Clegg Auto goes above and beyond with customer service. They have let us use a loaner vehicle free of charge several times when we were in a bind while our car was being fixed. They do great work at a fair price. Thanks Clegg Auto! I highly recommend them!!

We ve gone here twice with two different cars for two different issues and brakes in the last year and have had wonderful experiences. Friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics. I appreciate they give you quotes on cost upfront. I do feel they are slightly more expensive but it s worth the experience for sure!! Their waiting area is nice and smells good with ample chairs/sitting space.

My engine was under warranty through another company and had to be replaced. Finding a shop willing to do the work was hard enough, but getting a shop to stay on the warranty company that was trying to get out of owning their faulty engine was something else. Cameron was amazing and really went to bat for me, saving me thousands of dollars. They got the work done quickly when they received the new engine and even broke it in for me. But the service didn t end there, the man even detailed the inside of my car and replaced the wiper blades for free. I mean it was pristine!I loved how every time I needed to call for an update, which wasn t often because they always called to keep me up to speed, everybody I talked to knew my vehicle and what its status was. Everybody working there was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team, they re the best.

I needed an emissions test done and Clegg Auto was by far the best deal I could find, coming in at $30. On top of that, they were able to get me in and out the door in about 15 mins. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. They have various beverages you can choose from while you wait and parking was freely available.I ll definitely be going back to Clegg Auto for years to come!

I had an incident over the winter where I spilled my hot coffee onto my window unit control. Little did I know the mayhem this would cause. My husband found a replacement part online, and switched this. We began to have car troubles, took this car in and did a little intake with Cortney who was so amazing and helpful. During all of this we believed the battery was dead, or that the alternator needed to be switched out. Upon further investigation we realized that our whole problem was the replaced window unit causing a parasitic draw on my battery. Cortney was amazing during the whole ordeal letting Jared, Zach and Jeff know to make sure before parts were installed that I was getting honest answers the diagnostics were matching the intake problems. Not once did I get a run around through them. Though this whole ordeal took 2 weeks to resolve (Waiting on parts through dealerships) I was made aware daily of what was going on with my car, clear communication, and expected wait times. I was also provided with a loaner as a customary service provided from them. This was the best experience for someone who has no idea anything about cars, and will forever continue to trust them with any cars in the near future. Thank you all for all your work! I appreciate knowing there's true auto shops who are honest, and don't treat you like a walking dollar sign.

As someone who s familiar with cars and working on them, the crew at Clegg s was extremely helpful. For my vehicle, I asked for a electrical diagnosis, which they: found the issue, communicated it with me, informed me of a general inspection of the car and what could be worked on in the future, and communicated everything along the way making sure they had confirmation. Great communication, great execution of repair, and just great service. I had a good experience

These people are amazing we do a lot of work with them with our company Fleet and they've always been very nice. I had some issues with my personal truck which they were actually able to get it in and fixed same day which saved me a lot of stress. Easily the best mechanic shop I've ever dealt with and I will continue to use them in the future

Awesome customer service. They bent over backwards to accommodate my time necessities. The work they do is high-quality. It is a bit pricey for my ability to handle. But what else can you expect in this ridiculously artificially government caused inflation we re experiencing right now? I wholeheartedly, recommend Clegg, and their awesome team in Spanish Fork.

Clegg s is the only place I go for my vehicle s maintenance! They ve streamlined their process of communication with each other and with clients. The price is always close to what they quote. I typically don't leave reviews, but I have been so impressed with Clegg Auto, that I wanted to share my experience with others. I can't say enough good about Clegg! They were so friendly, and treated us like they wanted to serve us. Their communication and constant updates on our vehicle were positive and informative! We were very impressed, and have since switched to them for our car needs permanently!

i ve taken my vehicle to various car, replace businesses and 69 years old now I ve never had such a good experience and treated with the professionalism that Clegg Auto in Spanish Fork has treated me. They have top-of-the-line equipment and diagnostics tools and they are so courteous and kind, and they keep you informed all along the way, I wouldn t go anywhere else now that I ve experienced them and I owe it to my daughter who told me about Clegg Auto in Spanish Fork.

I took my Gmc truck in to have it checked. I could smell gas by the front of the vehicle. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They checked it over thoroughly. I was notified what the issues were and the cost. We discussed what should be done now and what could wait. I decided to go ahead and fix the issues. They kept me informed and let me know when something was taking longer than they thought and the added cost. The things that are important to me are: addressing the problem/s, cost and time. Each of these things were accomplished. I really appreciate the service!! Thank you!!

I had my alignment done here at Clegg's and couldn't be happier. Staff was friendly. They kept checking in on me throughout my wait. Kim S. wouldn't let my car out of the shop until it met his high standards. If you want it done right, go to Cleggs. Aside from great mechanic work, you can get a free soda. Thank you, Kim!

This was the best experience I ve ever had getting repairs done to my car. Everyone was so friendly and the prices were great. I was informed of everything that was wrong with my car through a text and I was able to approve what I wanted done. They were so fast at getting everything done and now my car runs great!

I'm really happy I chose Clegg Auto. I took my car in for a realignment, and they were really friendly and easy to work with. I loved that they sent pictures and videos of the free inspection results, as well as the breakdown of the estimated cost, including the cost of labor and the cost of parts.

You can tell this shop is honest. When I took my car into be fixed they told me that:1. We fixed the problem causing the check engine light to turn on.2. You have the beginning of the smallest oil leak. We can fix it, but we wouldn t recommend doing so just yet since it s not serious.3. Our additional complimentary inspection didn t yield any additional recommendations.What mechanic doesn t take every opportunity to fix extra broken things , especially with this pretext? Honest mechanics.

I got some pretty bad advice at other auto shops and needed an honest place. Cleggs was recommended to me, and at first they said they couldn't find anything wrong. But when I went in the manager Cameron went out of his way to hear the story and brought the tech in to hear as well. They spent another 4 hours doing diagnostics and finally found the problem! It was so good after hundreds of dollars elsewhere to finally know what the problem was. And Cleggs only charged me the original charge, the extra 4 hours were free, surprisingly at their insistence. Very pleased with their customer service.

I've only taken my car to these guys a couple of times. They've been great both times. My car had some fuel issues. It has been a nightmare for me to diagnose so I'd paid them to figure it out. It turned into a nightmare for them too. They weren't able to definitively figure out what was wrong, but they were able to point me towards some possibilities I hadn't thought of. I really appreciated that the only charged me for the first hour of diagnosis despite dedicated a number of hours to figure it out.

I just adore this place and the employees. I've only ever had positive experiences. The prices are reasonable and I always am given clear expectations on what I'm paying for and if there would be any ranges in a cost. When I'm in the waiting room, the way I hear them talk among each other, on the phone to customers, and to others that walk in is ALWAYS kind and with respect. I recommend them to everyone and will continue taking my vehicles here.

I paid $85.91 for a Clegg vehicle inspection. A lot of it was just an online vehicle search of prior services. For example, I was told I needed an oil change. They did not check my oil. They looked at the sticker on my window that was 2-yrs old. I actually had just recently changed my oil and my vehicle said it was still at 80% oil life. They told me I needed to change my spark plugs, and filters. Those too had recently been replaced. They told me I had a power steering leak and an oil leak. But, they needed $107 to determine where the leak was.I took my vehicle to Big-O in Payson the next day. They found the source of the oil leak for free and said that the power steering was not leaking. The Clegg inspection did check a lot of other things that I felt were less important like the fluid levels and my headlights and such. But I feel like I got more useful information from Big-O s free inspection than I did from Clegg s $85.91 inspection. Ultimately, I did not use any information from the Clegg inspection and feel like it was really a waste of my money. I don t plan on ever going back to Clegg. I feel like I received better service from Big-O in Payson.Clegg has a great reputation and is a great company even employees at Big-O said Clegg is a great shop. I just did not have a good experience there. So, it is probably just an anomaly.

Clegg's auto is the best body shop I've used. They're friendly, helpful and efficient and they don't overcharge. I had a dent in my car. I went to another place and they estimated the repair. It was too expensive, so I went to Cleggs for a second estimate. Their estimate was 700 dollars less than the first estimate so I could tell they were honest, but it was still a lot of money (it wasn't a repair insurance would help with). I asked if they could try just pulling the dent with a glue gun and they said they'd give it a shot. They managed to pull the dent so that it looked pretty good (not perfect, like a full repair, but good enough for me). Then they said they weren't going to charge me. It's hard to find auto repair places that put in an effort and don't try to price gouge you these days. I would strongly recommend Clegg Auto in Spanish Fork for body work.
