Last week before work I had to run in and get my battery changed out. It was under warranty but there was some trouble with the computer getting it to accept that. Jeff was fantastic. He took the time to get it right and got it to take it in the computer. Got me the battery and even helped me quickly install it so I could get to work. Thanks JEFF!!! Give this guy a raise AUTOZONE!

Is it too much to ask if they could have a dedicated cashier? If you need a part go to the counter. The self checkout clerk has a terrible attitude because he stood in line for the parts counter to be checked out for two quarts of oil when an employee states that the self checkout was open.

I came in pretty bummed out, financial stress & on top of that my car needed some maintenance items that could no longer wait, including tail lights. The whole staff was super friendly, they where able to guide me to options that worked perfectly without breaking the bank, and the store manager (I believe Tracy) was super sweet, was knowledgeable and helpful since I walked through the door. They all provided top tier service from the moment I was there until I drove out. I felt a lot better than when I came in. 10/10 my favorite AutoZone.Shame I live far from this location or I'd be here anytime my car needs something.

I try not to post negative reviews. However, I feel that I need to. I had not been to this location until today, and will not be returning. When I entered the store, the associate (a lady, probably mid to late 40s) was attempting to assist customers at the pay kiosks. She seemed agitated and was impatient. I did not feel comfortable even being in the store, but I decided to continue browsing. At one point, the woman used the "f" word a few times and blamed her bad attitude on not having any caffeine. Needless to say, I was appalled. Finally, as I was finishing my browsing, the young man working with the female associate approached me and asked if I needed any help (mind you I had already been inside the store for about 30 minutes at this point).I am fairly patient and understanding, however this is completely unacceptable behavior in a retail setting. Please remember to be respectful and accept responsibility for your actions everyone.

Tom B was amazing. I'm a single mom who got stranded in Salem last night. My car was jumped so I was able to make it home. First thing this morning, I went to Auto Zone. Tom B helped me. It was a loose connection that needs a clamp. He fixed it for the time being and was incredibly kind in the process. Thank you, Tom!!

Took a while to be helped but the lady at the front desk was doing to best that she knew how. Luckily they had all the parts I needed in stock and once helped everything went pretty smooth. A couple times the lady almost gave me the wrong parts by simply not looking at the parts but rather assuming since a certain part was in it s place it must be right. I caught the errors immediately (Worked at a mechanic shop & used AutoZone a lot) so I mentioned it and obviously got corrected. Overall not bad but

I had taken my car to a shop and was told that my car needed a new battery and with the replacement and labor I was into it over $350.When he was alive, my dad always raved about Auto Zone and now I know why. Knowing that I could get a battery for much less than $300, I went to my local Auto Zone shop in Taylorsville. With the help of Tanna, Nathan, and Brian, I was not only able to find an acceptable battery for my needs for under $100, but they treated me with kindness and care, removing my old battery, and replacing it with a new one. Thank you so much for your help today my friends!

This store was incredibly polite, Manuel, who works here was incredibly generous. Where other AutoZone stores had told me they couldn t install my battery, and that I needed a mechanic, Manwell was more than happy to put in a little extra work and change my battery. Will be coming to this auto zone moving forward.

Walked in and asked for help with lead acid battery disposal. I was treated very rudely by a man at the front desk. He told me they only take batteries if we bought them there. When I asked if he had an idea where I could take mine, he just said junkyard and rolled his eyes at me. Not a sorry, or a kind word at all. Not even a have a nice day or anything. I believe it is state law that if you sell lead acid batteries, you are to accept any for disposal.

Allen was awesome! I brought in my old auto mechanic liquids and he spent the time, one by one, to explain how to get rid of them all. I even brought in an old car battery and AutoZone gave me $10 in store credit. I'll be excited to use it for something that I need at AutoZone the next time something comes up.

They were more then nice to me, they helped me get the light out of my headlights and even find the most affordable light to replace it, they did everything I asked, and have great customer service, for sure will be back for any car needs.

There is an employee here that is so rude that I will never come here again. Wanted a sunshade and he wouldn't assist us. Heavyset man, duty shirt, no name badge, playing with his phone is more important than customers. Occured 07-23-23 at exactly 12:50pm. Avoid this store.

I went to this AutoZone store with a big list and a lot of questions, and was absolutely amazed by, and totally appreciative of a young man named Jerrod who went far above and beyond my expectations of decent customer service. THANK YOU, JERROD!!!) My mechanical expertise is nearly non-existent, but regardless of how simple or silly my many questions and concerns probably were, Jerrod was patient, respectful, and shared his auto parts knowledge in a way that made me feel respected and comfortable, something that doesn t always happen when.I have to buy mechanically-related products and/or services I don t know that much about. He took great care in making sure I had all the information I needed before choosing the products and parts I came to purchase, and never pushed me or rushed me in any decision I needed to make. The respect and the service I received from Jerrod at AutoZone will bring me back when I inevitably need more stuff and thing-ies from AutoZone! Kudos, Jerrod! You deserve every word of this superstar review!

The employees at this autozone are legit, they really help you however they can. I came in one time intending to return an item and I ended up leaving my receipt and item to be returned on the desk and a couple hours later I see that they had returned it on my behalf. Honest people. Thanks.

Manny was more than helpful to my fiance and I. If not already, should be the manager... Or at least a raise for exceptional service and friendliness. Would def recommend, will be coming here from now on!

The customer service was awesome. They helped me get the stuck old wipers off and put on the new ones for me. Highly recommend, especially if you don t know what you re doing.

Stopped in today for a fob battery. Daniel was so helpful. He also changed my wipers for me. I would have been lost on that one.Great service, friendly and knowledgeable.

horrible customer service. last night my boyfriend and i went to return some lightbulbs and they refused to do the return because we didn t have the receipt. they were super rude and as soon we left they walked behind us and locked the doors, closing 10 minutes early. they were too lazy to do a simple return. so today we went to the draper location and they gave us 100% return without the receipt with no questions asked.

Sales manager is completely inappropriate. I went in with a dead battery and after testing was told it was good. Street I told him that the battery had barely been used and that I had charged it at home, he then proceeded to talk down to me about the testing he did and how it must be my alternator. He wouldn't even let me get a word in as I was trying to explain that it couldn't be my alternator. He just kept reciting his output from his test. He then proceeded to follow me out the store and smoke a cigarette. And he wasn't wearing a mask while just outside either.

came here twice yesterday, once to get oil for my car, and a second time to recycle my old oil and get some for my dads car. the staff were very friendly and helpful. unlike o reilly, they respect their customers. they actually wear masks and actually want to help you. love this store, it s new, clean, and has just about anything you d ever need. not going to o reilly again, always going to come here!!

I only come to this AutoZone because of Shane and Manuel. They are so compassionate and really know what they are doing when it comes to looking at my car. They don t tell me it s going to be one price and then when I check out it s something completely different. They are honest and hardworking. Thanks for all you do, and all of your help!!
