Horrible service. I gave spencer and his crew a truck to change the trans and clutch on and there was no communication what so ever on his part so after me calling every month finally after a year I was able to get my truck. Now I brought him a second truck because he's right down the road it's now been 6 months and when I called to get an update and he didn't like my dissatisfaction he now is saying come get it. 6 months of my time lost.stay way from this shop if u need your truck in a timely manner

These guys went the extra mile when fixing our motor home! They gave us an estimate and they stuck to it. Spencer was very honest and up front with us throughout the whole process. We are very grateful for all their hard work. They will definitely be our go to mechanic for future work.

Needed a turbo gasket, called spencer and he confirmed he had the correct gasket. Took the truck over to grab it and spencer asked if I wanted them to throw it in real quick or just buy it.. looked like a slow day so I said yeah let s throw it in real quick, it s a easy 20-30 min job. The mechanic was a nice guy but ended up taking an hour. No biggie. Went to pay and spencer tells me it s 4 hundred something and he has a shop policy of 2 hour min labor charge and his rate is $135 an hour. He never mentioned any of this beforehand about this 2 hour min labor charge for any job.. For a $17 dollar gasket and a 30 minute job it cost me $424.99. I told spencer he should ve told me about the 2 hour min labor charge before I decided to have his mechanic do it, he laughingly said sorry man . $270.00 for any job even if it only takes 5 minutes he should let customers know of that policy beforehand. This will be the last time my company does business with demon diesel. The name is fitting.Service: Exhaust

Don t go here if you don t know exactly what turbo you need, cuz as far as hp and air movement goes he will get you the wrong turbo.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Asked shop to delete DPF and EGR functions on my ISX Cummins. As time is always tight they got me in and out in ONE MORNING! Too early to be accurate, but mileage already shows better and truck is running cooler. Thank you, Spencer!
