By far my favorite spot to get an oil change and basic maintenance. They're transparent, quick, and kind.I'm the second owner of this truck and she's getting up there in age. I trust these folks to care for her proper.They have cookies, coffee, fresh water, literature and even a book for the children. Their restroom is kept clean and stocked as well.I am so appreciative of having a trustworthy group to depend on.Vote with your dollars and come here!

I went to Supreme Lube and Oil early on a Saturday morning. I was the only customer at the time, and they were able to get my oil changed within 15 minutes! I was amazed by their speed and good service along with their reasonable prices.

I ll never go anywhere else for an oil change again! I happened to get an oil change here because it s not too far from where I live, but boy is the service amazing and you can tell they take pride and running a good business. It s clean, well-maintained, and they do honest work! Seriously, you won t regret going here. They even showed some love to my pup, which means the world to me! Well done, friends. You ll be seeing me in the future!

The reviews don't lie, this place is a little gem! The service we received was truly phenomenal. We got a oil change and and the new tabs for our trailer. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great service and to know your money is well spent! I also have to add that the bathroom was incredibly clean and they even had chocolate chip cookies to eat while you wait

Great customer service, I had forgotten my coupon and they honored it and give me the discount. They also offer to just clean my oil filter the they could if I didn't want to replace it, I replaced it, it's just awesome that they give me the option for.next time

Great place. Took my truck in for service.The owner told me the vehicle wasn't due for service for another 2,000 miles. He checked all the fluid levels and adjusted the tire pressure all at no charge. Nice to find a place that doesn't just want your $$.I'll be back in 2,000 miles. Thanks.

Great service and friendly. They were very honest when I took my Tahoe in before a trip to Vegas said "I was good just check it when you get there." They easily could've said I needed an oil change right then to make money. Needless to say I went back a few weeks after I got back and had them do the service. Would recommend these guys for sure.

I never thought I'd be leaving a review for an oil change service center but supreme oil and lube always goes above and beyond. Friendly, quick, comfy chairs, and they offer free cookies and coffee. Keep up the great work guys.

Everyone who works here is awesome. They know what they are doing and get you in and out quick. they have never once tried to sell me on something i don't need like jiffy lube and most other places do. 10/10 recommend you go here and only here for car issues.

Quit fast great service, they actually ask what kind of oil you want Incase different then the cap. Have absolutely delicious cookies and hot drinks coffee/coco to drink while you wait which literally doesn't take more then 12-13 minutes. Definitely will return.

Wonderful people the owner Kevin truly cares about every single customer that walks through the doors. I have lots of cars I never found such a wonderful place to bring them. I will never go to any lube and oil shop other than this one again. They only offer you something if you truly need it. If your car doesn't need something they won't try to hustle you into buying it. All the employees know what they are doing and seem to really enjoy it.

Monday was my second visit to this Supreme Lube and Oil and I love it. Both times I have been greeted by all the staff with a welcoming attitude, all their staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Supreme Lube and Oil has gained a customer for life!! I specially love that they are not pushy or try to upsell you something that is not needed!!! See you guys in the 4K miles!!!

The best oil change service in west valley city! The people here are so friendly and they got me in quick. Reasonably priced, I m glad to find a service place that is close to home and runs with integrity. Comfortable sitting area, Come check them out!

I love this place. They get me out of there within 15 minutes and are always so friendly and happy to help. I love their cookies and customer service. They've also checked random things on my vehicles when I have asked (even when I am not there to pay for a service). I have recommended several people to this place because I know the owner and employees will take care of them!Service: Oil change

One of the most trustworthy shops around. This is the only place I bring my cars for oil changes. If there are ever any problems they find with your car they offer solutions without trying to upsell sell you anything. They are always helpful and polite to any and all customers whenever I am there.

I have been bringing all my vehicles here. They are very honest and also generous. Definitely not rip offs like Jiffy Lube. They tell me about any other issues my vehicle has and I have never had any problems with them. I highly recommend these guys. Excellent service and always so welcoming. KEVIN BRIGHT YOURE THE BEST!

So, you too off Mercedes suv oil, on 22 year old women driving from Utah to Georgia with her two kids , and when she offers to just get a new oil change, you insist because she has warranty that topping the fluids off is better then a fresh oil change,? And full vehicle inspection on the area your company offers because she offered you guys, Interesting. 4 shops, midtown Goodyear, Mavis, Ford dealer in pugmire, and Chloe's auto repair strongly disagree. Will never come to your company location again, and other shops in salt lake City strongly disagree,

Best place to get oil changed! Quick and efficient! The owner is an incredible man. So kind, personable and great character. Hard to come by those customer service skills now a days. Something seemed off with my oil so I went back and he made it right and now next oil change is on them when it was a minor thing. Just 12/10 amazing place. Customers for life

Supreme lube and oil is hands down one of the best businesses ran in Utah. The service is better than Chick Fil A! Lol. Seriously though, I love coming here every time. My wife loves coming here also because she s treated with respect. The owner is always on site and ensures that you leave with a great experience. They never try to upsell anything, they just give honest professional opinions and quality work. People say that you only remember a bad experience and maybe that s the case for most places. Or maybe most places just don t stand out as great of an experience as Supreme Lube and Oil does. I will continue to proudly support this business and give them a 5 star review. It makes me happy to see a place care so much about their work. It s a rare sight these days.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

We all hate changing our oil... it is a necessary evil, but these guys make it so EASY. It was not a hassle for anything. They were done in about 15 minutes, so I was able to go on my lunch break! They ask you which oil you want and respect your wishes. They show you the air filter and tell you how long you have left on it. This place is awesome! Everyone is super nice! They have impeccable customer service! They also don't treat you like you don't know anything either. I love that. I hate when places treat you like you're an idiot because you don't know cars like they do, these guys do not do that, they treat you really well here.I even came here about a month ago, and they turned me away because I didn't actually need an oil change, they just reset my sensor, topped off my fluids and sent me on my way. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and given me an unnecessary oil change and taken my money. But no, they were honest and helped me. So naturally when my miles were up, I came back. I'll be back every 3,000 or so miles for an oil change.You should too.Service: Oil change

I always come here for my car needs. Even though their services are limited I still take my car to do a check up when I get warnings because I know they would give me their honest opinion and will always refer me to Tim s Auto if the service needed isn t offered there. Tim s is also great but I love coming here even if it s for me to get work done else where. I trust whatever auto opinions Kevin and his team has and they also have the best prices! They also care about each of their customers! Highly recommend!I forgot to add that I love their cookies!

The speed of service and the staff being thorough, professional, and friendly is what make me a repeat customer. I went in for an oil change and was back on the road in about 10 minutes. Amazing service as always, and they have earned my business!
