Highly recommend the oil change. Mac and his crew provide phenomenal customer service and can address any concerns. I will always come back with all our vehicles because the process is so smooth. Thank you everyone for providing care for our cars.

These guys are awesome. Super fast, efficient, and not that condescending, pushy experience you get from a lot of places(cough cough Jiffy Lube). I opted to replace my cabin air filter myself and the attendant was very understanding.I am definitely going to return to these guys for whenever I need oil changed.

I ve been going here for a couple years now and every single time has been so great. Kind and knowledgeable customer service and very reasonable pricing compared to other places I ve gone. They will suggest things to you that need to get done, but not in a pushy or scam type of way. They are nice and polite and FAST! Highly suggest!

Went to get a stuck oil filter removed and a new one and they didn t charge me. They had great customer service. I would definitely recommend going here!

Had an oil change and when I changed my oil myself had to use breaker bar to get drain plug lose and oil filter was way too tight but overall service there is good

Quick and fast service for an oil change. No need to drop off and wait several hours. Nice little waiting room playing sports on a Saturday as well.

Drove in and got full service immediately. Clean waiting room. Old fashioned coke machine at 60� per can. TV on Discovery channel. Free WiFi. Comfy seats.

Fantastic service! Very fast. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be going back here!Went back again today and they take care of their customers! I saw another customer in front of me question the services that were provided. The manager was very patient and explained what they did and told her they did not charge for one of the services she thought she paid for, because he said it wasn't needed.

Went to get my windshield rock chip repaired. Nate did a great job. He was very experienced, professional, and thorough. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

I can t say enough about the customer service here! They were thorough and efficient with changing my oil, and noticed a few parts that needed replacing without me even asking them to check. I had problems with my car a few days later and thought it was related to my oil, so I brought it back in. They checked my car out and diagnosed with the problem could be, and had me in and out in five minutes without even charging me, even though it was completely unrelated to my oil. They were so sweet and helpful and I ll definitely be going back!

I couldn't have had a better experience here. Pulled up and immediately was greeted, given rough estimates on prices for the services I needed and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Staff is friendly, efficient, and the prices were more than reasonable compared to similar businesses. I will be coming back for regular service

The best thing that I can say about this place is that it didn't feel like I was getting any work done on my car. Generally when you are having your car work done, you feel like it's taking a long time, you wonder if people are ripping you off, you worry about others intentions. This was just a straightforward transaction with good prices, local ownership, friendly, polite, simple service.

Great service! They were extremely quick I didn't wait for more than 10 min to get my oil changed. Also they aren't pushing you to try to sell you extra services that you never want. I'll definitely come back

Never had a problem with these guys! They always are fast and get it done and don't try to upsale you on stuff you don't want. They are honest and will let you know if you have an oil leak or anything, but they don't repair those things so it is just a courtesy, which is just nice to know that they don't have a reason to lie about stuff like that. They are people you can trust and are friendly.

These guys are awesome! It was the best service I've every had. They did a full service oil change on my car in less than ten min! I highly recommend this place. It's locally owned and the owner is a really honest reliable guy!

My wife and I have both gone there a few times. It takes10 minutes on a Saturday morning usually. Not to say they aren't busy, because they almost always are, its just that they go so fast. Generally I dread the atmosphere of any kind of car joint, but the staff made it a good experience. Oh and on another note, they actually use the manufacturers recommended oil type for your car....everywhere else I go just puts in whatever oil they have on tap.

I always get the full service at The Oil Change. Amazing service and super quick. Prices might be a little more than other places but the quality and service is WAY above par. I was nervous to get my first oil change after hearing horror stories about car people, but the workers were great and fast, the whole thing took about 15 mins max! I didn't feel pushed into buying anything and the prices were great. I will definitely be back the next time I need my oil changed!

Had a family member bring my car in for an oil change a while ago. They took my cabin air filter out to show it to her and asked if she wanted it changed for a fee. When she said no (I change those myself), they didn't replace the filter, but just threw it on the floor of the passenger side.Fast forward to a few months later, and I'm noticing oil spots accumulating on the ground where I park. I just took it in to a different shop to figure out why my 3-year-old car is leaking oil, and the shop found that they hadn't screwed things on properly when the oil was changed last, which had been at this shop. How sloppy. The other shop tightened it, cleaned everything up, and there isn't a leak anymore. Absolutely don't recommend this place.

I went in here for an oil change on a recommendation from another local Spanish Fork business who I really like and trust. I called beforehand to get a quote and they said my make and model with the base oil blend that I wanted would be about $40. I thought it was reasonable so I went in.I was expecting an upsell and said yes to a filter bc it was nasty. They quoted me a price of $25 for that. But for some reason I ended up paying almost $100 for this and an oil change!!!They charged me $43.99 for a synthetic oil PLUS an extra $15 for something? They said it was the oil?! I told them I wanted whatever the base was and this is what they gave me. They either weren t listening or were scamming me. I ve NEVER spent more than $80 for an oil change and service.
