I had the most amazing experience at this place. The staff was not only friendly, but also efficient and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they were doing and provided excellent service in a timely manner. This was truly the best place I have ever been to and I will definitely be returning. 5 stars all the way!

Lance and his crew took good care of me. It was good to be able to take a little time to shop tires and figure out what would be best for my truck. I put on the bfg all terrain t/A k02 for my ford150. Plan on doing some hunting/fishing so having the relief to get up in the mountains will be nice not to have to worry about my tires being able to handle the terrain. Thanks to the team at SF discount tire. Appreciate you guys.

We were travelling through Spanish Fork and woke up with a flat tire on my Genesis.The folks at discount tire got my car in as a priority, patched my tire, clean my other wheels, and then told me it was free of charge and have a safe drive.I was so impressed with the folks at discount tire and how they helped us, you and your team are awesome!

When I purchased tires here, I also purchased the lifetime tire rotation and balance. Mike was the service advisor today for my rotation and balance. He had to scan something on the inside of my driver s door. When we came back to the desk, Mike said when we were outside, I noticed your windshield wiper was laying down, you might need new wipers. Do you want us to install new wipers? I told him Discount tire just installed them 4k miles ago and they are supposed to lay down because they are resting on a rubber tip under pressure. He looked confused, started typing on the computer, looks up and says, I guess you re right, 4k miles ago. Are they working ok? I felt like Mike was trying to upsale me on something I did t need. After posting this review, the store manager (Jonathan) called me and asked me to come in. He looked at the wiper and said he didn t see anything wrong with it. Jonathan replaced all the wipers at no cost to me. While both Mike and Jonathan were nice, I feel Jonathan did a more thorough inspection before making a recommendation.

This place is a SCAM!!Went in to have my tire repaired on my BMW. My tire had a nail in it which could be seen. I was told it was in a good spot to be easily fixed. While waiting, a girl came out to tell me there was bad news, there were two holes that needed to be fixed but I also had a small "crack" on the side wall of the tire and would need a new tire. We told her to just repair the holes and we would take it in to BMW for the new tire. She said ok, went back to inform whomever was working on the tire, then the next thing we know, a guy is rolling our tire out to show us the unfixable crack/tear. We told him to just fix the holes and we would take it over to BMW for the new tire. He refused to fix it, said it wasn't safe, we told him we would be willing to sign something saying we agreed to that but again he wasn't willing do it. My husband proceeded to tell him that every time we went it to have a tire fixed, it seemed we needed a new tire. My sons's had the same issue. He didn't defend it. Finally we said to just fill the tire with air and putt it back on. He seemed to feel that was safer than fixing the tire. we had BMW look at the tire, come to find out, their were able to repair the tire without having to replace it. We didn't need a new tire at all!

Fast, friendly, and very professional. This place is the best! Booking an appointment online is super easy, and they keep you informed of the process every step of the way, whether you stay to wait or go elsewhere. I came in on a very busy day and they were still taking care of each customer individually, providing helpful service.Kudos to today's staff especially for treating a rude, entitled customer with kindness and patience when he was treating them like garbage. I was so impressed with how they handled a difficult situation.

We won't be back after our experience last month. Lance was extremely rude upon arrival. We had an appointment set up so that we wouldn't have to wait, yet we ended up waiting over an hour for our car to even be taken back. When my husband finally spoke to Lance about it he spat some excuse about being short staffed and then took our car back right away. He avoided my husband the rest of the time we were there, even sending someone else to talk to him when it was time to check-out.Listen, I understand being short staffed, but when you're taking walk-ins as priority over appointments and then making up excuses that's just poor management. Sprinkle bad attitude on top and you get lost business.

Stood at counter for 8 minutes and was not acknowledged at all. Not even a we will be with you shortly. I went to BigO tires and was greeted at the door. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY WOULD RATHER YAP ON PHONES WITH FRIENDS THAN DEAL WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

On our trip home from Marysville we had a blowout just outside of Salina. AAA came and took care of us roadside and we were able to get our fifth wheel camper closer to home in Eagle Mountain Utah. We called ahead to discount tire in Spanish Fork, since it would be on our way home to see if we could get our rig fixed. Since this was a Saturday, this store closed at 5 PM. We called ahead and talked to Lance since our arrival would have been close to closing. The tire we needed was in stock and and we were asked to arrive as safely as possible before closing. We took our time as to not push the spare tire too hard. We arrived just before closing. Lance and the team took immediate care of us and within an hour, even after closing time, we were squared away and back on the road. We can t thank Lance and the team at discount enough for prioritizing our emergency. They were all amazing.

I was an hour away from home with wife and new baby in the car when I found we had a screw in the tire. This location was near by so I called and got an appointment later the same afternoon. After our prior lunch plans, we went over to Discount at the appointed time and they had us in and out on no time. Made it home safe and sound with no worries if the tire would make it.

I had a consistently positive experience with Discount Tire in Spanish Fork. Their staff is always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Whenever I schedule an appointment, they are almost always on time and ready to assist me as soon as I arrive. Their combination of friendliness and punctuality makes each visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service for their tire-related needs.

Discount tires come through again. My Lug nut locking socket come up missing For my truck I called discount tires to see if maybe they had an extra one kicking around that just might fit We tried what they had but no luck. At this point I just figured I was gonna have to go home and cut them off. Or weld a nut on and zip them off. The next thing I know Sam. The employee at the spanish fork discount which works for lance. Come out with a removal tool kit and removed all four of the locking nuts Very unexpected gesture But I'm not surprised because that's what discount tire does. Lance found out I was fine in my mind to drive home with one missing lugnut per wheel I had 5 other lugnuts on the wheels. he insisted on replacing the 4 missing lugnuts at no charge. This is one of many reasons why I have Been a customer with discount tires for 20 plus years. I run tires of all makes and sizes on all my vehicles and trailers from discount tires.This review is in no way a response to a promotional offer or deal. The one guy here I super like. This is at no fault of his. (And the staff that day were kind)this is just something to be aware of.But I called to make an apt for a rotation. My wife works nights, and I was going to have my young kids with me so I kinda live by appointments so I can be in and out.Made an apt for days out at 8:15 am. Showed up on time. Upon arriving we realized it would be best for my tread life to leave my tires where they were but I had a tire that will slowly loose pressure and they were going to check that for me.... 45 mins later I noticed my truck was still outside. They didn't seem too busy at all. Only one other car they were working on. I told them I'd have to make an apt for another day. It's unfortunate that making an apt still didn't get me taken care of to check one tire within the 45 mins I was there.

I have been a DT customer for 20+ yrs. I have always been a fan so I will say this review is directed toward this location. The ONLY thing they do is tires and on multiple occasions they have failed to advise me on wear patterns that could be symptomatic of other issues and had they informed me I could have made corrections that would have prolonged the life of my tires and saved me money.Example: last year I bought new wheels and winter tires from them. Kept them on for 4 months. This year I go to put them on again and was told that 2 needed to be replaced because of potential alignment issue and uneven wear. My question is why did they not tell me that when the pulled them off in the spring?? They had to take them off and bag them up that would have been a great time to look them over and tell me so I could make any nec adjustments to preserve both sets of tires. I have 2 other examples like this.Luckily Costco across the street does tires and I hope they can provide a better experience. I would not recommend this location for tire service.

Jake and Blake greeted me right away and were incredibly helpful. They fixed the screw punctured my tire and had me out the door very quickly. Clean and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this location.

They are sooo slow and cost so much! They also don't have tires in stock of the common ones.... I decided to try Ron Gorons tires in payson got an all season tire 4 of them nice brand for 600 bucks less than what discount wanted to charge me! I would just shop around! And you get on to make an appointment and it has you fill the boxes! It makes you fill out every one so by the time your done and have gone out to your car 10 times to get info they don't even have tires in stock to get you an appointment! I wouldn't waste your time!

I'm 1000 miles from home and I found the staff at this discount tires to be just as helpful and friendly as the guys back home. Seamless transaction of wheels and tires. Always recommend.

My wife took our car in after running over a nail to see if we could get it repaired. This location told her there were actually two punctures. One was repairable but the other was not. Our car has all wheel drive so they suggested we replace all of them, but gave us the option to replace one, two or all four tires.I called and spoke with them and it would cost around $700-$1000 for all 4 tires, depending on the tire. Right before I hung up he told my wife if we did it today... they could do buy 3 tires, get 1 free. (Idk why he didn't just tell me that from the beginning)I got a second opinion from a friend that owns the Big O tires in American Fork. He told me there was only one puncture and he fixed it for me.Maybe they were lying... maybe they saw something different. Idk, but...make sure you get a second opinion.

We had them put new tires and wheels on our truck that we had purchased from a private party and they were very quick and they did not charge us anything. We have been going to Discount Tire for 20 years and maybe that is why we weren't charged but they have seriously the Best customer service around. We love Discount tire.

Absolutely the worst place in the state to buy tires. I paid extra for the extended warranty full coverage, and they come up with every excuse in the world not to honor that warranty. Now they say there s too many miles on the tires to rotate them? Since when does miles on a tire, have anything to do with rotating them?? Absolute con artists to the max!! I found tires at Bro s in Mount pleasant for $400 less. Better tires and better service!
