Had a topper that wouldn t lock, and they took time to help me right away, even though they were super busy (with good reason, as they seem to have great products/service). Multiple guys helped look for a specific part and seemed to have good teamwork. Very beneficial to have their assistance on a long trip!

Extremely pleased with the entire staff. I called them, needing to take my retrax tonneau cover from my old truck, and install it on my new truck.They got me in first thing the next morning, and within an hour, has everything finished and ready to go.I ll be back for other truck accessories. Great to work with, fantastic customer service.

Great Experience with these guys. Zack and Isaac were super helpful. Came in with a broken window on an older camper shell on my truck. They took the time to see if they had a replacement and luckily they did. Replaced the back door window in no time and gave me what I feel is a really good price.

Not a goos place for trailer repair. took my camp trailer here for new brakes and bearing work and to fix a tire that I had taken off. They had it for two months. I kept calling every week or so to see if it was finished, and they kept telling me one more week. They called after two month to tell me that the tire was fixed. I told thm I wanted new brakes and bearings. The next day they called and told me it was fixed, I asked if they replaced the bearings they said no they just repacked the old ones. After two years, one of the wheels came off and caused significant damage to the hub and axle. I kept it maintained like they instructed. This place can't be trusted to do quality work. Their communications with customers is poor, and their service time is rediculous.

Isaac was SUPER helpful when it came to finding the right cover for my truck. I found a great tonneau cover for an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend anyone to Top-it for any accessory needs!

I'm a fleet manager for my company, and I have been working with Issak and Top-IT for the past few months in regards to our end of 2020 purchases, and they have been a joy to work with. Very friendly and helpful. I definitely feel like they more than just the extra mile. It has been an incredibly smooth experience working with them.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. Bought an ARE shell through them a few years ago and it's been durable and performed perfectly. They installed it professionally to last. I just walked out of their shop after having a window of my shell replaced that had been shattered. The cost of the repair was absolutely reasonable and they were able to get the replacement window in quickly (1 week) from their supplier and install it same day for me in time for a trip up to the Pacific Northwest tomorrow. I don't hesitate to recommend them in the slightest. Isaac was my main point of contact this past week and his customer service was exceptional

We were moving the last day of July of 2021 and needed a shell for our truck. We placed a $200 deposit on a shell in May of 2021 and were told that the shell would be ready in 30 days. 30 days came and went with no shell. We were scheduled to move in 30 more days and hoped the shell would be ready by the time we moved. We had many communications with the company where they said the shell would be there on the next shipment. The shell never came, and then they stopped answering our calls. We even showed up at their gate the day we were moving out of state, during their business hours, but the gate was locked, and the one person walking the yard (that saw us) never walked over to speak to us. Here we are, 9 months later, and they still have our deposit, and have still never called us to tell us our shell is ready. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable. They try to get you what you need and install it quickly. A little too quick for my liking. Things get missed when hurried. I have purchased trailer supplies as well as a used truck shell. They are very knowledgeable but have a limited supply of trailer parts, the focus is more on truck shells and accessories. They have a good supply of shells and know by looking at them what they fit. When I purchased a used truck shell they made sure the wiring was hooked up the fit was correct and the locks and keys were new and in good shape. They also washed the shell but only after they made sure the shell fit my truck properly and I was happy with fit, color etc.. These guys are great. But they could expand and slow down a little. Their prices are not cheap but not exuberant. Satisfied with my experience.

Great customer service. The guys who work here are really nice, friendly, and helpful. Went in today to have a small plastic piece on my ARE top fixed. They got right to it and took care of it without any issues.Great prices for quality products.Highly recommend Top-It.

I didn't end up buying anything from Top It, but I have to shout out the customer service. When they didn't have an item in stock that I needed, they were happy to refer me somewhere that happened to have a deep inventory instead of pressuring me to order through them and wait for the item. Big props for any business putting customer satisfaction above profit.

Just got a Shell for my 2010 F150 from them and I couldn't have been happier. It was in great shape and for good price! They were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend coming here.

I spoke with Ethan to get my Leer Shell fixed and he made a parts list and we agreed to do the job. He would call and let me when the parts came in. Two weeks later I call and he has no idea of the status of the order and he can t find it. Very disappointed in the service of this company.

This place is awesome. They have now sealed 2 of my camper shells that I bought used, and done a great job. They even went over the top and wired my brake light free of charge (I already had the wires out, but still). If I wasn't a poor college student I would buy my shells new from here.

They work hard to please their customers. I have been getting my truck shell covers, bed liners, and travel trailer parts and service for the past 20 years. They are a great family owned business and they indeed go above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

I have been here many times for many different reasons over the past 40 yrs. The guys are always helpful and when work has been done it is done in a timely manner, when promised and always done rite. When parts have to be ordered same thing. If you need parts/ service these are the guy s to come see.

We were traveling through town from Phoenix and we had some rv troubles.i called them, super helpful. Got what i needed and took off. 1 hour later they called me saying i left my credit card. The employee drove up after work to the place we were staying so i didn't have to drive my rv back down. Great people, super helpful, all american small town business. Thank you so much@

I give Top-Its a solid 5 star for caring about people! Went in looking for a part because had family stranded up the mountain with a broken RV. They didn't have the parts in stock so instead of trying to sell us something or leave us high and dry they got on the computer and showed us a shop down the road that would have it! Talk about customer service!

Their statement is, Your satisfaction is guaranteed! I was told they could fix the problem, no question.I was quoted a price, left to wait at Cracker Barrell. !5-20 min. later they called. Walked back,he carged me more than the quote, no parts needed, with 20 min work. Week later the problem reappeared. I returned and asked he look at it. Long story short he said he fixed it and wasn't going to look at it again, go to Nissan....period end of story. I ask is that satisfaction guaranteed???? Nope
