I usually work on my truck by myself just due to it s an offloading truck and I break a lot of things. But after replacing so much on my truck, I couldn t figure out what the problem was and took it to the shop and they were able to diagnose it pretty quickly and know what it was and replace those parts for decent price for the today s economy. So honestly would definitely recommend them always been good to me and always will keep going back to them if I ever need help. Also, as a side note, never felt like I was ever taken advantage from them so far with working with them for the last two years whenever I do take my truck in. Always straightforward

I've been looking for a good shop for months, and finally fortunate enough to come across this one. Sure they charge the same rate as others, but these guys actually get in there and get the job done in what seemed like half the time six other shops estimated the job to be; remarkable!Yes, I saved more than $600 on a front suspension job for Tacoma.Extremely efficient, honest, great communication, awesome.

I trust the guys at Rocky s. Great selection of the best tires for the right price. When the other guys messed up on my wife s winter tire swap, I knew Rocky s would take care of us. They took us in without an appointment, got the job done right, and didn t charge me a dime. I m done going anywhere else.

Had me in at the last minute, and stayed a little late to take care of me. They even had a doable solution to my complicated last second problem. The boys do a good job and are treated well, they walked my curious self through everything they were doing which I appreciated and enjoyed.

We brought our car for a 2nd diagnostic as we were told our engine was shot. They were able to determine it wasn't a rod but the timing belt and motor needed replaced. They were straight forward and were able to get the parts and fixed it in a timely manner.

I wasn't quite ready to buy a new set of tires. I had a nail in one of my tires with a small leak. Took my truck to another tire shop that is part of a big corporation. They told me my tread was too worn and they couldn't repair the tire. I still had a little bit of tread left. I took it to Rockys and they repaired it no questions asked. This will get my by for another couple of months. Without breaking the bank.

So grateful! We were planning to head out on a trip and when I drove around a corner my brakes made an awful sound and the car started shaking. I made it to Rockys.They said they were booked out until Tuesday. I asked if they could just put it in lift and look at it. I was almost crying because we were planning to leave in an hour.They put it up and found out that my brakes were metal on metal because caliper had seized. They said they could probably get it done by mid day.The next day they called at 1030 and it was ready! And they were able to fix the caliper and not replace it. I was so happy. So grateful for their help. They took great care of me.

Always get good care you can trust. Best value for tires that I have found since 1992 while living in Spanish Fork.Dec 19, 2023, I discovered today that Rockys has four full time mechanics. I had them do a used car check. They found a couple of things that needed to be fixed and called me. That was the job that I needed done. I had them do the work. The van drives nice. Great work and great value.

Got me through fast. Gave me a complimentary tire rotation. Only suggestion is to announce when a car is done because I sat there for like 10 minutes extra waiting. Overall commendable service!

My experience with Rocky s Tire Pro was quite disappointing. I brought my car in for an oil change and alignment, along with a request to check brakes, fluid levels, etc. I was assured that they had thoroughly inspected everything, but the low tire pressure light came on the next morning. I stopped at a nearby gas station and discovered that all four tires had pressure between 24-26. Further inspection revealed that the windshield washer fluid was also low. Definitely not a five start service!

I have a great experience every time I come. I bought tires here for my truck and they have worn very well. They do free regular balance and rotation if you buys their tires making the longevity of tires better. Had to fix a slow leak today and they went above and beyond to fix it for me. They are the best in town for sure. I will keep coming back and buy tires there.

Totally forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me get my wheel repaired (said he was the one who repairs the bent wheels) would definitely recommend this place thank you guys for getting me in quickly and getting the wheel fixed so fast! Amazing service will use this place again!

Dave and Bryce took excellent care of me. They needed my truck for the full day, so they gave me a loaner car so I wouldn t have to sit and wait. Would definitely recommend them.

I was referred by another shop to visit Rocky s for replacing the stim valve in my rear tire. I was concerned that it was going to be an issue since they were only open for another 35 minutes but that wasn t the case. They took me in and got me taken care of quickly.While I m waiting in the lobby I talked with a few of the other men there waiting and they had nothing but great things to say about Rocky s and how they ve been coming back for several years now. So it was reassuring to hear of their experiences and have been lifetime loyal customers.Rocky took care of me and also helped refer me to other local businesses to get other work done for my Jeep.Thanks for being a great representative of a strong & close local community.

Absolutely great! Brought it in for an alignment and oil change, the alignment only needed a tiny adjustment so they didn't charge me and my oil change was half the price of what I've been paying somewhere else. Great customer service, super polite office guys too!

Nice and friendly but wait times are horrible! They will tell you to come first thing in the morning for tire rotation because they don t take appointments for just tire rotations. And then your wait time will be about 2 hours. Doesn t make sense-

Rocky s took care of me. I called this morning asking for a good quality cheap tire for a car we aren t planning to keep long. They said they could order it in the morning and get it delivered and installed in the afternoon. I went in, they were super friendly, not pushy at all, installed the tires quickly, and got me on my way. And everything considered, the total ended up being a couple hundred cheaper than I was expecting. All around top notch service, will definitely be going back. :)

Rocky s was great. I needed a tire rotation and had a slow leak in my tire and assumed there was a nail. Also had been told by the dealership that I needed all kinds of fluids changed.. which they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for. I showed up at 8 right when they opened.. was out the door by 9.. turns out I really didn t need the fluids changed yet.. and they fixed my tire and didn t charge me. Great, honest service. Will be back. Thanks!
