Jordyn and Eric provided fantastic service to take care of the family van. It had an oil leak and they let us know what it was and fixed it quickly. Appreciate the honest pricing and going beyond the call to take care of us.

Had to get a pair of struts replaced on my car. I was quoted around $1000-$1200 at other shops, Queen Bee took care of it for less than $800. Took them less than a week to get the parts in and get my car fixed. Would definitely recommend!

Purchased a used vehicle and wanted to get it checked out. Utah, seriously, you should have lemon laws. Just saying. Eric was very professional and prompt and got the truck in with less than 12 hours notice. Due to workload and responsibilities he was delayed in finishing the evaluation. He stayed after hours in order to complete the job. He gave me detailed answers to my list of questions and components that I wanted checked. He even sent pictures.Very professional, very direct, very honest. Can't recommend him and Queen Bee Auto enough.

Great experience. They got me right in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me on my way in 40 minutes. It also felt like they charged me a very reasonable price for the service, which was something of a relief compared to how things usually go with car repairs. Will definitely be back!

I think Eric is related to Chuck Norris... I took my car to Queen Bee because it was acting up. The car started acting right when Eric sat in the car. To make sure my car runs right for now on, I keep a picture of Eric in my car so it will be too afraid to mess up again.

Great place I had a loose wire on my battery took it to this place and had them take a look at it and the guy was very nice and adjusted my wire without a fee would take my car here again! Thanks for your help!

We love Queen Bee Auto! Eric always does a great job and I really appreciate his honesty. We were having some transmission issues recently and another shop told us we needed to completely replace it ($2300). We took our car to Eric and he let us know that we actually didn t need to replace it. He was able to service our transmission for less than $200 and our car works perfectly now.Service: Transmission repair

I had a different mechanic do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection who told me several things that I should get fixed. I decided to get a second opinion from Queen Bee and they told me that some of the things the other mechanic said needed to be fixed was not true. Queen Bee saves me about $500 of repairs. They were honest, they communicated well, and had a quick turn around. I will definitely be using them again!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I recently had an issue with my car's air conditioner, which was causing a horrible clicking noise. I scheduled an appointment with Eric and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and expertise. After a brief consultation, he was able to diagnose the problem and provide a quote for the repair. He completed the work in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. Eric is not only skilled and efficient, but he also possesses a great heart and truly cares about providing honest and quality work. These guys are awesome. I took my sons car to several places. Only to be charged and the problem not fixed!! I took the car to Queen Bee they fixed his car and for a lot less money!! Every time I've been in they have been great on price and the problem solved!! I recommend these guys! If you need your car fixed. This is the place to go. Honest, friendly and great pricing.

In all my years of dealing with mechanics (and doing repair jobs myself - when possible) Eric, at Queen Bee Auto, is the first person that I've ever dealt with that was thorough (and in my opinion) honest about everything, including his labor prices. And, talking about his labor prices, I haven't seen anyone with labor prices that are as good as his. Because of this, I was able to get a problem fixed, when I took my truck in, that I had been putting off for over a year. If you're looking for an honest mechanic that will communicate with you every step of the way, STOP looking and go here. I'm confident enough that, if need be, I would send my wife to him and not worry that she's going to get ripped off or lied to!Updated - 06/01/2023: Queen Bee Auto is still just as good as the first day I went in.

I called to ask if they did safety and emissions and the customer service was great on the phone and in-person! Super friendly and helpful! (I also loved the waiting area - so many fun things on the walls. LOL) They were quick and really great to work with. I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Queen Bee Auto!! As a single Mom, I often have so much anxiety when car repairs are needed I often feel so pressured and taken advantage of. Perhaps that hasn t been the experience for others, but that is how I have always felt. However, my experience at Queen Bee was completely different, right away I received great service! Mr. Eric was able to quickly diagnose my car, and I was told upfront what was needed and what it would most likely cost. He even went as far as to look up the cost of the parts to give me a more exact price (which turned out to be less than I expected). I truly appreciate his honesty and the efficiency with which they worked on my car. My car is running so much better, and I feel thrilled to finally find an honest mechanic that I can rely on. :)

Eric, the owner of Queen Bee Auto, is known as the car whisperer He really is amazing at quickly detecting what is going on. My son took his car in to have it checked out because of some issues it was having. Eric advised him and actually referred him to someone else because of the specific nature of the problem. I love the foundation of integrity of Queen Bee Auto. You will get the best advise from Eric even if it means he sends you to someone else. That impressed me so much!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Didn't spend very much time on my car so he didn't charge me. There was nothing to fix so he waived the diagnostic fee. Pretty generous. I'm very impressed.

We were SO IMPRESSED with the professionalism, service, and honesty we received when getting our car repaired here. We had been quoted a whopping $2100 to get our car fixed at another repair shop, and wanted to get a second opinion. After watching our car for a couple days to determine what the problem might be, they let us know that to fix everything it would be $1200. We agreed to the price, and were elated to find that they were only going to charge us $840 because they realized it would take less time than they initially thought to replace a few of the parts needed. They didn't have to let us know that they had overestimated, but they did because they are big on integrity! The mechanic also said that they don't work off of commissions (like a lot of other repair shops), so there isn't any incentive for them to overcharge a customer. We also determined after having the car fixed, that if we had paid the first repair shop, they may not have even fixed the actual problem!! They had told us that their "best guess" was to replace a certain part, but after Queen Bee watched it for a few days and did a free diagnostic, they nailed down what the real problem was and didn't just guess around what might be causing the issue.We had initially been giving a recommendation to go there by a friend who has also had the same types of experiences, and has even taken their car in and had them fix a super small thing for free!! That is so rare to find today!Thank you for making us feel safe during a really difficult, expensive car problem! We will definitely be back with any other car maintenance! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Eric has been solving my vehicle issues for several years now. He is, without a doubt, the most honest & trustworthy mechanic I've ever encountered! And, on top of that, he's a ridiculously knowledgeable mechanic too. Eric and his team always go way above & beyond....and their prices are more than fair! Queen bee has saved me thousands of dollars over the past few years! I would recommend Queen Bee Auto Repair to anyone (and I don't hand out recommendations like that very often)

I would definitely recommend Queen Bee auto! Had a couple issues with my car that I was unsure of the cause, and they were able to diagnose within minutes. They were able to get my car in within a few days, and on top of that they were able to do the necessary repairs all in the same day! Super easy to work with as well as very straightforward and reasonable pricing. 10/10 recommend!

Erick took great care of us. His prices were better than we expected (we had a quote from the dealer), and he was fast. He went way above and beyond what we expected and was great the entire process. We had to bring our car in a couple times to diagnose the actual issue, but he was fair, friendly, and absolutely great to work with. I highly recommend Queen Bee. :)

I have going to them for 5 years with all my truck issues, and they have always been great. They are great at giving me all the information, never try to upsell me or take advantage of me because I am women and may or may not know allot about vehicles (like some shops do to women).They are clean and reliable.I highly suggest going here, especially if you are south part of Utah county.

While on a roadtrip, my horn and airbag malfunctioned, which are both quite important when you're constantly driving.Having called many other places who gave me a week out at least, Queen Bee told me to come in right then to diagnose the issue. The figured out the problem and called around for the part, but no such luck. So I scheduled an appointment for 5 days out.BUT WAIT, I assume they kept trying and called me back the following morning saying they had the part and to come in. Took them 1 hour, reasonably priced, and I was back at it, safely!

I am a single woman who is on a budget. I checked around to two other shops, but did not feel good about them. In fact, I felt when speaking with one shop, they were not going to be honest with me.An honest mechanic is the most important thing on my list. When I went to Queen Bee I could tell he was honest. Eric and staff are awesome. I had a quote from my old repair shop for the work that Queen Bee Auto did and I saved myself 1300 dollars in the process. My old shop wanted to charge me 3200 dollars to do the same work. Thank you Eric and Queen Bee staff. The guys at Queen Bee were great. They took the time to show me why they did the work that they did. They also let me know what it was going to cost before doing any work. And they topped of my oil and antifreeze at no extra charge. I appreciated that they got my car done when they said it would be done and called me to let me know so I didn't have to call them to get an update.Service: Brakes
