I didn't catch the name of the guy helping me, but he was really excellent running diagnostics on my battery, explaining what the diagnostics shared, and getting a new battery installed. Best auto store experience I've had.

My mom when today to ask for help because sumthing was wrong with her car and she wanted someone to help her so she stopped by and she asked if some spoke Spanish to help her out , and this Old man in a RUDE tone told her WE DONT SPEAK SPANISH HERE DO U UNDERSTAND and my mom said yeah I do understand and left . I would not buy anything from this place anymore

Ryan was very helpful. I had never changed my tire before on my old but new truck to me. He changed my tire for me and was very kind while doing so. Great people at this location.

I ve come to this store three different times for a part they said they had available online and over the phone. All three times there is no part. Terrible business go to one of the other 50 part stores in Springville.

These people are great! I took my power converter in to see if I could return it because it kept tripping my fuses. There was a lot of activity going on in the store, but staff members took the time to help me understand the specifications of the converter so it finally made sense to me why it wasn't working. It was the wrong one for my needs. I had purchased it by focusing on the wrong numbers.Staff helped me select a more appropriate converter for my device and take it out to my car to make sure it worked. They brought out a pair of pliers so I could remove and replace the dead fuse in my fuse box. After that, the new converter worked perfectly. I made the trade and walked out with a new converter.I did not expect this kind of service. With so much of what goes on today, I frankly expected to be advised that they were too busy and that their policy did not permit them to do this or that (such as loaning me a pair of pliers for 30 seconds). Many times when I go to retail places these days, I discover that I know the product better than the store attendant, which isn't a good sign. So I was really impressed at AutoZone today. Kudos to you guys!

The workers have always been very helpful and polite. And they have a great selection of parts and such. If you need a part, chances are that they'll have it. Important note: don't necessarily go by the online availability of items here. Some items say they're in stock here online but they're not actually in stock. If you're unsure, just give them a call.

I have came to Auto Zone for years. But your policy needs to change or expand better. My son came in to buy led headlights. The store manager let plug them in and try them. To make sure they are the right ones. So he bought them. He was able to fix the older one but soldering the wires together. Then tried to return the one's he just got. He couldn't. Because of your policy. You guy get young teenagers in trying to fix their own cars to save money. But you don't explain your return policy. On electronics or electrical things that's not right.

Cody C. was awesome! We badly needed a new car battery and install it in a 2015 Ford Escape, where the battery is not easily accessible. He installed it along with a new air filter. This is our go-to auto parts store from now on. Thanks again!

An older guy helped me out and he is by far the most disrespectful and rudest employee I ve encountered. Not only does he treat you like you re incompetent, but he will also give you attitude, make rude remarks, and raise his voice at you over asking what part you need for your car.

I just dropped in and purchased a battery for my car. James was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding my questions. He quickly got me the battery based on how much longer I was going to have the vehicle. He then asked if I needed any help with it. Man, what service! If recommend this place every day of the week and twice on the days that James is working.

Allen is AMAZING! I'm not very educated when it comes to cars but when I went in and ask for help Alan went above and beyond for me even though there were customers waiting he still took the time to make sure I was taken care of properly while also reassuring the customers waiting that he would be with them shortly. he even went out to my car and laid on the ground so he could figure out the correct size is needed for my exhaust. I also mentioned I need an oil change so he was able to find me a really good deal and get me an oil filter for free through the ad that I had no idea I could do. This is exactly how a manager should operate a store and I think him being recognized is what he deserves.

I had a great experience here. Kenneth was a hero last night and installed a new battery for me after my car died even though I had come in right before they closed. He ended up working on my car for 20 minutes after closing. I came back in today to have my alternator checked and Isaac was a great help. I really appreciated the stellar service!

I went in last minute (I hate being THAT guy that walks in as they are closing up shop) and the guys at the counter were super cool about it. They could have been annoyed (maybe they were), but they helped me with a smile on their faces and even took a bit of time to chat with me. Super helpful and great customer service. I have gone to this location a few times, but last night really helped their true character shine.I'll be back to this location again!

Just visited location on a search for a headlight (My bulb went out and I live 40mi away). I was immediately greeted by James who looked up the part, and was able to find a set of brighter than factory bulbs which helps tremendously. He offered to install them and had me on my way in no time. Thanks James!!! Excellent customer service. Very happy customer.

James was a great help! My battery had died, so he ran a diagnostic test. It turned out the battery was fine, just the negative terminal was loose. Instead of trying to upsell me a new battery, like I feel other places would have, he suggested a $2 shim to fix the connection problem, which did the trick. He also went above and beyond by helping me get the correct coolant hose after a leak was discovered. Thank you for your excellent service!

Every time I have been here, I have received wonderful service! The employees helped me fix the problem and had no complaints! They were friendly and willing to help me with any and every problem I had! These guys are awesome! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The store is well organized and ready to navigate. The associates are always willing to help and knowledgeable about their craft. I always leave feeling like I know what to do/try to get my car running top notch again. Also really good prices on things and great warranties. They provide free services too, like checking your battery or disposal of used oil.

The employee helped me out over the phone in ordering critical parts for my vehicle.He had them shipped to the store and I was able to get my work done today thanks to him.I highly appreciate auto zone always been a huge fan.

Mok was more than good customer service, he was a blessing to a car ignorant driver who was anxious about buying the right item. I was so grateful and felt a lot more confidence in my purchase after he took the time to take care of me.

I worked there and had just started part time and not till the 2nd week was I shown where the parts are kept and the night guy didn't care about showing me. They rush customers out soon as possible. I was thinking to myself that's not what they showed us on the 4hr training about customers. The beginning of the third week I was asked to sign a paper of resignation! I asked why and they could not give me an answer still haven't given me an answer to this day just wanted you guys to know and what you are supporting and dealing with when you shop there at least at Springville. The manager is very good guy but he wouldn't give me an answer of why he wanted me to resign?? I asked him to fill out a paper saying why and he would not. I haven't shopped there since.

The employees at this AutoZone are knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly. I've always had a positive experience here whether it has been for diagnostics, battery charging, supplies to maintain my cars, or parts for repairs. I appreciate being able to ask questions & to get assistance to find the right products for my cars.

I was going to buy a set of lugnuts but when I got to the counter and asked about fit, he asked what my end goal was. I explained I just lost a lugnuts on the road. He sold me one instead. Much cheaper. I didn't even know that was an option. Very helpful and considerate customer service.

Amazing service!!! We went in there to get a front light bulb for our Kia Sedona and they offered to change it for us for free! Every single employee was nice - And there were 6 of them there. James and Chris were the ones who changed our light, which was so very appreciated. Thank you for being so great! We'll definitely bring all our auto needs to you!

A big thank you to Chris and Adrian at the Springville location for replacing my battery tonight! I rolled in just before 10pm when they should've been closing and they went out of their way to help me get a new battery installed. They also checked other things in my car to make sure nothing else was wrong. They were also helping someone else at the time and the guy tried to give them a tip. They refused the tip and said they were just happy to help. I could tell by their personalities and their eagerness to help that they really do enjoy their work. Great way to represent their company!

Purchased a starter motor from here. Returned my core. The new one was bad. Exchanged the new one just fine but the charged me a core charge again. Did not have a core to return now I am out another 40 bucks. Explaind that to the manager who shrugged his shoulders and blamed the system. Poor poor service. There are many other auto oart stores who can have my buiseness.

Heading out on a long road trip, my daughter and I were caught in a bad rain storm without good wipers. We stopped at Auto Zone in Springville, hoping that someone knowledgeable would be able to help us find the correct wipers for our car and also help us put them on if needed. Caleb was the young man on duty and he could not have been more helpful! Most of the wipers did not work for our car, but Caleb went in and out of the store in the rain (and snow), trying on one set after another until he found one that worked! We offered to go out and help him but he insisted that he didn't need help and allowed us to stay in the store where it was warm and dry. I have rarely ever seen customer service on this level and want to make sure that Caleb gets the recognition he deserves! We were very thankful and grateful for his help that day! Thanks to him we were able to safely continue on with our trip!

Friendly and helpful staff that will do what they can to help with your problems and issues. Of course, related to vehicles and engines. Had a couple of times car battery testing on my truck as well as helping with Engine check light on my car, telling me what that light means with the codes and possible remedies.

We got there and walk in and right a way one of the employee name James greeted us right away and ask if we need any help. I have been to autozone and sometimes they don't even get ask if I need help But James ask and help us get a new light for my jeep and helped us find a good sale on oil for are mini van. He even looked up what kind of oil we need for the van, Also he showed me where the items where or got them and brought them too me. He was very friendly. I know must people only do survey's when they had a bad experience, but I really wanted to do this Survey to the awesome experience I had. It was really the best visit I ever had to any part store. Thanks to the friendly customer service :)

They helped my diagnose what might be wrong with my car for free when the check engine light went on. Plus, the salesman there was well informed and helpful, he recommended not buying anything until I knew what the problem eat with my car.
