A few weeks ago I found myself with no power on myIZATA SPORT SEDAN RV w/E350 Ford Engine. I was in Bryce Canyon on my way to California and had been traveling several days from Virginia Beach. A gentleman at Bryce gave me a business card to call Road Runner Truck Service. I spoke with Mr. Barlow and headed the 75 miles to his shop in Summit. I barely got there. They were busy but we agreed to leave the RV at Summit, rented an SUV and proceeded to the west coast. Several weeks after,I returned for the RV and drove the 1,700 miles home over the Rockies and the Appalachian mountains with no problems. Mr.Barlow and his team diagnosed the RV problem correctly, road tested the RV, fixed also my rear mirror which was busted by incoming truck, my propane problem and replaced the fuel pump to fixed the power issue. I can t say how thankful I am to have made the trip home without any power issues; especially over the mountains in Colorado. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Barlow and his team. Highly recommend.

Simply outstanding service. Mick worked me in his busy schedule to look at my RV brake situation. Turned out to be much more work than expected but he was dedicated throughout making sure we were able to travel safely. He identified additional issues that would have caused problems for us down the road and fixed them. Highly recommended. Thank you, Mick.

I'd like to personally thank Mick for his honesty and work ethic. Our RV had a suspension airbag problem, on a Saturday, and Mick was able to diagnose, remove, repair and replace BOTH rear bags, in less than an hour. We were driving through on i15 when our tire flew off! All 8 of our studs were snapped Doug was very efficient in getting the parts that come from the dealer only. Had problems finding lug nuts but finally came up with them after checking pretty much everywhere. Once he got to our location it he worked very quickly and got us back on the road. I would highly recommend these guys. I had called about 5 other people in the area and they wanted to tow us in to have the repairs done.Service: Tires

I had an issue with my Penske 26 foot truck leaking differential fluid.Mick B. was a very nice, professional and showed up inside of 30 minutes! He immediately identified what was wrong and fixed it right! Mick went above and beyond to check the rest of the truck quickly, to ensure I was safe to proceed into Denver the next day.Thanks Mick and Road Runner!

I do not recommend. Last year I asked this Barlow guy to install batteries and start my rig in my driveway. I told him it could not be moved because it had no insurance or registration. I returned from a run to see a rig that looked just like mine in his lot. That is theft. He said it started right up. The only other thing I asked was to remove a code showing on the dash and to communicate. Neither one he was capable of. I guess the code can only be removed by Volvo. I was told $1000 for that. Way too much, but paid him anyway in cash, then I was presented with another $1000 bill. Not much good choice in this area for truck service, with that stated one is better off not being in trucking in this area. His response is such a lie. Confused with someone else? He knows exactly who I am. The only confusion is why he would lie, and not own it. No record because he was paid cash for his overcharging. His BS response is very revealing of his character.

Comments made by tire replacement staff was inappropriate. Establishment is a fully stocked facility. Employee training in respect to appropriate conduct around clients would make this facility top notch.

They did a great job. Handled it in one service call. My truck was back on the road fairly quickly considering the circumstances. When received the bill it was very fair. Thanks.

Needed a dolly because of an order mixup, and they sent a guy out on Thanksgiving night to let me keep schedule. Incredibly friendly and professional!

Thank You for getting me back on the Road so quickly... I had broken bolts on the Suspension on my Spread axle trailer..ended up needing a couple Air Bags in the Process... Couple hours and back Rolling..
