Nate, the manager, was awesome.Super friendly and did my emissions testing and registration AND helped out with replacing my lowlight bulbs on my car.It was super fast and he was really friendly.I m glad he was in today and that I got to work with him. Thanks Nate! You deserve a raise!

There was an hour wait before my car was even seen (around noon on a Friday). The employees were nice though! After using a coupon it was like $90 for a synthetic blend oil change.

Went there because my coolant blew and my car was not able to be driven. There was a lot of complications trying to order the part my car required and the staff was extremely kind throughout the whole process. Kyle in specific was always able to answer my questions and was very forward about what was happening. He ended up not even charging me because of all the complications that happened!! I am so grateful to him and the staff and would recommend them to anyone!!!

Best Jiffy lube I've been to in a long time! Quick and knowledgeable customer service. Got me in and out quickly. Answered all questions and got quotes on future repairs/tires. Definitely recommend! Will be going back again.

These guys have stepped up their game here. Compared to my last visit from a couple months ago they ve gotten way better at their customer service. Very nice and Informative, didn t feel like they were trying to upsell me they were trying to help. I feel like they re maybe under new management or something. Appreciate yall.

Phenomenal service. These guys took care of only what was necessary and made sure to ask if I wanted each service. They worked hard. And bonus: my murky old headlights sparkle like they are brand freaking new!! Paul, the manager, Took incredibly good care of us and wasn t afraid to get right in there and work with his crew. I cannot recommend these guys more!

Lacking in experience with European cars. After having my Mini Cooper in the bay for 10-15 minutes, the technician said he wouldn t change the oil unless I left it overnight to cool. He was concerned about breaking the cooling line since it is close to the oil. They don t have the experience needed for the job. Wasted an hour of my day.

Stopped in for a quick oil change, a tire rotation, and to check the check engine light for the minivan. Other Jiffy Lube locations I have been to with this vehicle did not have a jack big enough to lift the whole van, so I was pleasantly surprised they were able to do that here. Those two services only took about 20 minutes.The check engine light was for a malfunctioning coolant thermostat. They were able to get the replacement part in about 5 minutes, had it installed in about 20, and then replaced my coolant in about 30 minutes.Big shout out to the whole crew for professionalism and skill, and especially to Nate and Sara for explaining the whole process with transparency and clarity. I felt empowered to make good decisions for my car because they were so upfront and helpful. Really appreciated too that they explained the benefits from not delaying coming in to check for the check engine light issue. It sounds like these relatively inexpensive maintenance items may have saved us a good chunk of money down the road.

Came in from out of town and needed an oil change done and I mean it when I say this was the nicest staff I ve ever met! Super professional, gave me a discount on my oil change, and didn t try to push me to pay for any other additional stuff. Nate is awesome! Thanks for all your help!

I hate to be the guy complaining about a business but this one is super warranted. Avoid the Jiffy Lube over by Target. On the 2nd I pulled up right when they opened for an oil change. They said my car was also due for new spark plugs so I agreed to that service as well. 4 hours later I finally get to leave with my car and it is immediately clear something is very very wrong. It s jolting all over the place, shaking violently, and choking like the engine is about to die. I went right back in and waiting another hour while they double checked everything and the manager there told me they couldn t find anything wrong and if I would just take it to a proper mechanic they d reimburse me the cost of the fix.I took it in to Dickerson Automotive who was absolutely fantastic to work with and I very highly recommend, cost me $800 to have Jiffy Lube s defective spark plug replaced along with an ignition coil that was previously working just fine. And took some damage from the faulty spark plug and had to be swapped out.Took that receipt into Jiffy Lube today and was just totally blown off. You paid us to swap the spark plugs and we did that just fine. You paid Dickerson for the ignition coil. You got what you paid for both places so there s nothing to reimburse you for. Yeah, no, my car was running fine when I pulled up here and it was a dangerous mess when I left. That s not my fault. Didn t even offer to cover a portion of the bill or anything.Absolutely do not go to Jiffy Lube to any reason.

SOOOOOO UPSET RIGHT NOWI sent my son to get an oil change this afternoon. Aside from the fact that this was the most expensive oil change, I ve ever paid for, they did not put the bottom plate on correctly this evening I took a small trip down to Walmart and this whole thing was scraping along the groundI am supposed to take this car down to Moab Monday morning. I am absolutely screwed right now because tomorrow is Sunday and Jiffy Lube is closed. This means I have to figure out different transportation. So so so upset right now!!!!!I m hoping someone from Jiffy Lube can see this message and possibly get a hold of us that we can bring it in and they can fix it tomorrow before I have to leave.

Each Jiffylube has different staff and results may vary. Our Spanish Fork, UT shop has been great, particularly, because I am notified about the filters/services without sales pressure. So glad to hear Brody Olson is back at Jiffy Lube. He used to work years ago in a few different locations, and I d travel to each one of these locations just because he is one person with experience not only with cars but also with customers! Smart move Spanish fork Jiffy Lube! In no time you will see how lucky you are to have Brody at your location . I was so sad when he no longer was at my favorite oil changing company. I came here in April to get my emissions done, and get the oil changed while I was there for convenience. In their "signature oil change" they checked my brakes and after they had done so they failed to tighten down the wheel. It made it a week before it destroyed the wheel and ripped off the fender trim while I was driving. I was very lucky to be in town in a roundabout when it came off, I do lots of highway driving and it's scary to think what could've happened. I'm kicking myself for not checking the lugs myself, and will be making sure my friends and family stay far away from this place.Service: Oil change

Overall decent experience. The greeter did walk away from me when I was talking. They don't include their shop fees in their prices up front. When given the total I wasn't told about having to pay for the extra quart of oil, so I had to ask why the price was higher than expected.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are amazing. They're super fast, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. They always have a smile on their face when you walk in and their positive attitude makes for an inviting atmosphere. Jiffy Lube Great customer services is something they should be proud of. The Manager I spoke with (Nate) came and spoke with me about some questions I had in regards to my Nissan Maxima and was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. If any one is in the Spanish Fork area and needs your oiled changed or just need some answers about your vehicle, I highly recommend check out these guys! I give them 10 stars out of 5! Thanks guys!

Apparently they had their emissions guy out and so they were unable to do emissions for us (a national account). They also couldn t patch a tire because they only had 3 people working even though we were willing to leave our vehicle. They then referred us to a better staffed jiffy lube who also couldn t help us.

I had such a great experience at the Spanish Fork Utah Jiffy Lube. I needed a headlight bulb changed and a radiator cap replaced. My first visit they were short staffed so they didn t have the manpower to do it. I came back a few days later, they had time. Completed the work in minutes rather than the hour that they quoted me a few days earlier. It also cost a fraction of what they quoted me as well. The guys were friendly and quick. Slowest emissions and on the spot renewal I've ever experienced. I usually go somewhere else but was in a time crunch and this was closer so I came here.The waiting room was fairly full when I came in which is totally fine and understandable. So I expected a little bit of a wait. After a half hour I was the only one there. Then I waited ANOTHER 30/40 minutes while multiple techs stood around my car doing nothing. I finally asked how much longer the wait would be and she said "oh they're working on it right now." Then the manager glared at me multiple times through the window before STARTING my emissions test.Maybe it was an off day or something. Other reviewers seemed to have a good experience so I don't want to judge too harshly. It was just extremely slow and unwelcoming. Bathroom is perma-dirty and the hot/cold water dispenser for a beverage was out.It would've been nicer to have a somewhat kind "hi welcome in" upon entering and some sort of check in along the way like "We'll have your car out in about XX minutes." Easily could've been a way better experience with just a little extra communication, facility cleanliness, and efficiency with their work.

Nate Anderson, the manager, is the most pleasant and professional human being I have encountered in awhile. I have been to many Jiffy Lubes across the country and this location is by far one of the best. He has won my respect and loyalty.

Don t go here if you are a woman and are by yourself, you ll get ignored. I went here with my six-year-old son and sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes with no one making eye contact with me or asking me if I had been helped yet. I felt like because I m female I was looked over. The technicians were more than happy to directly approach the three men in the waiting room with me and ask them directly if they have been helped yet. I was left the last one in the waiting room and then was told since it was 20 after six that they couldn t help me despite me being there for almost an hour already. I am absolutely disgusted and completely disappointed. I had such high hopes going there and I unfortunately just purchased the three package oil change deal online. Came here for an Oil change & tire rotation. They came out about 20m later and recommended a brake fluid replacement. They told me it would take 15-20 minutes so I went with it. Waited TWO HOURS with no updates. I looked out the window multiple times just to see my vehicle sitting there with nobody working on it. While waiting I watched a handful of customers come in and leave before us.I finally asked one of their staff for an update. He went out and checked and told me the service was complete, they just needed to put my wheels back on. Waited another 20 minutes for them to put my wheels back on! No explanation or no apology for what took so long. Don t come here if you re expecting quick service. Took nearly 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation & brake fluid replacement.

We stopped to get some air in the tires because it was pulling to the left. We had a wonderful man help us. I didn t catch his name. When I tried to roll my window back up, it wouldn t roll up correctly!! It was November 3rd and freezing cold outside!! And we still had to drive to Brigham city. He helped us get it rolled back up in place until we could get it fixed. What a great Samaritan.Service: Tires

I went to Jiffy Lube to get my emissions certified and get my license renewed. While there, I had my oil changed. It all worked well and they didn't even blink when I used my coupon. When, my coupon turned out to have a code that it wouldn't accept, they pulled their own coupon out from under the desk and used a valid one for me. These seem to be good guys who really are trying to move cars through in a timely manner. I will return here again.Service: Oil change

I take my cars to Jiffy Lube regularly, and I appreciate the efficient service they provide. They are also quite a pleasant bunch of people who seem to enjoy helping people with car concerns. I will keep going there for my car maintenance and vehicle registration renewals. The only minor negative thing I would mention is that when they do the final review of their evaluation of the auto, the way it's presented can be a little too aggressive, and even use a bit of guilt to try and get you to agree to additional services. Now, i am often inclined to use extra services like this, but when I'm told the prices to have these done, it always changes my mind to no. I believe your extra services are priced a little to high.
