I'm admittedly different than most people in that I feel cars are the dumbest asset "investment" one can make so I buy used cars in solid mechanical condition in all cash - that's why I didn't care that the guy who backed into my car scratched it, I cared that the passenger side door didn't open! Going through the opposing parties car insurance they didn't seem to comprehend that no I didn't care about replacing the door I just WANTED IT TO OPEN. I went to Cascade Collision Repair for the insurance estimate and I told the guy that and he came outside confused and said "You just want the door to open?" and he went back inside, got a tool, tugged on the wheel well panel for about two seconds and boom my door was fixed - FOR FREE! Extremely satisfied with my free service and that I was able to drop the claim and not have to needlessly jack up insurance rates for that other guy. It was funny because the guy who fixed it from Cascade Collision was like "you don't want your car fixed" and in my head I'm like "it is fixed!", but I really said "no, I'm good". Great experience.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Cascade Collision Repair. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They managed to mess up every single aspect of their service.First off, my truck was delivered back to me in a broken condition (see pictures attached) And the reason? Well, apparently their customer service representative couldn't be bothered to actually inspect what his technician had done. It's mind-boggling how such a basic step was overlooked.As if that wasn't enough, it took an excruciating three weeks for them to return my truck to me. After having to pay another $250+ on top of the already paid amount. I was promised a new tailgate, but when I finally got my truck back, the new tailgate looked terrible and nothing lined up. It's like they didn't even bother to properly install it.Communication? Non-existent. They must have a policy of ignoring customers because I can t remember receiving a single call from them throughout the entire ordeal after the first initial calls. It was always me having to chase them down for any information. How hard is it to keep a customer informed about the status of their vehicle? Clearly, they have no interest in providing decent customer service.Cascade Collision Repair has proven themselves to be a complete and utter disappointment. Don t be fooled by their 4.7 star rating. They failed on every level from communication to basic competence. My truck is still not fully put back together, and I m not letting them touch my truck anymore. I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.(the first 3 pictures are of when they delivered the truck back to me unfinished, the last 2 is what I have to deal with now)

From beginning to end, Cascade was professional, thorough and awesome. They always kept me up updated on the vehicle progress. The front staff are friendly and give genuine smiles. I came here because of Google reviews and a recommendation so I see it only fair to do a review. Even the insurance company checked the reviews when I told them where I wanted to go. My experience with Cascade collision was top-notch I was very impressed with their customer service the care of the vehicle, and the end product. I have no complaints. They kept me informed the whole time. Yes, there were hiccups, but that is normal with any repair process. I will 100% go back to them if I ever have any repair needs again.

Wonderful experience repairing my Honda CR-V! Everyone was very professional, the shop was clean and updated. Repairs were made in a reasonable amount of time, and we utilized their shuttle service for both dropoff and pickup. You can hardly tell anything ever happened to the car!

Excellent work and exceptional customer service I haven t seen in years. Estimate for time and money was exact. They went out of their way to make my inconvenience of not having a vehicle an easy experience. I wish every company had half of the customer experience they gave me. Thank you! This is the second time I have used them. After the first time, I didn t even hesitate to go back. I didn t bother to shop around. I didn t care if I could get it done cheaper somewhere else. Josh has been great and the repair looks perfect. I definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend cascade Collision in Spanish Fork. Josh was our contact and was amazing at keeping us informed through the entire process. We always knew what step in the process the car was. The car was finished exactly when we were told and was so clean and looked amazing. They made a not to great for us (needing a car repaired) thing a wonderful experience.

We were hit while at a stop light and got a quote from the Provo location for around about 2,000 for repairs (not at fault and using the at fault insurance for the claim). State farm said that the Provo location wasn't covered and we'd need to use the Spanish Fork location. But that it should not be a problem since it's in their database and they can just transfer. When we spoke to this location they had some questions as to how the other Cascade saw some of the damage (the bumper clips broke and you could clearly see the smashed crash impact bar and energy absober).Our car is old and we are planning on selling soon, and mentioned just want to be reimbursed for the damages done to our car and get some of the repairs done later. Once they found this out, they revised the $2000 estimate to $500 to "buff the bumper" and sent that to state farm. We have 3 other quotes for between 1500 and 2000 from other body shops. Let me tell you where I will NEVER be taking my vehicle to get ANY work done since they can't even give an honest estimate if it doesn't benefit them. Pics attached of the visible damage. Note they never actually even asked to see our car before changing the quote. Also, we've used the Provo location in the past, and they were fantastic, so if you have the choice I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

Cascade recently repaired my bumper after I was rear ended. They did a great job with the repairs and gave me text updates daily on the progress and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. I was also surprised to see that they cleaned my car interior when I picked it up, thank you so much cascade!

I don't normally leave reviews but Cascade Collision was great to me! A deer ran across state street of all places and destroyed the front part of our vehicle. When we picked up our vehicle, it looked brand new! At home, smoke came out of the hood. They came and got the car and brought it back to the shop. There was just an air pocket in the coolant. They got it back to me in a few hours. I'm so grateful for them!

I was in an accident in August of 2023. My insurance told me Cascade was the best and to have my repairs done there. They told me there was nothing to worry about because Cascade would warranty their work. My accident was pretty significant and I did not get my car back until October.A few days after receiving my car back I had to take it back to the shop because my driver side door was not secure. (I don't feel like I should have had to take it in for that) They fixed it no problems.Prior to my wreck my car was in perfect condition and everything worked. I just had to take it back in because I was getting frost on the inside of my front window, my rain sensing windshield wipers weren't working, and my usb ports were also not working. (The usb ports were literally working as I got in my accident.) I dropped it off on a Friday at opening and they told me they would call me in the afternoon. At 4 o'clock after not hearing anything, I called. They told me that they hadn't had the chance to look at it. (I totally understand they were busy, but they could have let me know they were keeping it over the weekend.) On Monday they called me told me that they don't think anything is wrong with the window and as far as my other issues I should just Google it. Ummm... are you kidding. I asked if the window guy had even looked at it and they said he hadn't been there yet. I had to beg for the window guy to come out and look at it. He finally agreed that he would. While I was waiting I called my insurance and told them they were being hesitant to warranty the repairs. Hours later they called me and said they did find a small leak and the window guy resealed it. They said they couldn't fix the usb ports because there is no way to know that were damaged in the accident. (Ok fine) The next morning, what do I have on the inside of my window? That's right frost. So did they even fix it? Am I being gaslighted?Hopefully if you get repairs here, you won't need warranty work because you will literally have to fight for them.

I stopped by Cascade Collision in Spanish Fork today to get an estimate for a repair. Josh the manager there offered to help me with a quick alternative fix that saved me @$2000. On top of that he offered me a cold drink and refused to charge me. I loved my experience today and am grateful that business is not always "as usual". Great experience!!

Overall Cascade Collision did an excellent job and I thought that they did an amazing job communicating the process. Especially Josh, that guy should be running the place. I did have to knock them a little bit on the rating just because of how they processed the insurance. For some reason they sent paperwork to the insurance and then received a check for that amount without actually ever looking at my truck. They also told me when I made my appointment that would only be two weeks, but it ended up being about four weeks. Josh took accountability that their office fumbled the paperwork in the beginning, and I thought that was excellent of them because I was ready to go pick up my truck and go somewhere else. But I m happy I didn t. I definitely will be returning if I ever need work done again.

Legend Collision Repair is the best around! We were hit by someone in an older white 4-door Ram truck who then ran away from the scene! Legend was the shop we chose. We chose them because they took care of a broken tail light and damage from us backing into a pole once and our car looked brand new when they finished. We were thrilled with customer service from start to finish. I'm posting a before picture of our hit and run episode and will post the after when we get our car back next week so stay tuned...Got our beautiful Volkswagen Touareg back today and it looks fabulous... brand new! So, it took a lot longer than we thought but it was worth the wait. Legend had to get a new hood from Germany and there were small parts that were ordered and took a while to arrive.

We had a blown tire on the passenger side of our truck. The passenger side was really damaged. Josh and Heidi kept us informed all thru the process. The Collision Center completed our repairs 1 week early than expected. The repairs look great! The truck looks as good as new..! I would HIGHLY recommend this Company! They did a good job AT FIRST and ALMOST finished my car. They sent me texts updating that everything was on track for two weeks. And then the day came that my car should be done and they messaged me that they forgot to order some of the parts and that it would take a month to get the remaining parts. I couldn't use a rental because my minor son needed to drive to school, so I asked for my car back. They were really hesitant to let me take my car back. I asked to see if and it was not even in the spy. It was parked out in the yard just sitting there. They wanted it to just sit there for a month. They eventually let me take it. They stoppedCommunicating with me. 6 weeks went by and no word of the parts were there. I called and they still weren't there

Cascade Collision was awesome! My car looks amazing and their text updates kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I even got to pick my car up a day early. I hope I don't need to, but if ever I need my car repaired again I will definitely be using Cascade Collision.

They did a fantastic job. The estimated cost was great. It ended up costing just a little less. They finished the work in less time than they estimated as well mainly due to their ability to get the parts in quickly.The automated system they use is great for knowing where your vehicle is in the process. Plus you get updates from Josh that give more information. Josh is great at answering questions and anticipating your needs.I have had them do work many times and am always pleased with the care and service. The warranty is an awesome service.Update: I had to return my truck for new repairs due to another driver's inattention. Again, Cascade Collision Repair did fantastic work! The crew was able to assist me in getting a bed liner as part of the repair process. It did cost me additional since I didn't have one to begin with, but it was easier and better than doing it after the repair. Repairs were excellent. You couldn t even tell there was any damage done to the van. It looked brand new. I was also amazed that they cleaned and washed the inside of the van. It was a pleasant surprise. They also took the car to an emissions shop near by to get the on the spot renewal done for me at my request as the registration was due to expire close to the time the repairs were to be done. It was awesome to have cascade help us out. My stress level went way down.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wish they would ve been more clear on the finish date. When asked he immediately told me 2 weeks, which is part of the reason I went with them. It ended up taking a week later than that and they acted like that was normal. I would ve liked the expectations to be better. Overshoot the time instead of undershooting it. Thought about 4 stars but don t want to taint their reputation because the repair itself was extremely well done!

Great communication - text updates were great and someone always answers the phone when I call. They called me or texted with questions and concerns instead of just guessing. They also gave suggestions on how I could save money with issues that came up and offered help wherever they could. Fantastic service and the car looks great.

We came to cascade based off the reviews. They had high ones, seemed to do their job right, even get your car done early. We had high hopes, and boy were we so wrong.The communication started good, but cascade delayed it a week because they didn t follow up with my insurance on a quote. They asked me to call the insurance to figure out what the hold up was. I had to take time out of work to call my insurance and figure out what the hold up was. I got it expedited to cascade because of how much they dragged their feet. Just to learn that the estimator from cascade didn t include the tow bill in the first estimate to my insurance, so then we had to wait another couple of days to get that processed. And then they finally were able to start the process of buying the parts for my car. They say that the take care of the details, but don t be fooled. You ll have to micromanage them just to make sure things are done and someone is actually caring to get your car done.On July 12, they texted us and said hi ___ we are nearing completion. We will text you if there are any delays and then later that day they said that they are waiting for a hood hinge. and are still on track for the pick up date. (July 20th). We got a text on July 20th, the day we were supposed to pick it up, that they didn t order a headlight assembly kit. They got the assembly kit and said that they wouldn t get to my car that day. They aren t prioritizing due dates they missed, they just working on other peoples cars and ignoring the people who are waiting for their car. They confirmed with us on the 26th that the part came in and they said we wouldn t have time to get to it today. Hopefully tomorrow .They said they were nearing completion on the 12th. How do you say you re assembling the car for 8 days, just to say you didn t order something. It does not take 8 days of assembly to figure out you don t have parts. That means you were just sitting on my car not working on it. Therefore, delaying the expected pick up date. Like, what were you doing with my car? That is absolutely ridiculous because of something your team didn t do. You should be checking inventory prior to assembling the car instead of delaying it TWICE due to you having a negligent staff.I then got a call after we picked up our car saying we have to come back down due to forgetting to put a sticker on my car. This place isn t close to my house, so it would be very out of my way to go get that out on, just to turn around and come back home. I have no reason to go back down there.Don t go to cascade, save your time and go to a real repair shop. On the bright side, cascade should be happy that their have Heidi, because she is the best employee they got. She was so patient and so kind to us. Unfortunate that the rest of the staff isn t like Heidi.
