Innovation collision repair did a wonderful job on my Lexus 360! They were fast, my car was only in for one day and then they called me and told me it was ready for pick up. They have excellent customer service, and great communication skills with their customers. They are honest and fair with their customers. Wonderful company to work with! They are very honest. We had a window stuck down and they were half the price of another quote. The repair was done well and quickly. I can't say enough good about this company and would recommend them to everyone I know!

The customer service is above and beyond. I had my windows tinted and my windshield replaced. Everyone from Angie to Hayden were awesome. This company is wonderful! My husband has a 1952 Jeep Willys that needed some rust spots taken out, then painted, shocks and they put on a trailer hitch. They did an outstanding job! My husband is very picky and he was so happy with their work!Then I wanted to buy some things for the Jeep for my husband for Christmas, and Angie went the extra mile to find it for me and show me where to get it! When our van got hit we decided to go with them because of their 5 star rating. After using them, I understand why they have a star rating. Fantastic company and would highly recommend. The don t try to oversell you on things that you don t need and are super honest about pricing. I will use them in the future and am super happy with their work!Service: Body & Trim

I had them do two door skin replacements. The car looks great and the team was really easy to work with and very friendly. Innovative Collision repair did an awesome job on my brand new car that got hit in a parking lot. They were really good to work with the second party to get payment. We got a few bids and all the parts were basically the same price at all the places. The labor prices at Innovative were far more reasonable for what we needed to have done. They were efficient in ordering the parts and calling us when they were in, so that they could begin working on the car. It only took them a few days to make the repair. They were awesome!! I can t recommend them enough! Hopefully we don t need many more car repairs but if we ever do I will definitely be back here! I will also recommend them to all my friends!!!Service: Body & Trim

Nate & Angela were so awesome to work with. A deer had T-boned my truck & had left some major damage. These guys were so quick with the estimate, dealing with insurance, & getting the repairs done. I was in a car wreck in March had it at a different collision repair company for 5 months and they kept saying everything was on back ordered. So I called Angie at innovative collision repair and she said to go get my car from them and bring it to them and she will call all around to find the parts needed. So I got my car took to them, Angie called everywhere to find the parts needed for my car and had back to me in 4 weeks.. all back to new. They are amazingService: Body & Trim

Our daughter got a car where the bumper, trunk and left light had been completely smashed in. We got a few bids but these guys were by far the best price with the best service. They explained everything to us before they did it so we were aware of what they were doing and the cost. We will never go anywhere else. Her car looks brand new. I went to several different Auto body shops in the area, as well as some out of the area, to get estimates on the price to fix my car. Innovative was the cheapest. My car was done when they said it would be, and they stayed very close to the price estimate they gave me. My car looks better then it did before it got damaged! I needed a little body work done, just the standard wear and tear. A few door dings, and scratches. I also had them tint, and do a chrome delete while they had my car.
