It s no fun having car issues so it s nice when you find a place you can trust. Needed new tires for my SUV and this was by far the best experience for me. They were able to get it in right away and they were finished faster than expected. Tyler in particular was so helpful and friendly!! He made the experience seem super easy. I was impressed with his customer service during the entire process!!

This place is great and the mechanics are amazing. I was looking for a new mechanic that didn't try to prey on me and I found this place that fixed everything I needed done on my older truck. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you guys

Came in for a tire puncture repair. Provided a more than reasonable price for the job and did it quickly! They noticed that my car was also idling high, and found that the air filter wasn t installed properly so they took care of that free of charge! 10/10 would recommend!

My family and I ran over a very large screw on the freeway while on vacation. I got off the freeway and went to Jones Complete Car Care. They got our truck in right away and were able to fix our tire within 30 minutes, without a charge. Fantastic customer service - highly recommend!!!

Woke up to a completely flat tire on a frigid morning. Called 3 places who told me the wait time was many hours. But then I called Tyler at Jones CCC. Not only did he tell me he d fit me right in, but he told me he wouldn t charge me if it was something simple. And it was (value stem loose) and he didn t (charge me). He wouldn t even accept a tip. Tyler and his team demonstrate well what you want in a friendly neighborhood auto shop!

Highly recommend them. My car tire was showing low pressure because it had nail in it. Without any appointment, it was fixed within an hour for FREE. Office was clean and staff were very nice.

Over the last 4 years I ve had some routine maintenance done with the guys at Jones. I ve always felt like they were honest. They work quickly as well. My last go around I even towed my jeep up to Taylorsville from Orem because I wanted them to work on it. Would recommend.

Stopped in with a completely flat tire. 30 minutes later all fixed. No charge. I repeat no charge. And while I waited with my 10 year old they worried about if the tv channel was ok. Beyond superior service. Kinda blows my mind in every way.

Went to Jones Complete Auto care because my windshield wash fluid would not spray . And they had me out of there in 10 minutes they fixed it in minutes love this place Tyler is Awesome!!!!

I've started coming here for oil changes, very transparent about what needs to be done on your car-won't try to sell you anything you don't need. Very communicative about how long it takes and when to be back

Had the unfortunate event of a hole in my tire, made a call in and they were able to see me very soon after i arrived, Took just about the expected amount of time for the fix but Tyler and staff were so pleasant and down to earth to chat with and get my issue resolved, quick as they could, GREAT SERVICE!

I made an appointment to have all 4 shocks changed on my Chevrolet Tahoe. I waited all week for the appointment which was for 12:00. I dropped it off and asked if they would finish it today. The answer was maybe if we have the parts. I said isn't that why you make an appointment so they have the time blocked off to work on it and get the parts? The answer to that was an appointment doesn't guarantee the work will be done it just puts you ahead of any walk in customers. They had all week to make sure they had the parts. By 5pm I still did not hear from them so I called and was told they're still working on it but they weren't going to be able to finish it today. I told them I didn't want it sitting outside and wanted it locked up inside which they said they would do. I went out after 5pm and drove by and the vehicle had not been moved since I dropped it off. So how are you working on a car that has not been moved? I turned around and went inside and said I was picking up the Tahoe and would take it somewhere else. The attendant went to the manager and came back and said we'll do it now. So how come all of a sudden they could do it now after it had been sitting there all day 5 hours to be exact. I did take it back without the workbeing done and will never go back there. I was lied to on the phone and to my face. This is not how you do business unless you want to lose customers.

The experience I received at this shop was so stressful. I explained during my visit I heard a pop and my car was not accelerating. I was there at 430 and the hours showed open till 6. I asked if they could take a look for my drive home. I not knowing much about cars asked if they could do a quick check on my car and maybe check the transmission fluid.They did let me know they would try to get to it but I may have to leave it overnight. I just wanted to know if I could finish driving home. They pull my car in. The hood was popped and they checked the fluid. A tech came out to show me metal shavings in the fluid and said I need a new transmission. At this point my husband was on his way. They recommended me leaving the vehicle to put a new transmission in it. They said they would send me prices but I was looking around 7k. They showed my husband the metal shavings. Again recommended to leave the vehicle there. My husband said he was taking it home. The tech advised against as it could cause other issues. After discussion he said they have a shop up north. We took it to another shop after taking a look under the hood and clear as day the charge tube on the throttle body was disconnected. Guess what else. The other shop drained all the fluid and NO metal shavings were found. My car runs great. Funny thing is after talking to Tyler in the front office and getting estimates on rebuilding a transmission with a company they partner with to do me a favor and save some money, he asked for a good review. The higher ups like that he stated.Long story short. Just like other feedback given on a different review this shop tried telling me something was wrong that was not. According to Tyler they had 3 mechanics look and it was for sure my transmission. When I called to bring this awareness to the so called person in charge he stated personally saw my fluid drained with the metal shavings. I asked how the remainder of the fluid which was a lot bigger of a cup could have no shavings, but yet the small amount they took had shavings in it. His response I don t know. In fact, they were trying to do me a favor and normally don t take vehicles an hour and a half before closing. I will also note this is my first bad review I have ever left a business because I understand people make mistakes. How you make it right is what matters and nothing was done to make this right. I also asked how the company would feel if I stole money from them. The response was we didn t take any money so we didn t steal. 90% of our clients are returning clients. We are not that kind of shop. We are three weeks out with business alone and don t need to do that to make money. I would never trust the shop nor recommend anyone take there vehicle to this shop after the experience I received. Based on the call prior to filing this bad review, I doubt the company will even own up to this mistake. Something more than I will talk to my guys or that wasn t their intentions needs to be done. You don t tell someone repeatedly they need something that cost 7K without knowing for sure. Also, here s a picture of what the popping noise was and the easy fix. Update from previous rating.. The general manager reached out. He listened to my concerns and insured things would be put into place to prevent this from happening. Although we were never able to discover how two shops saw something different with the shavings I respect the follow up and intentions to make things right moving forward.

After having a bad experience with Jones Complete Car Care they did everything they possibly could do to make it right. Brandon and Mark went out of their way to earn back my trust and take care of my vehicle with top notch service. I was really disappointed with my last appointment and left without having any work done saying I would never come back but after today I intend to use Jones Complete Car Care as much as possible. They followed up with the previous review I wrote and Brandon even contacted me on a Saturday to apologize and vow to make things right if I would come back and have them take care of my vehicle. That is the way to do business and keep customers. I appreciate Brandon, Mark and everyone that took such good care of me and my vehicle. I will definitely go back for any service I may need on any of my families vehicles. Thank you again to all that were involved. You made my day and did right by me and I will continue to use your services.

Jones Complete Car Care was a great experience. They were super transparent and thorough with the pre purchase inspection I had them do. Please disregard the previous review.They did not pay a dime for any work and Jones did not try to replace any parts on their vehicle. It was made by a disgruntled seller that was angry after I decided to not purchase their vehicle. Overall I would happily bring my business to Jones in the future.

Review update.........This is the 4th time I have brought my vehicles here and #1 customer service I can not say enough about customer service. If you want to go somewhere that the whole process will be explained where the work is guaranteed take your car here. I use honest reliable mechanics that stand behind their work and that is what I get here. They don't fix things that aren't broken like some other mechanics I have come across that is where the honesty comes in. As far as customer service they will get you taken care of I drive 50 minutes to come to this shop specifically. There is a full repair shop within 10 minutes of my house that speaks a lot. I go the distance because they go the distance. Thanks guys!!!!!

I don t trust anyone and am very paranoid with auto work but let me tell you this. Mark and his team at Jones Complete Auto Care were more than fair on the cost of parts (lower than the parts stores in town) and labor. The length of time it took them to work on my vehicle didn t take long, and they went above and beyond to help me when the major components on my vehicle needed to be replaced. The Care in their name isn t just meant for vehicles, but Mark and his team demonstrated that they Care about people too. I won t take my vehicles to any other shop. Just them. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

I had a pretty low review before but I m here to update it.My family and I have been long time customers of this shop regardless of the service given. There have been low points but they make it right. I just got my car back and after some miscommunication , it s fixed. I still feel their customer service skills over the phone need to be worked on. My mom and I called and got attitude. My dad calls back with attitude and they re just fine with him.Overall, ever since they switched from Andersen Tire, they have gotten a little slower with repairs and that s just fine too. The lack of communication I can forgive sometimes but I do wish they d work on that a little more. They are reliable and they re reasonably priced. Thank you.

I ve been to Jones countless times over the last 3 years. They re always very kind and helpful to me, a person with no car knowledge. I ve never had an issue with any of the repairs I ve had done here (probably a couple dozen at this point) and they always do a great job of keeping me in the loop. They re also very timely especially considering that they are a shop with a lot customers. I trust this shop completely and they have relieved so much car stress for me over the years. I really appreciate the friendly and kind service here.

Love this place! They re honest guys, they work hard and get stuff done as fast as they can. The one star review they have for a wait is BS, if you call in advance they ll give you an idea of how long things will take. It s good if they re busy! We want that for small businesses. And they deserve it cause they re good! We won t go anywhere else in the valley for tires and oil changes!

These guys are super honest friendly and kind and take care of there customers. Today Tyler helped me out and was super nice. My dad has been coming here for more than 20 years and we go here all the time! Great people great service
