3/12/2024 Date of purchase.I called ahead to Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork about the advertised 2023 Bronco/ Badlands package with 2.7 six cylinder engine. I drove down to see the advertised 'new" Bronco that I had called about. Carlos was the salesman. The advertised SUV I test drove was a dirty demo and had other peoples belongings in it, so I lost interested in it. Carlos then showed me another new 2023 Bronco/Badlands same color and told me they where identical except for leather seats. I asked why there was a price difference other then just the seats and I was told by the manager Jeremy and salesman the factory chances prices regularly, and no other reason. Had they been truthful and disclosed the different engine, I would not have bought the vehicle.I trusted what I was told by both the manager Jeremy and salesman Carlos. I then purchased 2023 Bronco Badlands based on what I was told by the manager and the salesman. But in reality, the Bronco had a smaller 2.3 (4 cylinder engine) that they did not disclose to me. I realize now why they removed the window sticker shortly after I looked at the vehicle. The finance manager that had me review & sign the documents also omitted to put number of engine cylinders asked on the form or on any of the contract documents. But they did include the number of doors for some reason. Why? It is now clear that I was unknowingly baited and switched to another 2023 vehicle with less desirable motor and they wanted off their lot.After purchasing the Bronco, I gently (for break-in) drove the car home and parked it. Two days later I when I drive it, and it broke down do to a turbo problem. I returned it to the dealership for repairs and that took them over a week before returning it. Some days later, when I finely had a chance to drive it again, I noticed the lack of expected power. I first assumed it was not broken in, I was wrong. I opened the hood then realized I did not have the engine that was told by the sales manager. I feel I was misled by both the sales team and the finance department.

I'm long over due for this review as I was unable to post at the time. I had a back up camera issue on my F150 for the past 3 years and at the time Tim Dahle had not earned my business and I didn't trust them. the service manager Jordan and his team was amazing to work with. they went above and beyond to help me and resolve my issue. they also helped me understand another I had been having on my truck with my heater vent. they Jordan was respectful and kind in his dealings and did a great job. needless to say I trust them and they have earned my business. thank you for taking care of us

We had an amazing experience here. Rylee and Steven have been the best sales reps we have ever worked with. They weren't pushy, just very patient and understanding. The sales manager, Tanner, was very patient and understanding. Tommy got the paperwork ready quickly and made it easy for the payment and processing. They always have our business, and we will always recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for helping us find the perfect car!

It's taken a few years to even be able to give this review. Long story short- DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! They sold us a lemon, and are horrible to work with. In just 2 years of ownership, we had to replace the front axel, the cooling system, the air conditioner, and have had to replace the transmission TWICE! The second time, installers crushed a wire housing that caused the odometer, 4 wheel drive and any and all safety assistance to just stop. They did nothing to take responsibility for them crushing the wire housing and cost us $600 to fix. They also broke the latch that keeps our middle console shut, and refused to fix it. If I could give less stars, I would. My advise, run away and run fast. They are not honest and will cheat you.

10/10 would recommend Brennen Oliver for getting your vehicle worked on. I needed to get what I thought would be expensive repairs on my truck done with the motor issues and all, but to my surprise when I went to pay for the service and he told me the total I thought for sure he had the wrong person. He walked me through everything that was done and bought for my truck and kept me updated through the whole thing. He even had simple problems fixed that I didn't even ask for. Never once was I left in the dark when I called or had a question. I'm just as skeptical about being robbed from dealerships as anyone but Brennen did an amazing job. Thanks again

Being honest, I have never had a more pleasant car purchase experience than at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork, Ut. I dealt with Ben G and Ben T on their sales team. They allowed me to drive the 2018 Tundra up to Salt Lake City to be inspected by my mechanic prior to purchase (with a $1000 hold deposit). This allowed me to have peace of mind before finalizing this purchase. They were also great with my trade in, enabling me to save over $2000 in taxes applying the trade in value to my Tundra purchase. They detailed the truck very nicely while I cleaned out my trade in. I never felt pressured, or any distrust of the sales team or the finance manager. Unfortunately, their forever warranty only extends to vehicles that are 5 years old or less, so I didn't qualify on my 2018 Tundra (thank God it's a Toyota!). I would not hesitate to work with this dealership and it's people again in a heartbeat.

Mike H. at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so patient will all my questions and texting and bothering him. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was able to find the color I wanted and had it brought to the lot incredibly quick. He was so great to work with. I will be purchasing from here again for my next truck and will be working with Mike H. And would recommend anyone, if you are looking for a vehicle go talk to Mike H.

After being referred to Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork I was surprisingly taken aback by the incredible customer service and support that you just don t see too much in these times that are considered a new normal. They have excellent service in every department! They have shown transparency and demonstrated excellent communication throughout their service. The Tim Dahle sales team have been comprehensive and work together with a streamline effort to ensure a seamless and satisfactory service. I have felt the utmost support, respect and care, I do feel considered as a part of the Ford family with my new selected Ford purchase. If you have to service your vehicle choose to deal with Brennen Oliver, he is the best one by far. Amazing manners and he is amazing at what he does! These things can be stressful and he was so much help making me understand and being less stressed. We have had a Ford escape hybrid for 7 years now and every time we've had a issue we've been forced to go to the dealer since it's a hybrid.They have never been warm and have been overpriced by a lot.We just got it diagnosed basically telling us it's not fixable and charged us $231! JUST TO DIAGNOSE! That is ridiculous so now we're out way more money then we would have been anywhere else just cuz we couldn't go to another shop since it's a hybrid. They also gave us an appointment where my husband had to take our kids ( because I was at work) to have them tell him they only had one Technician that day who couldn't help because he was slammed. Don't give us an appointment if you can't actually see us. They finally got us in somehow but it was a horrible experience not just because of the bad news.The Last issue before this one, they took 6 days to diagnose 2 guesses. Never offered a loaner car even though they have them and after they fixed one of the problems and a few months had past to see if that was what was causing the issue, I inquired about the other. they hadn't even written any notes and had no clue what they had said. So I was expected to have another diagnosedtics run pay for that AND when I asked about a loaner car they wouldn't say they could promise me one. after a while they told me they would call when they had one but never did. If it wasn't the closest dealer and we didn't have to be forced to go because of the type of car we have we wouldn't. Definitely avoiding them for anything with purchasing and maintaining a new car.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT BEWARE!!!! We recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-250 diesel from the Spanish Fork location. Our truck come with a courtesy oil change/maintenance for the first three oil changes. The first maintenance was done at 4500 miles with no problems. We took the truck back for the second oil change/maintenance. Absolute nightmare, after sitting in the waiting room for two hours, the truck was finally finished. Upon leaving I noticed something on the rim, they did a courtesy tire rotation and took there air gun down our rim and scratched our brand new rims. (Accidents happen) I just brushed it off and made sure Dakota seen the damage done. Not much you can do about it. Once home after driving the truck for over two hours, we went to leave the next morning and had a great surprise all over our garage floor. The service department (Cody) had not tightened the drain plug or the oil filter. I contacted them immediately. They promised to take care if it asap. The sent there porter and he had no knowledge of how to change the oil. He was sent to clean up our garage and bring us oil ( Yes the manager was aware of what was going on). They sent him with a used antifreeze jug that was full of the oil to replace it in our truck, yes I said an used antifreeze jug .Thank goodness we were here to see what he was told to do to our truck. Never again will we use there service department!!!!!

My truck broke down while I was in Utah last Saturday. I quickly learned the truck needed recall work done and Tim Dahle Ford was the closest Ford dealer. My truck was delivered to them by a family member. They began working on it that day. I spoke with several of the guys in the service department over the course of the next couple of days. They took car of the issue 100% and were great to work with. I typically don't enjoy working with the dealer, but these guys were amazing. They were very responsive and helpful. I appreciate everything they did to get my truck back to me as fast as they did.

Was recently looking to purchase a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. They had a vehicle we were interested in. Steven verified they had it in stock. We live about an hour away so we scheduled a time that would work for both parties. Unfortunately the vehicle was not the one for our daughter. Steven let her test drive a few other vehicles he thought she might be interested in which was great because she got to experience driving different style vehicles unfortunately they were a little out of our budget range. Long story short Steven was amazing. We connected with him very well and wished we could just take him as our sales re to all the other stops. Highly recommend Steven for anyone looking for a vehicle at this dealership. And Steven if you ever need a job and move closer to the SLC area hit me up sir!

Disrespectful and unfair service department! They lie and to be honest don t do their job.They had my truck for 6 months.I had to get my insurance company involved before any real results.According to their diagnostic report y windshield leaked and caused the BCM to short out. Upon learning this I asked that they replace the windshield. 1 month later I went down and hired a windshield replacement company to replace it.They had already removed the BCM.So, after removing the BCM and not replacing the windshield water continuously leaked and corroded the wire harness.Finally the BCM arrived and they couldn t repair my truck, due to the wire harness being corroded now.They would not respond to my calls and messages, nor my insurance company.I had to go down in person a couple times to get updates where the arrogant manager told me they were just waiting.Finally I demanded answers and within 3 weeks of my insurance company being involved and investigating the cause and problems they got the truck repair.These people don t care about people who work hard and trust their property to be taken care and of.They had my vehicle for 6 months and nobody cared.Tim Dahle Ford is a complete disaster and insult to the brand.Stay away and do no put yourself through what I just went through.

I brought my truck in for a quick oil change. They said that other service was needed so I took their recommendation. They returned and told me your truck has warning lights and we don t know how to fix it . I didn t bring my truck in with warning lights. Now I have to drive away with warning lights? I m worried they have ruined my new 2023 truck forever. I do not recommend getting service done here. Ever!

Bought a 2017 ford with about 50,000 miles on it about a couple weeks ago and after taking it through the wash once a bunch of the paint started peeling off the bumper. Talked to the salesman and the managers and they all mentioned that nothing could be done and that s just the risk that you run when buying an old vehicle. Gave them the opportunity to make it right considering that this isn t just normal wear and tear from rocks or road debris.It should be obvious that paint on a newer vehicle shouldn t be chipping off by simply driving down the road.My 04 truck has better paint than this front bumper.They are super nice when you re trying to get the deal done, but once it s closed forget about them ever trying to help you

This place is terrible. If only I could give it a less rating. I was sold a vehicle here and told it only had a small window problem. but returned it not even a month after ownership. Took it to get diagnosed and repairs would ve cost more than the actual car. not just that but it needed a new engine. After driving it for 30 miles it started leaking coolant into the engine and broke down on me.

Found a truck for sale from out of state. Carlos was super responsive and answered all of my questions. We agreed on a cash price and unlike others have said there were no surprises or hidden fees. He personally picked me up from the SLC airport at 8am and drove me to the dealership. Truck was exactly as described, I was in and out in less than an hour. I couldn t be happier with the staff and my experience.

Definitely not the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a used car. After waiting for the parts we were promised, they refused to purchase parts that were supposed to be part of our deal. We were told on the day of purchase by the salesman that they don't include the additional purchased items on the "we owe" sheet since the customer is buying them and it's not something being thrown in by them as part of the sale. Well, after talking with multiple members of their team on the phone a few weeks later, I was told that they write everything down on that sheet that is part of the deal and would never leave things off. Long story short, their word means nothing and their team doesn't backup what they say (even when the salesman remembers saying it), only what is on paper. They're not very customer based once you've walked out the door with your purchase either. Their "customer retention software" is only convenient for them. If you start having a conversation over text messages be prepared to have one conversation spread across texts with multiple phone numbers on your phone. Never once did they ask how they could make things right. We had to ask how they were going to make it right, and then after waiting for used parts instead of the new parts that we were told were originally part of our deal we didn't receive all the parts needed and had incorrectly sized hardware. Wouldn't recommend Tim Dahle to anyone after this experience.

I took my car in for a safety recall and while there, they found some other things needing to be done. I should of taken the time to research the price they quoted. It was DOUBLE what my other mechanic would have done it for. I've never used this dealership. I don't think they are honest. Extremely disappointed! Hopefully this review helps others not make the same mistake I did.
