Wow this place is the definition of great customer service! I was really in a bind when not one but two cars I had needed to be repaired. I called and I told me to bring them in right away. They were quick to diagnose the problem with each car. I love how they send me a link with pictures and details about each problem on the car; gave me the opportunity to make a payment over an online invoice, which allowed me to pay and have someone else pick up the car while I was at work. When the problem with my car became one of the worst I could think of. They had me check for my warranty and worked with the adjuster to make sure I didn't have to pay a really huge out of pocket amount. They even spent extra time searching for cheaper parts in order to make sure that I was getting the best price possible. I also super loved when I wasn't able to have my car. They loaned me a car without charge which is just an absolute beyond service. I am so grateful and happy that I chose to go to Rocky Mountain Diesel and Auto Repair and don't plan to go to a different mechanic ever again. They have a great team there and a special thanks to Melissa.

Great service! Love that they do a quick look over the whole vehicle before doing even a simple oil change. Came in for an oil change but they noticed that I had a bad gasket and oil was leaking out. Glad they caught it! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for an honest mechanic. I've been getting many coupons in the mail from rocky mountain and decided to try them out for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't try and tell me everything was wrong. Showed me something that would need to be replaced eventually with a quote. Never pressuring. Went back with a stupid problem. They fixed it right away at no charge and not making fun of me for coming in even though I was making fun of myself. They will always have my business.

If you want a honest, trustworthy shop then this is where to go. They showed me everything, let me see what the codes said and explained it to me. Most shops hide that info from you. Shane was great to work with. I hope I don t have more car problems but if I do I am glad I found a mechanic shop I can trust.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

This is my first time coming to Rocky Mountain but I can say with all certainty that they have a new customer for life. I brought my car in for rear breaks and rotors and they offered exceptional service from the beginning to the very end. Everyone here is kind, greets you with a smile, and communicate everything clearly. I was also impressed by how clean the waiting area was, not like other shops where everything is dirty and unkept. The prices were great and honest. Highly recommend!

I love Rocky Mountain! They are always there when we need them and they make the stresses of owning a car feel much less overwhelming. I was hesitant to do a review because I don't want them to get overbooked and harder to access, but my gatekeeping days are over. They are just too good to keep to myself and they deserve all the business they can get. If you're looking for an honest family business, try them out!

I had an outstanding experience at the auto shop! Their expertise and seamless handling of everything left me thoroughly impressed. All i have to do was leave the car. They keep me posted for all the process. The technician's skills were top-notch, making it a truly awesome service. 5 stars!

One of the best mechanics I've ever worked with! They were very upfront about what repairs were needed, and even not needed yet. They were very cooperative and tried to find cheaper ways of fixing it so they don't just max out the bottom line. Full of options and service. Thank you!!

Melissa and team are great! They make you feel like family, super friendly and helpful. They also don t do work you don t agree to! Everything is very clear, transparent and straightforward. I ve gone in for oil changes and just went to them for a repair. It was done quickly and completely. Would recommend!

Rocky Mountain Diesel and auto repair is hands down the best mechanic and service I've received in the last 20 years. Melissa was awesome and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I had an issue where my warranty company was being difficult, and Rocky Mountain stepped up and helped to get things moving. This is the only shop I will be taking any of my cars to going forward.

Had my AC go out. Where a lot of shops won't touch AC, RM picked it up no problem. Even when there was some issues, they brought me back to talk about the problems and included me in the discussion for the best path forward. I was impressed.

I would trust them with any of my vehicles. They communicated with me on every step of the repairs and made helpful recommendations on the work that needed to be done. They worked on my classic Land Rovers and even gave me the contact information of one of their former employees who had more experience working on them. I will definitely us them again.

These guys were great. First time going to them and they were super friendly, had the ability to make an appointment online, and event left a little treat in my car for me after my oil change. Never seen that before. Going back to them again for sure.

I have been meaning to write this review for quite awhile now but haven't taken the time. I would actually give a ZERO star! I scheduled only an oil change with RockyMountainDiesel over a year ago. I had an actual scheduled appointment. I arrived on time and it took a mechanic 45 minutes to even come get my car. I waited the entire time in their lobby so I did see him come get it. I did not like the fact I could not see anything they were doing since they have a garage that does not have access to the lobby (no window). I had asked the receptionist to ask whoever was doing the service if they could check my tire pressure because the notification kept alerting me. I also asked that they check all fluids in my vehicle, which actually they should do anyway with an oil change. Well after being in there for an hour and a half, I get the receipt(there was no explanation noted of what was done, like other oil change businesses do), I paid the bill. After driving home, my tire pressure notification came on again. Thinking they checked the tires I reset it. A week later I kept getting a notification about my coolant/antifreeze. (it was winter and cold outside and my car wasn't registering enough antifreeze)I had my husband check and the coolant/antifreeze reservoir was almost empty! I'm not even sure they changed the oil and filter! Needless to say, I am not happy with the service I received and will not go back! I had read great reviews and trusted they knew what they were doing. I keep receiving their flyers stating "FASTEST SHOP IN TOWN-NO ONE LIKES A SLOW SHOP" HAH, well to me this shop is not efficient or quick! I have never received an oil change that took that long! Stop sending me your bogus flyers!!!

Great to work with! They fixed the problem quickly and was able to do my oil change at the same time. They even drove my car to me at my house so I didn t have to find a ride when they were done. Will definitely go back!!

Great people! Had a car that was having some issues and took it into this place and they told me I had some serious engine damage. Instead of trying to get any money out of me they recommended me taking it into the dealership and see what they could do under warranty. Luckily I listened because engine needed replaced and it is all covered under warranty. I ll use Rocky Mountain for all car needs.

This shop is actually so helpful! They weren t pushy at all even though my car has so many things wrong with it/a lot of work that should be done. They were awesome the customer service was great they got the parts for my truck super quick and fixed my truck super quick and they even went above and beyond and told me that my belt needed to be replaced awesome service definitely will go back there again
