This is the BEST place in town to get your parts, hands down! When they say they are here for their customers that is 100% true! The Manger went above and beyond to take care of us and I am grateful to her and her team! HIGHLY recommend

I am a big fan of Napa. When possible, I always go to them for parts over other auto parts store. Staff always seems to be more knowledgeable and helpful, and parts have always been good quality. However, this location in our experience has been kind of a let down. For instance, I went in for a part and they said they didn t have it and didn t know when it could be available again. I asked if they could order it in for me to pick up later (they ve always been able to do that), but they said no. I called the Napa in Payson and they said they could order it in and have it for me in a few days. So I just choose a different Napa.

Out of all the Napa store locations these guys seem to be The biggest penny pinchers. Had a large air compressor in the back of my truck and they wouldn't let me use an Allen wrench Without buying it first to pull out a plug to match up other parts that I was purchasing from them. Also had another weird experience when I asked for a military discount. But he had To hold my ID so that he could carefully examine my ID to determine if he could give me a military discount.

Fantastic parts store!Helped me find most of what I needed. Tried very hard to find a weird part I was looking for, without success.Still give the 5 stars, even though we couldn't find the part. Referred me to a salvage yard where we can

Natalie was amazing. I was trying to carry a baby and a heavy battery into the store and she ran out into the parking lot to help me, and then was super friendly and professional the whole time. She really went above and beyond and made me feel at home.

Went the extra mile to help with my problem. The gal behind the counter was very helpful and helped me research some problems from several sources and found several solutions to the same issue. Very straightforward and kind.

The staff is like family, ask anything. When I go on Saturday mornings, we always have fun, and I get what I need. There's a lot of competition in town, but this place feels most like home.

The only auto parts store that knows what they are talking about, they never get my parts wrong and everyone knows that it's the only place that mechanic shops trust as Well!Auto zone, oriellys, advanced auto and many other places online are all the same you must know what you are looking for at those places and it's hard to trust there advise they are not professional they don't know enough about cars. Napa is the only way to go I'm biased and for good reason because they truly know what they are talking about.

Came in to get a hose to fix my washing machine. They fixed me up super quick for only a couple dollars. Very friendly!

Needed to borrow a test light for literally seconds. Didn't have one available for customer use, so I ended up buying one and used it in their parking lot for probably only 20 seconds max. Didn't even scuff the packaging or undo the rubber band securing the wires. Looked as if it had never been used, wouldn't let me return it.

This location in spanish fork actually matches its stores prices in california which means you are actually paying more here than if you go to the one in springville. Not sure about other locations.

Staff was nice and helpful. The selection wasn't the greatest but it's a smaller store so that doesn't bother me.

I went to places for car help Napa and auto zone I found auto zone friendlier and more helpful than Napa
