I told him to go ahead and replace anyway. because they didn t replace the one I wanted replaced because I left it on there when I did the tires and rims and change three of them whatever I m out of there manager couldn t be nicer in tooele

Wade has always been honest and fair with me. He's done his best to get me in as quick as possible even when he's backed way up. It's nice that they have tire sizes ranging from ATV size all the way to semi trucks.

Bryson was very generous and didn't even charge me to fix my flat tire! He acted as though I was a long time customer even though I didn't buy my tires from Les Schwab. I had a slow leak and he was able to remove the screw and educate me on the proper amount of air for my tire. I've been driving for over 30 years and nobody has ever done that before.

Worst place Ever. Due to your response, take my car back to the place. The manager (Wade) says that the Owner's response is not correct. That they did not add new fluid to the Brakes, that they limited to changing the pieces without adjusting anything else (big Mistake). The technician put the car back to review (without purging the line) said that everything they did is fine and now has a different story about the pads. Something they did not say on Tuesday when the rotors changed.At least they would purged the line to attend to my comment and then I would have believed them. They refused, they say it's a lie that they added new liquid and now they ask for more money to repair other stuffs. I will take my car to another mechanic to correct the issue even if it costs me money, but at least I hope they are Honest.Chris, if you really are the owner of that business you should visit them more often, because they say that you are wrong and that you are lying about the service.

The quality of work here is typically very good. I prefer Les Schwab from a service perspective over Big O, Discount, etc.That said, the pricing is terrible. I buy a lot of wheels and tires and Les Schwab has a smaller selection than the other competitors. Additionally, if/when they can get the wheels or tires you are looking for, the package typically costs $500 to $1500 more than at the competitors.Because of this, I often go to Discount or Big O despite preferring the service at Les Schwab.Today I came in to ask Les Schwab to balance new tires that were installed by Discount. The tires have approximately 5500 miles and were recently balanced at rotated at Discount where the results were a pretty good vibration around 25-35 MPH that I believe is a poor balance.When I came to Les Schwab this morning, the guy that checked me in was pretty unfriendly, which is a different experience than I've typically had here. Because I am paying in full for the balance, I asked him if they would please drop all the weights on the wheels and start fresh. I also asked if he would specifically note if any of the tires started with a bad balance. He completely ignored both of these requests and gave no acknowledgement that he even heard me. He seemed to be very short with me. I'm not sure why as I was friendly and cordial when I came in - even telling him that the quality at Les Schwab is much better than other places..This rating is based on this visit and not previous visits. It seems there used to be different people working the front desk here who were very pleasant and always worked with me to understand and address my concerns. I have spent a lot of $ here across multiple vehicles over the last 10 years.

Very disappointed, I m 60 and old school veteran, your word is all you got. Was working and got a quote over the phone after they went over the car. Several times I asked, does this number include everything? I was told yes each time.Really nice people and can express enough quality work but suggest getting written quotes before they start work. Which apparently I should have done.Adapt and overcome .Use to be a 3 but now a 2 star, after I got home and found out from my wife the final cost is almost 350.00 more than the guote over the phone the 2 is given because of the quality work but I recommend if you use them!! Get it in writing

I took my car in twice this week for an alignment because the steering wheel is off center. They told me the problem was fixed but as soon as I got on the road I noticed it was still off center. It s pretty frustrating. Well no one s perfect so I forgive them.

I can t say enough good things about this place. They are awesome! Wade has them trained awe ll and hires the right people they are attentive to at the front desk, they are friendly, and they get stuff done. I just went in at the end of the day, an hour and a half before closing. I had a tire that kept losing air. I had to add air for the prior 3 days. They were four or five vehicles ahead of mine, and they got to my vehicle very quickly. The guy that spoke to me at the end was very thorough in explaining what had was going on. There was a screw imbedded in the tire, towards the inside of the top of the rear driver side tire. They made the repair and didn t charge me. He explained to me that the tread on all 4 tires was looking pretty good for this snow season. I wouldn t go anywhere else for any of my tire needs.
