I would love to comment I had an amazing experience, my first time getting a truck and it was here. From the moment I walked in Emma was right there to help me get what I wanted. I let her know what was in my range and with no pressure she took down exactly everything I needed and she helped get me the perfect first truck!! They also have water and good hot chocolate too haha They all had great smiles and they were super kind to me. You will get my five star rating, I ve loved it here

Buying my car was an easy smooth process but shortly after purchase I realized my used car had major problems. At first I felt like the dealership was helpful and would work with me to fix to problem. After months of run around, broken promises, and lies from multiple people in addition to horrible advice from the service department to keep driving it until the check engine light comes on (which led to thousands and thousands of dollars of extra repairs in addition to the original problem) I was offered an extremely low trade in price putting me more than 10k upside down in a car I d had for 3 months that I bought from them!I declined the offer and paid another dealership to repair my car. The car had stored codes that identified the engine problem was present before purchase.

Cameron did an amazing job at giving us a good deal on our new vehicle! He clearly had our best interests at heart. Would definitely recommend stopping into this dealership if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Had a great experience at Doug Smith! Emma helped me to get what I need and I am loving my new truck! They were quick to get paper work done, clean my new truck and send me on my way! Emma was never pushy which is nice cause I often take time to decide things and needed multiple test drives til I felt comfortable!

This dealership is exceptional I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a car or truck! They are experienced, honest, look out for your best interest, and do everything they can to meet your needs. The entire time that we were at the dealership was pleasant (no pressure) and the purchase process was smooth. We will definitely return to this dealership in years to come! We would like to give a special shout out to Em, our salesperson. She is the best! If you re looking for an excellent dealership that hasn t lost the small town personal touch This is definitely the place to go!

In all honesty, I had a mixed-bag experience with your dealership. My first call resulted in an offer price that worked for me, a long call on my trade in where I felt i was being extremely honest about the state of the trade-in, and then for the on-call sales manager to re-nig on the original offer price that i was provided by the Sales Manager. At this point, I swore to never do business with Doug Smith auto. A couple days later, I received a call from Emma Newson. I told her my story and she said she would check with the Sales Manager. She did and called me back to say a mistake was made and the SM would honor the offer price. Good news. More bad stuff happened in the process...happy to talk to someone. Net-net, Emma took responsibility for solving the problems and did so. Personal opinion, Emma is VERY inexperienced, BUT she gets customer service and TOTALLY saved this situation. Emma is also EXTREMELY interested in her customers and their reasons for purchasing, at least in my case. Personal opinion running very large sales forces with $50-100M in responsibility, Emma Newsom is a keeper. Train her well and she will earn you millions.

I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Doug Smith Auto in Spanish Fork. They are honest and excellent to work with. There is no pressure to purchase. Jadon was our salesman and I highly recommend him!

They were willing to do a emissions inspection on the spot so I could renew my plates. They are very accommodating and friendly. I love taking my car to them to service it. I know my car is in good hands.

Marcos Pereyra was great to work with. No pressure and answered all our questions. Went over the vehicle and taught me how all the gadgets and apps worked. We had a great experience working with him, he was very friendly and even bought us lunch as the husband was getting a bit hangry due to us being there at lunch time. I would highly recommend buying a car here. Love my new Jeep Grand Wagoneer.

My wife and I just got a new Jeep Wrangler Willys 4Xe from Doug Smith in Spanish Fork. Emma was our sales person and she was great. She and Shane worked so hard to get us the lowest pricing possible and they were amazing to work with (it was the best price as I compared every dealership); we will now be lifelong customers of Doug Smith!

Ben in the Service department at Doug Smith Dodge in Spanish Fork is incredible to work with. He listened to my needs & instead of an appointment in couple days down the road. He moved some things around & got me in & out the next morning before the holidays. Awesome customer service & my truck was completely perfectly. Doug Smith is lucky to have such an employee. The Doug Smith Jeep dealership advertised a low price, and then did not add unwanted services and accessories. Paul kept it real, it just was relaxing compared to my previous experiences at different dealers. All of questions and needs were answered by Bryson. It was a pleasure to buy my jeep here. I recently bought a car from Doug Smith in Spanish Fork and had a great experience. I worked with Marcos to trade in my car for a new used car. Marcos was great to work with and really went to bat for me to get me the best deal on my trade in and on the price of the car I purchased. I have bought 4 cars previously from Doug Smith and have always had a good experience. They are the best dealership in Utah.

I've bought a lot of trucks over the years, but this by far was my best experience. Competitive pricing, great selection, and no hassle. This is the way truck (or car) buying should be. If you're in the market, I highly suggest stopping in and giving these guys a chance! (Disclaimer, you may leave with a new vehicle as you can't say no to the great deal! )

What a great experience! We came by just to "look" at colors and were greeted by Jadon. It was nearly closing and Jadon kindly showed us around, took us on a drive, and we agreed to connect about inventory the next day. He secured an Inbound truck that fit our requirements perfectly! The transition to Hunter in finance was easy, quick, and professional. Hunter took great care of us. No one was pushy, communication was great and we couldn't be happier. We love our truck!

I decided to come in to the SF dealership after I had a disappointing experience with a salesman at the AF location. I met Matthew and he was awesome to work with. The whole SF crew is awesome and the car buying experience was low pressure and easy. I will definitely call Matthew first when I am ready to trade up.
