Bart and his Mobile Rv service is one of the best services I have ever experienced. He De-winterized my Tent Trailer and I had him come back an add a grade 8 bolt to my stabilizers so that it was not only fixed but better than it was before. You will never regret going with Bart Nelson and his JLM (Jesus Loves Me) Mobile RV services!

Working with Bart from JLM Mobile RV Services was an excellent experience. I bought a used pop up camper and needed some advise about the water system, propane system, battery, furnace, sealing cracks in the roof seams, and winterizing my camper. I live 1.5 hours away and he generously offered to do an appointment by phone which saved me time and gas money. During our call he answered every question I had, gave me great advice and product recommendations, and helped me feel more confident about some of the maintenance and renovation projects I have planned. He was honest and genuine. He helped me wade through the sea of misinformation and contradicting opinions online and led me to the most practical and cost efficient solutions, as well as pointing out what could lead to more expensive repairs down the road. I am very grateful for his expertise and excellent teaching skills. I will definitely use JLM Mobile RV Services again and look forward to working with Bart in the future. Bart is a very experienced professional that cares about his customers. From the very beginning the conversation was always around taking care of me and making sure it was fair. We were able to pretty much diagnose the issues I was having over the phone and Bart and Christine came out to the house and got it all taken care of. What a great service! He asked for relevant information before he came to my house so he could be prepared to fix my RV in one visit. He quickly and honestly gave me a quote an fixed my LQ horse trailer so I could quickly get back to using it. I felt very good about the quality of his work and he charged me a fair price. If you are looking for someone you can rely on and feel at peace about coming to your home and taking care of you. Don't hesitate to give him a call! You won't be disappointed!

While hundreds of miles from home, we were in Springville, Utah as temperatures were dropping and our 5th wheel s heater wouldn t ignite. We used space heaters for the night and called JLM the next morning. They were booked solid and we were only going to be in the Provo area for a couple of days, but he talked us through some options and my husband was able to fix it based on JLM s suggestions. SUPER nice, helpful and knowledgeable! We are thankful to have found them!

If you re in need of any RV repairs Bart is your guy! He was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of everything RV. He came to fix multiple things in our travel trailer in which he did efficiently with a perfect explanation of what needed work. He was right on time for what he quoted, pricing was fair too! I will not hesitate to recommend JLM repair to anyone in need of RV repairs.

Bart was awesome to work with. He kept me informed about everything he was doing, showed me the broken parts, gave me prices up front, showed me areas he was concerned with, guaranteed his work with no pressure what so ever. Around 3:30 am my heater failed during very cold temps. I called Bart early morning and he immediately called me back. I live in a area that no one company covers with their mobile service. He took the time out his crazy schedule and talked me though the repair. 30 min later my heater was fixed. Bart showed high quality technical skills through a phone call and had my heater fixed without even seeming the problem. I will continue to call Bart for all my repairs for my 2021 forest river wolf pack.

After having 2 other rv repair guys come, I can definitely say that Bart's the best!! The other guys kind of skimmed over trouble shooting to find the problem. Bart is SO thorough. He finds things you never heard of. He's HONEST and trustworthy. I am at peace with his work and service call. Everythinghe fixed is running great now. More heat from the furnace. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who owns an rv. No disappointments.

Bart was very kind and professional. He showed up on the job not even an hour after I called him. He solved my problem within 10 minutes, after I had spent countless hours trying to fix it myself. He even helped me drain my galley tank since I m a new RV owner and had no idea what I was doing. He also explained what some other mechanisms in my RV were for. I would highly recommend Bart for your RV repairs (or walkthroughs if you re like me and have no clue what certain things in your RV do/are for).

Bart Nelson is awesome.He was right on time arriving in the window he estimated. He was right where I had expected his hours and price to be. He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and thorough. He found an issue I wasn t aware of and hadn t expected and had suggestions for solutions. I heartily recommend him for you all to use. I sent his contact info to 4 neighbors and family as he drove off.I will be calling him again as we have repair needs on our trailer.I d use him over any dealer on any day.Bart: best wishes for success in your business.

Bart is totally AWESOME (besides being a SUPER knowledgeable and professional RV repair dude!!!) - he not only installed my Easy Start/Soft Start on my a/c WHICH WAS SUPERBLY DONE; he finished this job after he totally ripped his hand and had to take a break to go to the hospital to get stitched up!!! I highly recommend him!! He will charge sufficient to get the job done, without making a hardship for YOUR need!! (He is well worth whatever he needs to charge to do a very professional job for you, without exorbitant normal shop excessive prices!)Thank you, Bart!!!!! I called Bart (JLM Mobile RV) at the recommendation of Stewart's RV. They said he used to work for them and recommended him due to their booked schedule. I explained the problem I was having with trailer fridge lighting and switching over to LP. Bart was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and gave me instructions for how to trouble-shoot it myself. He also put me into his schedule just in case it wasn't the problem he thought it might be. After following his instructions....fridge lit on LP. My sincere appreciation to him for taking the time to help me understand the problem and learn more. He could have kept the information to himself, come out, charged the fee, etc. But was honest. This type of service will definitely have me coming back to him for any issues with my trailer in the future!!! Thanks Bart!!!!Service: Electrical

Bart and his wife were so helpful and knowledgeable. They came highly recommended by Stewart RV and we are so pleased they did. They not only winterized our RV, they educated us about our RV and things in general in the RV. It was super convenient to have them come to us and we will continue to request his services in the future. I would recommend and will recommend him to everyone in our family and to people we meet on our trips.

One of the best experiences We ve had with RV service in a long time! Bart first of all called us right back after leaving him a message on a Friday night and then came the next morning (SATURDAY) to repair our RV we were stuck in our driveway wanting to get to a reservation we had at deer Creek! Knows his stuff and very reasonable pricing! So convenient to have him come to your home instead of hauling your trailer somewhere to get it fixed which usually has to sit there for days or weeks! And cheaper!! Thank so much!!

Our travel trailer got water inside, so we needed someone to look at the roof as well as the water damage inside. JLM was great! On time, professional, knowledgeable. Provided a detailed estimate about work suggested on our trailer. Love that we did not have to hook up the trailer and take it anywhere.

We were passing through on our road trip to Yellowstone when our freshwater pump gave out and was leaking. After calling a few places in the area and other mobile services. I found the right one not only was he able to come to us while we were at the dog park his prices are the best around saved us 200-300. Others wanted to charge trip fee of 200 plus 1 hour minimum for labor on top of part cost. He saved our trip and kept us on the road with minimal down time.

I had an issue with my furnace. Even though they didn t service my area he tried to find someone that could help me. After he couldn t locate anyone he text me back and was going to try and help troubleshoot the problem over the phone for free. I had already figured out my problem before he had called me back, but anyone that goes out of the way like that deserves any business they can get.
