We ve been really happy with our storage unit and have used this facility for 3 years and don t have any intention of moving any time soon! Great customer service, clean facility.

It was a great place to store my stuff, I had been there pretty much since they opened as Canyon self storage. The staff was very friendly And professional .I had to stop storing my stuff there because the prices got too expensive after extra space storage bought them out. I was with another storage unit before that, and I understand the prices go up A few dollars every year. But I lost my good rate with them to move to this storage unit because it was closer to my house and reasonably priced. The price doubled after a few months of extra space storage owning them. There are a lot higher rates than most people in the area So I moved my stuff to another storage unit that was just as clean and friendly, but a lot cheaper.

We have several ExtraSpace units across three different facilities. In each case, customer service is friendly, and go-the-extra-mile responsive. The units are clean, dry, and we love the modern touches like Bluetooth gate and unit access! Highly recommended!

My comments are similar to other recent 1-star reviews. This was a good place before Extra Space took over. Prices are up (significantly) and service is down (to non-existent). I rented my first unit in 2021 and I plan to re-locate as soon as possible. I've had nothing but problems since the ownership change (compared to prior my prior experience with staff who were great). My recommendation for others would be to avoid Extra Space Storage. Hopefully you can find other options.

This place is a ripoff. The company that used to own the place was fantastic, but Extra Space Storage seems to care more about squeezing every dime possible out of their tenants than they do about having long-term tenants who take good care of the facility. I wouldn't recommend any of their locations as they are willing to nearly double their rates on your space after you're all moved in.

Canyon Storage was great. But when Extra Space Storage took over the business they nearly doubled the price. We found another way to store our belongings and canceled our unit. That being said, the customer service from thr gentleman in the office was great!

I have a unit with this company and they are friendly and always willing to help out. I also want to add I had anther storage unit with someone else and lost all of my belongs due to the site was never cared for. I have never lost one thing coming to extra space. The price is worth knowing my stuff is safe and clean!!

I've rented here in the past when it was Canyon Storage and had an excellent experience. Apparently it's under new ownership now and has a very corporate and cumbersome process. My first call took me to a corporate office with absolutely no useful or helpful information. Eventually I figured out how to call someone on site and it was a little better.

Auggie was super helpful in finding me a unit that would accommodate everything I need to store. He was super helpful in getting exact measurements and walking me through the process. I am very grateful to find a unit so convenient to use.

They increased rent by an additional 75% from 110 to 190 per month without notifying me. Their website does not list this as the current rate. It s not worth doing business with a company that uses these dishonest practices. I m in the market for a new storage unit.

Price of a 10x10 unit increased 65% starting Nov 1 so I moved my business and storage elsewhere. They said it was market rate increase but I was able to find another local unit for much less. It s too bad Extra Space bought Canyon View. I miss the customer service and pricing of Canyon View.

I've been a customer since the storage place opened several years ago. I have always felt like my things were kept safe from the weather and people that might like to take what isn't theirs. The place is always maintained and clean. When it snows it is always plowed in a reasonable amount of time. This has been a great place to store my stuff!

Loved working with these people. Nice clean and pest free units. These people good service. During winter months the access is always plowed and ice free.

Extra Space Storage just increased my storage unit from $185/mo. to $265/mo., an $80 increase overnight. After speaking to someone in customer service (who was VERY friendly and helpful) it was reduced to $233/mo. but that's still a ridiculous increase. It's highway robbery and I'll be looking to take my business elsewhere. Anyone looking at working with Extra Space Storage, DON'T DO IT! There are many other storage spaces that cost significantly less and are very similar in quality! Also, most other companies won't rip you off by issuing massive increases all at once!

I received a letter in the mail (2 days ago) stating that our unit will be increasing from $80 per month, to $157, in one months time!!!! Seriously, thats basically double?!I'll be shocked if many people stay with this company after that ridiculous increase.Find a different company thats actually reasonably priced!!

When Canyon View Storage owned this facility, rent went up in smaller increments. Extra Space Storage took over and raised our rent $80 for one unit and $45 for the other, due the first of November. This is not acceptable, and I do not recommend this business.
