First time customer! Was in town helping my daughters and needed to get an oil change on one of their cars. I was greeted by Jennie and Jacob who treated me immediately like family! Moving forward, all 3 of my daughters will be bringing their cars here for their auto needs. Super impressed it s a family business and celebrating their 100th year! . How cool is that? Their Mission Statement posted is spot on!!!

I rarely write reviews, however, I had an amazing experience with Johnson Tire Pros. They are honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.They did some work on my Hyundai Kona as the check engine light came on. When I left the shop, the check engine light came back on and they did another inspection for free. They referred me to another local engine shop as there seemed to be an issue with the engine and they didn't feel comfortable working on it. I really appreciate how they were honest with me on this issue. When I took my car to the other shop, this new shop diagnosed the issue and worked directly with Johnson Tire Pros to make sure that I got the best possible care for my car. I really appreciate how the Johnson Tire Pros were willing to work with another local shop to make sure my car got fixed.I will be coming back here!

They are alwaysl kind and helpful. I have beentaking my cars to Johnson Tire for the past 6 years. There is always a line in the morning waiting for them to open. This family run business is the best.

Fast and fair service. It is nice to have an honest hometown service that you can rely on. I have used them for tires, oil changes, inspections, and more. I needed to have my air conditioning/heating motor fan replaced and they did it quickly. I have been a satisfied customer. I can pop down for new windshield wipers any time.

Always great service!! Been coming here my whole life and would want to go anywhere else. Taken many starter, problem and commuter cars here over the years and they ve always taken care of me. Great environment and friendly staff! Highly recommend

Johnson Tire Pros have the best representatives and do an amazing job! I ve been coming here since high school and I ve been to places in New Jersey, Denver, Maryland and Nashville and this is by far the best place to get any vehicle jobs done! I will keep coming here because I know they will do right by me!

I love going to Johnson tires in springville. Nice people and very friendly and easy to work with. I recommend you go get new tires on or get an oil change from them. Best customer service. Best service people ever. Go check them out or give them a call.

Our Outback made the rough route to Cathedral Valley from the Fish Lake side (4-5000 for elevation change in a few miles) and from there to the Temple of the Sun and Moon. Wouldn't have without the new tires and oil change. They did a great job, and when I found a small leak, they diagnosed and fixed it free. (A fitting had worked loose and just needed to be re- torqued). Thanks guys

These guys clearly don t need my review as well. They have so many good ones already. I came to the shop as a walk-in today not my regular tire store. Asked if they had time to do a quick wheel swap for me and it was a very busy day for them. Not only did they fit me in, but they got me in and out very quickly because of that I was a little worried about what this was going to cost me because I hadn t bothered to ask ahead of time. I was blown away with the low cost of the service they provided me and the exceptional level of service. And then they showed that they went above and beyond by bagging up my old tires so they wouldn t get me dirty as I moved them around. Seriously great job guys thank you.

Amazing customer service! I took my car in for a quick repair. As they got into the repair they found they needed to order a part, but it would take several hours for the part to arrive. They offered to drive me home so I didn't have to sit and wait at their shop for the day.

What a stellar place! Great service, great pricing, great staff! Johnson tire is a 4 generation passed from father to son(s) who clearly have deep roots with the community. Meaning, they take pride in their business! Don't skip them up if you want a quality service to your tires, breaks, oil etc! You won't regret choosing to do business with them!

This shop was recommended to me by a neighbor of mine who is a car guy and it looks like they have some great reviews so my poor review might be just a one off experience. My wife took her vehicle in for a problem which I thought was the left front strut. I didn't have the time to do the job myself and so I thought I'd pay the money to have a good shop take care of it. Both front struts would need to be replaced, so I figured it would probably cost between $800 - $1000 which I was willing to pay. My wife called me later that morning and told me they wanted $1800 to do the front struts and the rear shocks. The rear shocks were fine, so I asked her what they wanted for just the struts. She told me they wanted $1,500 and said it would be two weeks to get the parts! I told her to pick the car up. I expect to pay an inspection fee, but was blown away when they charged $130 just to take a look. I picked up OEM non-loaded struts for $150 each and replaced the struts myself that afternoon (2 hour job - which included loading the springs). Total cost $300 for the parts and $130 for Johnson's inspection ($430). They could have had my $$ if they'd have given a reasonable bid for the job. Car drives great and wife is happy.

Excellent service! My husband called ahead letting them know what we were looking for and to check availability. I showed up, gave them the information from my husband and they were great! Knew what we wanted, and got us taken care of. Place was clean, well kept, staff was friendly and efficient. I will tell everyone to come here!

They have the nicest people who give you the greatest customer serious and best of all they make your visit as short as possible and give you really good pricing, why go anywhere else when you can go to Johnson's tire pro Springville Utah

Great Shop, they are honest and don't try to sell you more than you need. I have worked with them a lot and never had a bad experience. I took my truck in for wheels and tires and they got me what I needed at a lower price. I even suggested getting new shocks and they checked mine out and said they were fine. I am glad they are honest and don't try for every upsell.

Honest and trustworthy people, been going here for 10 years or more and they go above and beyond for me all the time. They have let me store my junky cars 3 months plus once and another for over 6 month. Need someone who will be honest and fair Johnson tire on main street springville is the best place to go!

These guys used to treat me like family. Not sure what has happened. I always seem to be out way more than I should be, and there s always more issues. I ve gone to two other shops that have told me different stories and it seems like Johnson Tires has gone down hill. I trusted Riley always. Sadly I think I ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I just can t afford to keep having issues when other shops are able to take care of things just fine. My car also wobbles now and the dented rims seem to get worse each time. It s becoming a nightmare for me and I just want good solid service from a good solid shop with employees who care. I ve referred so many family and friends and now I m feeling guilty for doing so. Will you guys step it up or be truthful with me and your customers always?

Always a pleasure coming here! They were quick, efficient, and always treat me as if I were family! Honest, and best quality; it's hard to find in a car shop nowadays, but Johnson tire has it down pat. I highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, good prices, the owner went above and beyond to help my daughter with her horse trailer issues. Highly recommend for all your car/truck/trailer needs. They even recommended a plumber to us when we could not get anyone to call us back.

I cannot praise these guys enough. I had just gotten 4 new tires from Big-O then a month later, I hit a pothole and one of my tires began leaking. When I took it into Big-O they told me my wheel was damaged and they couldn't help with that and to call my car dealership. After getting a quote from my dealership, I decided to get a second opinion at Johnson Tire Pros. They were wonderful. They took me back into the shop to show me the damage to my wheel and my tire then let me know they could get it repaired within 3 days. Unfortunately, because my tire was damaged on the side wall, I had to get a new one.When I learned my brand new tire wasn't under warranty with Big-O I called Riley back up at Johnson Tire Pros and he was able to get me a new tire that same day and for a quarter of the price that Big-O was going to charge me!Thank you guys so much for really going above and beyond to help me. Dealing with tire issues is never fun but you guys really made sure to take care of me as quickly and efficiently as possible.You have just earned a new customer for life!

Highly recommend this shop! Went in to get a trailer rim cleaned up and put the tire back on for me. Found out my stem was leaking and replaced it free of charge. Not to mention the great customer service and kindness!

These people are awesome! I had a flat tire and was able to limp my car into their shop. They were very kind to work with and got right on my car even though I had no appointment. They were able to find a used tire that matched perfectly, got it mounted quickly and then told me "no charge have a nice day!" I seriously couldn't believe it especially in todays world. I don't live close to these guys but if I did they would have my business for life! They have awards all over their walls and now I know why. Thank you Johnson tire!

The price was reasonable and service was fast. The reason for three stars was they added $100 for fees and a warranty they didn t tell me about when I asked what all the charges would be.

Johnson's Tire has given me the best service for years. I first went to them out of location convenience but now I will go out of my way to go there. The service is incredible. The staff are friendly and efficient. They get me in and out in no time. Thanks to the young man that did my oil change today. Very professional and courteous with me.
