The best experience I've had with a car repair shop. The repair was FAST and affordable. Chris explained what was wrong with the car before working on it. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good honest mechanic.

I had this guy work on my car. Was very dishonest and overpriced. When I went back and looked at the work, he did a couple months later with another mechanic it turns out he didn t even use the correct parts on my car so I wasn t even driving a safe vehicle. I spent almost $5000 just on labor through this guy and all he did was a little bit of suspension work. Definitely would not recommend going here unless you want to get overpriced and ripped off

Top notch towing right here. He answered the phone, did what he said he'd do, and has fair pricing. What more do you need? Thanks for the tow from Advance to our home. Hopefully we never need you again, but if we do we know we can count on you

It was the only place opened after 6pm when my car started steaming from under the hood.I read the reviews first and have found them to be true.Chris was open, very reasonable and also much more responsive than most mechanic shops can be. That's because he handles everything and is basically never close.He was also very fast on turnaround, accurate on his quote, and he got my blower fan to work again when I didn't even mention it was broken!

Chris was extremely helpful during our visit! My husband and I took a vehicle to him to get it inspected before purchasing and he helped to point out any differences from what the dealer had told us about the vehicle as well as showed us some places that may need immediate service. Ultimately he helped us in our decision to buy the vehicle with his very thorough inspection which is exactly what we were wanting. Overall we thought he was a very kind and knowledgeable mechanic who can help out in any way needed, 10/10 would recommend him to anyone who needs something done by someone you can trust!

Went to Chris for a vehicle inspection before deciding to buy my first vehicle on my own. Undoubtedly the most informed, informative, affordable, and helpful mechanic I ve ever been too. I ll definitely be returning for any further vehicle work I have done. Highly recommend.

Needed a fix for our window before a predicted big snow storm. Chris not only was able to discuss options over the phone but was willing to look into the parts we needed ordered before I even confirmed we would do the repair. This guy was awesome. He listened to my engine and tried to briefly figure out what was wrong With my car for free. Even though my car was old and could have used upgrades, Or less Important maintenance/repairs, he didn't try to sell me. He understood that I didn't have a lot of money. He just took a listen to it for free and sent me on my way with his opinion. Absolutely superb service! Chris always goes above and beyond when it comes to maintaining and repairing my vehicle. I needed auto body work the first time I went in. Chris treated my car like it was his own and kept me up to date at every step. The work done was exceptional.I was so impressed that he noticed that my headlights had become foggy and clean them up until they look like new without charging me for it. He always goes above and beyond, giving absolutely the best service and then going the extra mile.This is definitely my go-to place for everything auto related. Chris is very passionate about his work and treats each vehicle he works on with respect and an attention to detail as if it were his own. That's something I know we can all appreciate. I know I do.My AC wasn't working and he was able to get me in and out that day even though I was a drop in with no appointment. So I called 801 Auto and repair At 2:30 AM Sunday morning and he gave us a consultation over the phone and then offered his towing services to his shop. This man was outstanding and a hero by getting myself my daughter and my grandchildren out of 20 weatperiod I can't think him enough. Chris was efficient and fair. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my starter and fixed it at a reasonable cost. It was ready for me again that same morning, and he was quick to communicate and explain everything in terms I could understand. I will be coming back for any car issues I have in the future.
