I love this lace they always help me out, I got a new truck and the tire was draining fast. They patched my tire when discount said it couldn't be patched. In like less then 10 min too. True gentleman who know there stuff

I had taken my Jeep in for an alignment (was very slightly starting to pull to the right, hardly noticable). When I drove my Jeep after the alignment was worse! My vehicle started to pull to the left at slower miles and hard to the right at 40mph and over. I had taken my vehicle back they cross rotated the tires (which had just been done at th dealership not to long ago). My car still pulls hard to the right!!!I asked how is my Car worse then when I brought it to you? I was told I'm not sure we can not adjust it more we have done what we can do, I'm not blaming the tires they they still look new, you might have to take it to the dealership we can't fix anything more. The salesman was calm and polite as he told me maybe something was wrong with my front end( my vehicle has had no damage before taking it here), or a part of the tire they can't fix with only having one mechanic. He said they were busy I could come back when the had two mechancis to look at it, they would like to fix the problem. Then he suggest again that I take my vehicle to the dealership.I paid for service that made my car worse their reply is to take it to the dealership.I am headed out on a road trip can not take my vehicle now. I should have read all of the reviews before taking my vehicle here. I do Not recommend taking your vehicle here. They will make it worse and not take ownership or try to fix the problem.

5 stars service/2 stars everything else.Good: Guys are great, do good work, friendly most of the time, never had an issue w any services or products and they warranty their tires super wellBad: charged me 100$ labor for a tire and oil, which took 90 minutes. I understand there are other folks getting service, but in the name of efficiency; simple services be sorted first, and if everyone ahead of me had the same then I ll eat that part) but 100$ for labor on that is still too much however you slice it.**important** I will be back, because in all fairness this is the best place in the valley(that I ve been to) to get your vehicle sorted, and they will sometimes comp certain services on your visit depending on what it is, but this particular visit yielded a quote that just was not in line with my usual experience here.

I would give a zero if I could I booked a tire rotation on line and when I went to the Taylorville store I was nicely greeted I waited for my rotation the mechanic went to get my car and yanked on my door handle my and broke itno one came to me and let me know that there was a problem, second I went to get into my car and couldn t, I spoke with the owner and he was rude and not helpful at all he said there is nothing he could do today about the issue. I had to climb in from the passenger door to get to the driver side. I have never had this kind of service at Big O . We will see if they fix the door

Came for an oil change, they told me they only had 1 car in front and it would take 30 minutes or so, they offered tires rotation and I said yes. After 1 hour they come out and say that 1 of the studs was broken, I had a road trip plan next morning and they wouldn t take responsibility for breaking the stud neither they had a mechanic to fix it the same day. This is the second time I go to a Big o tires and they break the studs while rotation the tires. They need to start taking responsibility for their action. No wonder you offer free tire rotation, breaking studs to make money. Service has definitely gone downhill at big o tires. Now I have to look for another mechanic last minute to get the car fix for my trip, waste of time.

Camry 03. My husband Vu had the rack and pinion assembly replaced on my car by another shop on 09/17 then came to big o tires taylorsville here on 09/18 to do alignment. Next day I noticed that the boot on the rack and pinion assembly was twisted. Brought the car back to big otire to have them untwist the poor thing. I found out that this is the most common problem after an alignment. Be on the watch out for this. The tech might have rushed through and did not do his diligence when doing the alignment. This would go unnoticed for sure. I had alignment done by this same place back in 01/2023 becase I changed the shock absorbers. Now I question if they messed up the boot back then as well. The reason why I replaced the assembly is the very same reason I brought the car back this time. I attached 2 pictures. First one taken of the old assembly with the messed up boot circled in red all torn up and leaking power steering fluid. This is before the new one is replaced and the second picture taken with the new rack and pinion assembly and right just after the alignment on the 09/18. i asked if the shop can help cover the replacement cost because they messed up the old boot jn the first place of the assembly but of course no need to tell you further they refuse to take liability and Ii am responsible for all costs. I will not come back.

These guys are cool as hell. Their pricing was better than anywhere else and their wait times are very reasonable. I ve been there three times I only waited 30 minutes for my car to be done each time. And even during their busy hours with a lobby full of people ahead of me in line as well.

I got a flat on bangerter highway and ride it out to the next exit, as I was already driving on my spare!They happen to be right off the exit, and it was Christmas Eve, and all I had was $100 bill in my pocket. They had me out the door in 15 minutes!Thank you guys for everything that you do! They took care of me, and gave me a discount, on Christmas Eve?! Amazing!

I can not speak highly enough about this company. Sean is amazing! He's friendly and knowledgeable. He never over charges and is happy to answer all my dumb questions (I know nothing about cars).

Dear Big O Corporation:Rather than paying for an add on Facebook which will interrupt something interesting, perhaps it would be productive to lower your prices and encourage your staff to be more efficient.I'm not particularly fond of waiting around for someone to help me with tires, so I now go elsewhere, and their tire prices are far more competitive.I also dislike annoying "break-in" commercials and make it a point to NEVER do business with a company that thinks I'll be a docile lamb if you just dangle your commercial in front of me.Your commercial has convinced me to just avoid Big O.

We took our car in to get the braked changed. They made the matter worse! Let's just say 4 times taking back they have not fixed the problem! Will never go back! Now taking the car elsewhere to fix the problem brakes that was installed.

I would rate this a zero if I could. When my aunt was getting her car fixed because her oil pan was leaking she was walking in and got thrown on a car. The reason she got thrown on a car was because the owner was physically touching a customer hitting them, and then was later forced out door by the owner causing my aunt to be thrown on a car. While the big o tires was fixing her car, they charged her money for not fixing anything, and later broke the gasket and made her purchase a pack of four, even though they only broke one and there the one who broke it.

Tony has always been so good to our family, been going here for 15 plus years. I live 30 minutes away now and I still go here because of the service. They are quick and fair. Highly recommended.

Took my car in because it wouldn t start. First they said it was the alternator, after they changed it, it still wouldn t start so they kept it another day. Then said it was the starter and they wouldn t charge me to change it. Since it was their mistake. Then they said I needed a new battery. Seems like they didn t know what was wrong with my car. Didnt keep their word and I ended up having to pay over $1000 bucks.

I ve been here several times and have been mistreat every time now. First time I was getting my tire patched the dude complained that I had 2 nails in my tire. As if I wanted a nail in my tire and I can t control how many nails I pick up. Just last week I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and I wanted my windshield wipers replaced and had to wait over an hour. They proceeded to serve everyone except me and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after everyone else left. (They usually get oil changes done in 15-30 mins) The worst part is they didn t even rotate my tires or replace my windshield wipers. Don t go here unless you want rude, slow, and dishonest service.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I was heading out on a road trip and stopped to have them check my tire pressure. They discovered a screw in my tire. Within 15 minutes, I was on the road. There was no charge, which is shocking in today's world. Super friendly and helpful!

Great customer service. Really helped me out when I was in a tight spot. I had hit a nail and needed a repair. They got me in right away and had it fixed in no time. Highly recommended.

I took my car in to get my power steering system fixed and they fixed it, but at some point during that process they broke my drivers side door by bending the hinge and when I asked them about it they blew it off and told me their boss would call me. the next day I took it back and they called me a liar and kicked me out. Not to mention they took advantage of my little knowledge of vehicles and charged me 255$ to change out a camshaft sensor that previously took me approximately 15 minutes to change on my own. In the end I left 800$ in the hole, a broken door and my day completely ruined.

Great if your doing tires or general maintenance. DO NOT go here for air conditioning. It'll always be a bad compressor. Always. Then overcharge for parts, that are not bad. That $700 compressor was a $15 compressor control valve

Had to unfortunately change my 5 star review to a 1 !! Most recent visit they could diagnose my car pop noise couldn t get it to make noise said I think it s the sway bar link on one Sadie my son 16 paid $211 out his hard earned money for guess what later that day it popped again!!! So mad o took to two other shops and diagnose was bad lower control arms. I called apple to owner or what ever he is who seem to have attitude when I said I feel like you guys just didn t do it right and charged for part not needed he said I still have the broken piece here if you want to see it. How do I know it was really broken they could have broke or been from another car. Why didn t they show day of repair? Never ever going here again . The shop currently fixing with in 5 min knew exactly what it was so what s up with your mechanics????

After that last snowfall I stopped by to see if i could get tires an alignment for my car. I was informed about a set but they could get me cheaper tiered if i felt like waiting. I didn't have much to do so i just waited. The clerk informed me of what the alignment was and how it was now. Everyone was great!
