It's not enough that you guys have almost everything needed for cars. No. CUSTOMER SERVICE is also important. When I come into a place where I am going to spend anywhere from $3 to $500 for auto parts, I, at LEAST want someone to smile and make me think I'm welcome here. It is obvious that the only woman working there that I could see, was not happy with her job. Why? Is it management? Is she in the wrong position to be dealing with the public? This store in Taylorsville needs a serious customer service training! That's includes everyone from the manager on down! Shame on the district manager to only worry about the bottom line!

We ve been in to O Reilly a handful of times in the last couple months as we fix up an older car that had been sitting in the garage.We ve had a good experience every time we ve been in and with all the folks who have attended us, but I want to mention in particular the excellent help that we ve received from Mac on several occasions now.Mac helped us with tests, he dug up information about a part that was under warranty, and he has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and good-natured when we re in. We ll be back any time we need anything for the car, and that is due in no small part to our experience with Mac, who has made us feel that we re in good hands when we re there. Thanks!

I commercial through the west valley location ran by Tracey. I LOVE MY OREILLY TEAM THERE! I don t think I can say that enough.Anyway, I needed a part that only this location had. I saw that Howard (west valley driver) was in the middle of dropping of parts from DC and didn t want him to feel rushed - even though I was rushed. So I asked nick to let me pay for it and I ll run over and get it.I walk into this store, and there s a few workers there. Not familiar with this location so I stood in line.1 kid is being helped, 1 in line and then there was me after. I stood for a good 15-20 minutes watching these workers.Here s what I saw.1 guy on the phone.1 lady stocking shelves in the back.1 guy looking for parts that was helping the kid at the counter.1 lady - standing around looking for change for $100.It s this lady that had me rolling my eyes. I thought, is she needing it to help someone s transaction - nope cause there s only 1 kid being helped and the guy that s helping him stopped what he was doing to see if he had change for the $100 bill the lady was looking for.Since she wasn t helping anyone, I assumed it was personal. I could be wrong. But it was annoying standing there waiting for so long watching her hold us longer for change.Bottom line is I counted 5 workers and only 1 helping customers - with the exception of the guy on the phone probably talking to a customer or another store.Next time if this location is the only that has what I need I ll just help Howard bring in parts in west valley and ask him to come get it.It was crunch time for me but lazy hour for them.

I wanna say Michael deserves a raise. He went above and beyond to help me yesterday. I value a hard worker & someone who is respectful. Some people come off as not liking their job. He was totally happy & helpful. So thank you Michael.

I have a credit account with O Reilly s but normally use a different store which is great to me, but Ive had to come here multiple times to purchase under said account. Employees always have an inconvenienced demeanor -almost hostile- when asked for help finding or ordering anything. Very little effort is given to look up my account each time. This store could do so much better. My normal store would ve lost my business treating me this way.

1/2 O'Reilly to get a new cap and rotor for my truck Chevy S10 I had no idea exactly what parts we needed the employee Maccame out looked at the truck help us figure it out they went above and beyond I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing Auto parts

Amazing I wish I could remember the older gentleman that helped me out today bit if you remember me you helped me loosen my roof racks for my bmw and they look great! Super friendly people there. I will be thinking of O'Reilly's when I go snowboarding this weekend!

I broke down with my handicaped fiancee in the parking lot we had a friend come help us fix it in the parking lot the staff was great and even helped our friend when i wasn't strong enough. I was impressed with how helpful the staff was.

I'll do most of my own auto maintenance and repair, but wipers make me angry.So I asked the cheerful lady at the counter if someone would be willing to do that for me. She was helpful AND cheerful. Thanks.

Do NOT go on Saturday evenings. All the too fast. Too furious wanna be s take up the entire parking lot. Then they race their cars around awesome when you can t park in the parking lot.But. Once you make it in. The peeps are awesome. We ve made many trips to this location with our projects. We ve never once had issues with staff or the products at this location.

I get asked if I need some help usually as soon as I walk in the door. I have bought items in the store and online.My first online purchase from them was a little shocking at first. I had not realized that auto batteries had shot through the roof in pricing. I checked other dealers for pricing and they were pretty much the same, starting on an average of $145.00 with a $20.00 core charge.My first thought was that battery makers were putting gold them for better contact, but we all know that would be and absolute lie.Anyway I took the old battery in so as not to make two trips and get the core charge taken off when I made the purchase.The battery was ready to go when I go there and purchase was seamless. The employees were great and were helpful, I had no issues whatsoever in any part of the transactions. I will return when other products are needed.

I asked for a specific part. Then when I left the my mom at the register the clerk sold her a more expensive part telling her what I was wrong. Don't go here.

Wasn't that great of an experience. The place is small with limited selection. The people working there just kind of hung out at the counter and didn't offer to find me anything, which considering I was the only person shopping at the time was kind of surprising. They ended up not having what I wanted and what I did want cost more than that other Auto parts places. I ended up finding the same product for a lot less money at Walmart.

I don't remember the name of the person that helped us, but he was really nice and answered all of our questions. He helped us find exactly what we needed, and got us on our way quickly. We would definitely go here again.

Just stopped by to get a code read test. They don't really do them anymore. But they still will loan you the equipment as long as you have a driver's license. I had to YouTube how to hook it up on my car but it was easy enough. But they can't give a print out anymore. The staff all seemed plenty nice and helpful and this place was clean and well-stocked

Had a gentleman named Willam Ball help me find some wiper blades for my Mitsubishi Outlander and he helped me install them too! Very friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend this spot!

I went there for wiper blades and oil change supplies. Employees not only pointed me to the correct aisles to find for myself, but verified that I had everything I need at checkout. I look forward to saving money with DIY changes with the mileage I incur driving rideshare.

I dealt with two gentlemen working at O Reilly s. From the start they both were rude. I was replacing two truck batteries. The battery should have a three-year warranty but we re only a year and a half old. So instead of figuring out the problem with me they told me they just want to talk to me no more they didn t have anything to say. I would have just bought two new ones there if they would have helped me out and without the attitude. In the end I left and went to AutoZone and bought two new batteries and treated with great service and I left with a smile sucks to be O Reilly s and they missed out on $500 I won t go back

My battery had died and bought it at Walmart and they helped me when no one else would. They helped me take out the old and put in the new. Everyone had a great attitude and was informative. Will always use these guys!!

Well the employee Juan that first helped me was not very pleasant didn't both to go out of his way to help get my order completed. But the 2nd employee took real good care of me even took the time to call the other O'Reilly's location to iron it out.

Nice place for auto parts. It's a all in one kind of store. You need to be aware of your vehicle make and model while buying a part from there. They do free battery checkups. That's really fast. This place has enough parking space. I feel O'Reilly is costlier than AutoZone. But quality of parts are better.

This was the worst experience. We dropped off our battery and called to see if it was ready to be picked up and they hung up. We called again and were asked to hold and we asked that they not hang up and 10 seconds later they hung up again. We then went in to pick up the battery and they didn't remember whether it was a good battery or not. They said they think it was when it wasn't.

I went in to return a rented tool. The old lady told me it was returned and I was credited for it already. That threw me off. She couldn't find that I had rented the tool in the history which I found out from another oreillys location isn't hard to find. The old lady lacks computer knowledge but customer service skills too. The manager nayhor (old hispanic male with a tick) backed her up without even trying to double check her work or what she was doing. Also another time I returned an ignition coil that had been sitting in my glove box for a week. The manager accused me of using it and I kept telling him no. He told me he couldn't credit back my card and would only give me a gift card but I asked him "why do I need a receipt if I ordered it online and picked it up under my account?" And why would you question my integrity when I've spent thousands of dollars at oreillys since 2014? That guy rubs me the wrong way and this specific location is the worst!!! I'm going to autozone. The young big boned white girl with her hair always up is actually the best people person in this location. I recommend going to her. The young Harry potter looking boy is ok too but he seems to hate his job

Came to get some Antifreeze and a new air filter as it can tend to be a bit more expensive when getting an oil change. They were helpful and quick. They didn't have any disposable funnels but they had a good idea to use a roll of advertisements to create a funnel that worked just fine.
