Our slideout wasn't working while at a stop on our route in northern Utah, so I called up EZ Call RV on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a voicemail for the next morning. But James picked up the phone and was able to come out and get us taken care of that same day. He did amazing work and fixed it quickly. We are so grateful he was able and willing to come after hours and help us out. We highly recommend EZ Call RV!

Someone referred James to us for some work on our new travel trailer. James was great! He was easy to work with and was able to offer solutions that accomplished what we wanted without needing all the "fluff" or extra stuff. I would absolutely recommend using EZ Call RV if you are needing work done. Thanks again James!

We live in our RV full time just arrived in Utah 3 days ago having problems with our refrigerator. Called Ez call Rv very easy to make an appointment (same day which was awesome), very friendly, and explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. If ever have another issue in this area will definitely call Ez Call Rv. Highly recommend!

James is fantastic! He took time to answer questions and gave me some advice for a couple of DIY things I can to save a few bucks. He referred me to a reputable place to do more extensive work a mobile repair business isn t set up for. I ll do everything I can in the future to avoid hauling my RV to one of the big guys and have them keep it for 4-6 weeks. He s a certified RV repair tech and the chances of having one of them work on you coach at one of the big retailers is likely very low. With James, it s a 100% certainty. I m not sure you ll save a ton of money, but his service is FAR more convenient, it s being done by someone who knows what he s doing and I would much rather support a local small business. Highly recommended!

I d give a higher rating if possible, James was awesome to work with. My furnace stopped working due to a mouse getting inside the motor. James happily repaired, cleaned, and disinfected and had the furnace back to me in less than 24 hours. Absolutely incredible service, thanks again James!

James is awesome! He did a great job figuring out our awning problem and really thought outside the box to figure out a repair on our door that would not interrupt our 4month trip. I can't believe the service! My new battery system failed in the middle of the night. I called planning on leaving a message for the morning. He picked up and proceeded to help me on the phone. He said he was already booked in the morning and then sent me articles and info to "wake up" the batteries after an "event". He then told me if the info didn't take care of the problem, call him back and he would have another company come over in the morning! This type of commitment to customers is just not normal anymore! I would highly recommend!

There is a reason that James, the owner and tech, is listed in my phone as James the RV miracle worker! He has worked tirelessly on my parents RV that has had more problems than you could ever guess, (yes they were sold a lemon). He has done research, ordered parts that honestly we didn t think existed any more, and solved problem after problem, after problem. Many times he could have thrown his hands up and said forget it but he stuck in there! The whole time he has been cheerful, patient, and kind. His communication about the whole process has been incredible and today, after many visits and full days of work, he and Jason drove away very successful because the motor home is working and running! He is honest, hard working, fairly priced, and a man of integrity. There s nobody I would trust RV repairs to but him! Thanks James! You really are the BEST!Services: Electrical, Battery

James was fun to work with. He knows his stuff and helped us with several items with our travel trailer. He has a wealth of knowledge and is not afraid to share that with you. Very upfront and honest when it comes to issues with these things. He will fix or give options to a problem. James was very prompt and professional and I definitely would recommend if you need service for your RV or trailer

If I could give more then 5 stars I would! James is hands down the best repair man around. He came to our house to fix our motor home, came after we got off work so we didn't have to take time off, great prices, gave us amazing advice and fixed an issue that 2 other companies couldn't even figure out! Sometimes I make poor decisions, but not this time! I felt like we were treated personably, professionally, fairly, and efficiently by James at EZ CALL RV. We will continue to do business with him with our camping trailer needs. He even taught us things we could do ourselves.

I'm so glad I found James. He was so fun to work with and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I had him come take a look at my furnace that other technicians had given up on. He went above and beyond with troubleshooting aswell as helpfull advice not even related to the furnace. I will never have anyone but James work on my motorhome. Thanks for all your help!

Did not use this service but texted and talked on the phone with Jim and any time we are close to Provo Utah we will use him if we need an RV technician. He is nice and very very helpful. Highly recommend his services.

I live in my rv, and I had a leek in the roof. I called first thing in the morning and in 1 hour the gentalman was there and fixed my roof, also fixed a couple other going to be trouble. He also took pitcher's of what he fixed and why he fixed them. I definatly recommend them.

James was able to fit us in around our busy schedules and get our A/C-heatpump back into operation . He was quick to find the problem and had to track down the right part. He was very friendly, honest, and helpful. He even pointed out some maintenance issues that we should get to as soon as we get home. This was all on a Saturday and his wife and son all helped to get us back on schedule. Thank you James
