Carter's Glass did an outstanding job in replacing all of the exterior windows on our home. The change to the appearance of the house is amazing. We've also seen savings in the efficiency of the home.Jeff is excellent to work with - very knowledgable on the different types of glass and framing we could consider - very accommodating relative to our schedules and timing. We won't call anyone else!

Jeff Carter is the Best. Hands on. Gave us a great bid. Came and completed windows on time. Older home . Looks awesome. Friendly. Detail oriented. Could not be happier.

Amazing! My side view mirror was shattered and he fixed it in less than 20 minutes while I watched. I would highly recommend them! Watching him cut a new mirror from the glass was fascinating.

These guys came in way below everybody else in the surrounding area in price. I compared Safelite repair and two brothers glass and these guys beat them by hundreds of dollars. They were really quick on service and had a great local feel to them. I would recommend them for anyone's glass replacement!

We got Carter s glass to come out and look at our windows because the glass was coming away from the plastic frame and our windows were a little warped. They came and did a free estimate which was really nice and they gave us a great price. They aren t super timely or friendly, but they did a good job. We were happy with the price and the estimate.

Carter s Glass has always done an excellent job for us, both at our own home and at our rental properties. They have replaced windows, sliding glass doors, screen doors and broken windows. Their prices are very reasonable.They really know what they re doing when it comes to windows and doors. I highly recommend Carter s Glass.

Rock chip repair was very reasonably priced. They were nice when I called in and I was able to get a quick appointment. Awesome!!

Had my broken Rv window glass replaced at Carters glass. They were fast less than 24 hours did a good job and even managed to match the privacy tint exactly. Best of all pricing was way less then I expected. Going them first for all my glass needs now forsure!

I had an expensive vintage mirror shatter into pieces wasn t really sure what to do until a friend referred me to Carter s! I dropped it off explained the situation- within a few days Kade was able to cut out the unique shape for a very affordable price. Extremely happy as a first time customer!

I ordered a custom piece from them and it was done so fast! They were excellent in their communication and execution of the piece. I m so excited to hang it up in our home! They even offered to come and install it for me which was so considerate of them. I will be using them again for all of my glass needs!

I started a hobby project this spring that I need small pieces of glass for an 1/8 scale railroad caboose. I asked what they recommend for windows. Glass or plexiglass? They said glass was cheeper and not a big deal. They were able to measure and cut while I waited The store was not busy when I went. I got a beautiful mirror from these guys a day or two ago. They offered to do a custom order and I got it that very same night that I submitted the order. I could not recommend this place more, I am obsessed with my mirror and their professionalism! 10/10 would recommend Carter's Glass

We had a strange experience, they showed up to replace an upstairs window, and did not bring a ladder. My husband had to go get his ladder out and set it up for them, so they could do their job. They pushed the old window out and it fell onto our deck and shattered, then they got in their truck to leave without cleaning up the glass. My husband stopped them told them them they could not run our credit card for the balance until the job was done, so they got out of the truck (asked to use our broom as dustpan - as they didn't bring any), to clean up the glass on our deck, under the deck and in the grass. We have a new window... but I really have no idea how they are still in business when they operate this way.

While the front desk might not be the most friendly on the phone or in person as mentioned in other reviews, I wouldn't say it was rude, just abrupt and dry, but the work done is quality and the price couldn't be better. I will definitely come here for any more glass work I need done.

Not impressed at all. Ordered a pain of glass for our desk and was told it would arrive on Monday the 9th or Tuesday the 10th. Went in on the 11th to follow up and order another pain of glass. The woman at the desk informed us that our glass wasn t on the calendar and it wouldn t be done this week. Not to mention her customer service wasn t great. I d look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. They came out to do an estimate the guy never even introduced himself just walked in measured my table and left. I waited a few days never heard back. I called and the lady told me it was probably lost with no apology. I called again asked if they could come out the guy said he would check his calander and took my info. Why couldn't he check with me on the phone? He never called me back though. So as far as there product goes I have no idea if it is great but customer service was horrible.

The person who showed up to give us a quote didn't seem very professional. In fact we are pretty sure was hungover. He said he'd send the quote that same day, but never did. Said he'd sent it the next day. Never did. Finally he sent us our quote and he forgot a few items on the quote. I think he's the owner's son, and if he was then he's going to run the business into the ground. We got another quote from Jone's glass, they were friendly, and about 200.00 cheaper.

I replaced the glass on half of my basement window and it didn't cost much! They are fast at getting it done and they do really good work! I will be coming here for anymore glass needs.

So rude on the phone. The lady who answered acted like it was such a chore to talk to me. Sorry I bothered you while you were doing your job. I won t make that mistake twice I will never ever come to this place.

Windshield replacement was about 75$ cheaper than anywhere else, made an appointment, dropped it off and it was done.

I went in for a small window there was no one there that could cut glass to the size I need I was kind of disappointed in my experience
