Horrible customer service. Didn t give me the right oil. Was finished with my car and didn t tell me when it was done. Took three hours for an oil change and tires. Scheduled ahead of time as well. Appointment was at 11am. It is now 2pm. Ridiculous. Would t let us stand in the garage when it was storming outside. Had to wait out in the storm while they had me waiting 15 minutes to ask me a question about using a different oil because they were out of the oil they charged me for. Ridiculously horrible service. The only helpful person there was Byron. He seemed to enjoy his job.Update.. had to go back and get my skid plate reattached. The employee and the manager were very kind and got it done for me. No issues. Still the staff Saturday disappointed me one more time but the staff today got this rating moved from a 1 star to a 3 star.

Very nice but what's the point of making an appointment if it's gonna take 30 minutes to check in and then you still have a wait time. I won't be buying tires or purchasing their warranty at Walmart again. The lack of time management and staff is not worth the price.

I showed up on time at 10:00 a.m. with an appointment to get new tires installed. I was told 2 hours, turned out to be 4 hours. Someone got there at noon to get tires replaced and they were done before I was. They kept telling everyone that there was only one mechanic back there, which I found out wasn't true, there were two mechanics and two service techs. They called me twice to tell me that my tire sensors need to be replaced, no they didn't they work fine a week ago. The second time they left a voicemail, telling me I needed to come in, I called them back, it rang for 5 minutes and then disconnected, I called back the same thing. Luckily I was in the store, as a tire replacement should take less than an hour, I walked back to the automotive center and there's no one there and there's no bell to ring to get someone. I requested to speak with the store manager, finally after 3 and 1/2 hours they were done with my car and they tried to have me pay and leave without speaking to the store manager. I finally got the store manager there I don't know when they actually contacted the person, now going on 4 hours, and came to find out from the store manager they didn't have a good reason it took them so long. I went out to my car and they parked it in the only spot that had tree limbs in it I'm not talking little twigs, I'm talking 3-5 foot branches. If you can't figure it out from my review, Don't ever go there!!!

Absolute WORST service I ve EVER experienced!!! I made an appointment and then waited for an hour and a half before they even pulled my car into the bay for new tires!!!! TERRIBLE service from every employee I dealt with there . I took my vehicle elsewhere for tires.. Will never do business there again! Do better Walmart Thumbs down

Bought our sons tires online, Matched vehicle and tires. Son gets there and they say that there's a known glitch in the system & they don't have sons size. We need to call and get a refund. Or online. Online doesn't works, chat didn't work. Wife has spent 30 minutes on the phone and they can't cancel either. This is the most ridiculous situation ever. Thanks alot for wasting our whole day, time & money. Still trying to get our money back and no tires or anything. What a joke never ever ever again will anyone in my family will buy or go to any Walmart tire or auto center ever again. Thinking of not shopping at Walmart anymore.

If you do pick up it is nice and convenient but you need to realize they are not grabbing most of the time thee best product. They will give you the stuff that is close to expiring. Just keep that in mind.

Don t make the same mistake I did, listen to the reviews and don t go here. Had an appointment to pick up tires. Took half an hour to get anyone s attention to get the car checked in. Finally talked to someone and they said they would contact me when they were finished. An hour later I get a call saying they actually don t have the tires I ordered in stock so I just wasted two hours of my time and gas driving there for no reason. On top of that they say they can t refund me and they don t know when the tires will be back in stock. Terrible company with incompetent staff to match.

They didn t even work on my car, they gave me a stupid invalid excuse so that they didn t have to work on it and I had to load the tires I bought into my car and go somewhere else. The guy even raised his voice and tried to argue with me about it, Walmart auto centers have good prices and usually have good employees but not this one

This place is a scam. Should have checked reviews before the car was serviced here.They added extra service after the car was left there, at the pickup they were told they didn't have permission to do that they blamed it on the government. When they were shown the conversation was being recorded, the manager told us not to come back.

I received an email that my 4 tires had arrived at the Walmart store 54i69 S Redwood Rd Taylorville Ut 84123 that I chose to be shipped but when I got to the store they told me that the tires were not thereI called technical support and they told me that the solution is that they gave me my refund when that is not what I want I want them to resend me the 4 tires again if it was lost or stolen within the same store it is not my responsibility that it is not fair that I have to receive a refund and make a new one order because there is a probability that the same thing will happen and the one who is affected in all this is me, because I am stopping using my car due to some tires that did not arrive and no one responded or gave me a solution to this caseI don't know what happened, no one solved it for me, no one knew how to explain it to me neither technical support nor the staff of that store, they simply told me that my tires were not there. This sucks and I'm really disappointed with what happened wasted days and money wasted badly

Avoid this location like the plague. They almost killed me because of their negligence putting on my new tires. They did not tighten the lugs enough and my front driver side tire fell off. Luckily I was only going about 10mph and not on the highway. Then my new back passenger tire got a leak in it so I took it back to get it fixed. They had me wait for 2 hours just to tell me that they can t fix my tire because it s a rim leak even though I bought their tire warranty. They said I had to get a new rim or buy a tire repair product. Coincidentally it was 30 minutes before closing. Later I suspected they just did not want to do the job because they were being lazy and wanted to go home. So I called a different nearby location and they said they do fix rim leaks and said they don t know why they lied to me. There was also no associate at the desk and only appeared about every 20 minutes keeping other customers waiting. If you care about your life, value your time and don t want to be lied to, I suggest you find a different auto care location.

Customer service is terribleI arrived to get new tires on my Jeep. The greeter walked up to my vehicle and was very nice, professional, and quick. He helped me determine the tires I needed. He said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. They pulled my vehicle into the one of the bays, I went inside wallyworld to pass the time while they put new tires on.2 and a half hours later, with no word on the progress or any issues they ran into, the guy who greeted me was coming back from his break, and noticed I was still there waiting. He went to find what was happening, and walked back in with my keys. Turns out that an hour after they pulled my vehicle in, they started working on it. And it had been done for 30 min, but no one bothered to tell me.I paid the money, went out to my vehicle and found the tire low pressure light on. I went straight to a gas station and found that 3 of my tires were at 33psi, the fourth tire was at 45psi. All 4 are suppose to be at 40psi per the vehicle manufacturer. I balanced the pressure and the light turned off. I then noticed how dirty my rims were, now since it was wallyworld, I didn't expect them to actually clean my rims, but all the grime I saw was from the greasy hands of the tire techs. See picture

This was a terrible experience, but it's really Walmart management's fault. First, the online appointment system means nothing. Disregard the time you pick and be their at 7 a.m. parked outside the garage door to the shop. You will find out when you arrive it's first come, first served. Second, ask for the flat repair warranty when you arrive because it's confusing to the staff to add it later when you pick up. Techs aren't trained on the register well enough to do this on their own. Of course the manager was gone when I got there. Third, techs are also not that experienced-- they stripped a lug nut and blamed it on a bad stud. A stop at Autozone and I was able to hand twist a new lug nut on. The weird thing is, no one said anything, they just slyly left it in the cup holder and locked me out after I paid even though they weren't closed yet. However, that complaining aside, the tires were almost half for the same brand that I could find shopping around, so as is true most places, I got what I paid for. So, I'm okay.

Honestly i had a decent experience, I wasn't expecting anything special since its Walmart after all. I can say the staff was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Plus my vehicle runs great.I enjoyed it so much i plan to return this week to have my headlights restored.Service: Oil change

The person who gives the appointments did not tell us that the tire was not there, that they could not help us, instead she made us waste time. BAD PLACE TO GO! They are useless.

Employees sat in back while my wife waited for 10 mins talking to each other giving each other blowies or something. She just wanted to pay for her tires and leave. She had to to go in the back and say something, they walked up front and they apparently were all on break at the same time? Didn t give her an apology or anything. Get your store in order.They also didn t correct the tire pressure monitor before returning it. Lazy mechanics that sit on their phones all day.

I set up an appointment and ordered four tires. When I showed up they said that they no longer accept appointments and said that they could not put the tires on my type of vehicle even though they knew what type of car I had when I called to schedule. It s definitely worth it to take your business elsewhere.

Heads up: your appointment scheduled online is absolutely meaningless. I made an appt over the weekend to get tires this morning and when I showed up they told me they don t accept appointments anymore and they didn t have the tires I had already paid for in-stock . Even though the website said they were in stock at this location and allowed me to make an appointment and pay for the tires. I had also tried calling when I made the appointment to talk about which tires they recommend and they don t answer the phone. Garbage service all around.

Every time the Auter Center is full, I mean with a lot of oil or tire change jobs the attendants are rude and do everything to make you leave and come back another day or never come back. Perhaps if they earned a commission they would be more excited and kinder for us to serve. I strongly recommend never stopping your car at this auto center if it is full

I had an appointment and still waited an hour just to find out that they didn t have the right jack for my car, a Toyota highlander. They refused to call other Walmarts to see who had the right jack. I asked them to test a battery I had and an hour later they realized their machine was out of paper and so it didn t print the report and they said they couldn t tell me anything about the battery and whether it needed to be charged. All around bad experience and really awful customer experience.

Absolutely awful, wanted to do oil change for my car, went their twice, called many times before no answer! they turned me away and declined service though I came 50 minutes before they close, I received the worst customer service someone could get ever!Their tire worker (J) with long hair is the worst ever, he felt really comfortable when I asked to speak with his boss, he didn t care, he even gave me his boss s name (T), he asked me to come to the tire office which I did, no one was there to help, then the same person came out and said he was gonna help others but no me, he raised his voice and yelled at me, then told me T is inside asked me to look for him, turned out T left at 3 pm and someone else his name is J said he has jurisdiction over tire shop and he would investigate it but he couldn t ask them to do my oil change, now, I knew why tire people do not respect their bosses, J himself was not nice to me , he gave promises to resolve issue without serving me. Apparently, they do not treat people equally and respectfully, although Walmart says they do not discriminate on any basis but this was totally untrue at least for this location in Taylorsville.I will never go to Walmart again and if you wish to be mistreated and insulted go there and meet J the tire worker and you would remember my words.Service: Oil change

Auto department is permanently closed. I called before driving a fair distance from other location of where I purchased tires. Shows as open and attendant on phone confirmed its actively working. Thumbs down

Do NOT take your car here. I took my car there to get the battery changed. After they installed the battery, my car still wouldn't turn on and even worse it would no longer accelerate. I ended up having to get it towed to a mechanic where they told me the battery had been installed incorrectly and had blown the fuse. I went back to Walmart today to see if they would reimburse me for the mechanic and tow truck fees but of course they were way allusive and acted like they didn't do anything. I have no idea where they're trying to claim this happened because they are the only ones that touched my battery, let alone my car, before my car completely stopped working.Service: Battery

After calling a dozen places Walmart ended up being the best price for my friends tires. Then the service was great. 4 tires abs the car was ready in less then 40 minutes. Just enough time to do some shopping.
