I have been using Caliber Collision for the last 15 or so years. They always provide first class service and an outstanding end product. Even though I could have used a much closer shop for my repairs, I chose to drive 2 and a half hours to the Tooele Utah facility. I just didn t think anyone else would live up to the standards and expectations that Caliber Collision has always done. Job well done! Thanks to the entire team!

I had two choices of local repair shops when I filed my claim with the insurance company. The first shop I picked ended up not having any availability, I would have to go to another shop, which would be a bigger inconvenience. I should have gone with Caliber first! They were able to get me in right away. They were also willing to work within my schedule to have my car dropped off. The consistent updates were very helpful and everyone that I interacted with was friendly. Hopefully I don t need any vehicle repairs in the near future, but if I do, Caliber would be my first choice.

Amazing customer service. We had a few things that were not to my liking (I'm probably more critical than most) but the team got everything looking good. Don't be afraid to ask if something doesn't look right and be patient with the process. I really appreciate the time and effort the team put into getting my car right and back in my hands.

Huge shout out to the caliber collision team for getting my car in and out of the shop so quick! The Communication was 10/10 amazing. I got an update on my car and where we were in the process at least once a week. Anytime I had questions Judy was quick to answer and provide any information she could at the moment and if she couldn t answer questions then she always called me back with an answer! My car came out of the shop beautiful again! If you re looking for a shop to get your car fixed at this is the one to go to!

I had a great experience overall. I took my 2024 subaru to them and expected a long wait as parts for new cars can be difficult to aquire. My car was finished far quicker then I expected and so much sooner then the estimated time. The staff is great and the automated updates about the status of the repair are a nice feature. The car looks great and they cleaned it inside and out before pickup.Just an update. After some time and fully inspecting everything, car is perfect. No missing screws, push pins, paint match is spot on etc. I'm 100% satisfied and happy I took my car to caliber. Thank you to everyone involved in my repair.

We had such a great experience with Caliber Collision. Kole took such great care to keep in contact with us throughout the process. He even handled the insurance and rental car places when they gave us push back. The repairs are flawless and they blended the colors beautifully! It looks amazing!

Caliber Collision is awesome. Sadly my family has had 3 separate vehicles in accidents during the last 6 months. They have handled the repairs for all 3 vehicles and have done an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone.

The communication was consistent. Details of the repair and timeline were specific. Mitigated my embarassment for being lost on a road in rugged terrain at less than 2 mph when the damage occurred. Irrespective of chafe from hauling hay the interior was also detailed! Highly recommended!

I personally will never go back to caliber collision, I took my truck into them to get the front end passenger side of my truck fixed, due to hitting a deer, and when I dropped it off, I drove it there, and then when I picked it up due to the insurance company not paying for it to be fixed, they took things off my vehicle that didn't even need to be dealt with, and now I can't even start my vehicle. I will never go back.

I truthfully was not going to leave a 5 star review because when I received my car back the windows would not roll down, but I was very impressed when I called the shop and they had me come right back and fixed this problem. Things happen, but how s things are handled what makes the difference between a 4 star body shop and a 5 star! Highly RecommendServices: Painting, Body & Trim

We didn t want to do full door replacements or extensive repairs because the car is older. Caliber Collision did a great job buffing out the marks from a minor accident and touching up the paint. We are left with the dings and paint touch up but it saved us thousands of dollars. They did it same day and we couldn t be happier with their friendly and prompt service.Service: Body & Trim

Very poor customer service. I felt I was treated very rude and the representative acted like I was stupid. I have used this location for years and through ownership changes. They will never have my business again.

Love Caliber Collision in Tooele, Utah. Was really quick to assessing the damages to my vehicle after it was in a accident. And was very quick to get in, taken apart, worked on, parts shipped in, fixed and painted. I'd give this place a 100/100. Friendly employees, and excellent care. The car doesn't even look like it was in a accident. We will for sure recommend to our family and friends and their pets.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I do not recommend this place, if you appreciate your time and your vehicle stay away from this caliber collision Tooele utha workshop, they are very irresponsible, they do a bad job, poor customer service especially Judy C, this lady does not know how to talk to the customer, she is very rude . the ladies at the front are worse they never return your calls and they don't give you updates on your vehicle .The workshop doesn't know how to paint. On top of all that not knowing how to do a good job, they are very expensive, they charge the insurance company extremely ridiculous prices and all for a bad job. My experience with this workshop was a nightmare. They keeps with my truck for a month and all because they had to do the work twice, and the worst thing is that they couldn't do the work, they had to send the truck to another workshop to do it.Service: Painting

I am so pleased with the quality of work and customer service. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle every few days through texts or phone calls. Extremely nice every time I talked to them, and so honest! I will use them again when needed, and I will definitely recommend them to others.
