My Subaru needed service at 60,000 miles. I got quotes from four different garages, and then I came to learn about Bones Automotive. Cameron is one of those rare types of mechanics who will go above and beyond for his customers.Not only was his quote reasonable, additionally in my case, he was able to find the supplier of the OEM parts that needed replacement and get the exact same parts without OEM markup. He showed up promptly and was done in the specified timeframe. The one regret I have is that I didn't learn about his services sooner!

Cam came out and did the work on my front brakes and rotors; he gave me a great price and did the work within the hour. Awesome dude, awesome company, amazing service; I ll definitely be using Bones again!!

Cam is the man, anything from being locked out of your car, to your car, needing new parts. Quick, reliable, and so fairly priced. Do not hesitate to reach out for his services. I would give him 10 stars if I could, he knows his stuff

I have used Bones several times. I love how easy it is to get my car fixed while I am working.They are priced right. Quick. Efficient. Cameron and Bones Automotive is fantastic! I ve used him several times for various problems. When I go to mechanics they always tell me to fix more things than I originally planned, but with Cameron he is really good about telling me how much longer I can safely wait before fixing minor problems. It is great having a mechanic that I trust. Definitely give them a call if you have any mechanic needs.

I will do my best to leave emotions out of it. All in all, super disappointed and frustrated.I had them replace my struts, master cylinder, brake booster, rear brake drums and shoes.The struts seem to be working fine. No issues there. And honestly, probably a good price.The rest has been a nightmare getting work redone at a more competent shop. I got my truck back with a soft pedal (it wasn't before). He never had said anything about it, just drove off and hoped I wouldn't know any better (putting my safety and business at risk).When I called him out he came and tried bleeding the brakes again. He couldn't figure it out. Then he claimed it must be the parts I supplied and that no shop around could fix it. His response was "what do you expect me to do, bleed them 5 more times?"What I expect is that a licensed mechanic will have the proper equipment and expertise to do the job I hired him to do. And not to blame the customer in an aggressive manner for their own incompetence.I had it fixed the next day from Dickerson Automotive. He did refunded me for the brake bleed but I am still quite upset with how I was treated and told it was my fault and there was nothing he could do.Then the truck has brake wobbling not even 1 week later. Come to find out it was the rear brake drums and shoes that he had replaced causing the issue. Dickerson's was able to replace them and get rid of the wobble very quickly. He offered to come out and fix it, but how can I trust him to fix it when he blamed the bad break bleed on me and couldn't even do it himself? I wouldn't let him touch my truck with a 10' pole after the first encounter we had.Terrible customer service. Aggressive towards his customers. Won't issue a refund for the brake drums since I won't let him touch the truck to fix it. Save your money and pay a competent mechanic with the proper equipment to do the job that will treat you right and own up to their mistakes without being confrontational.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes

awesome.we were on an 8 hour trip, 2 hours in one brake calliper popped a seal and we were stranded.after the insurance company dispatched Bones Automotive Cameron showed up.We were so lucky to have broken down in front of an automotive parts shop, and they had the spare parts we needed.In less than 1 hour the car was repaired and we were back on the road.As Italian this level of service of mobile mechanics is unheard of.we felt we were helped by some sort of superhero.Thanks alot Cameron, you saved our vacation.

Cameron has fixed my car while I was at work and my wife s car while she was at home with kids. Saved me time leaving work and my wife having to bring kids into a shop with her. Great work and good price. Definitely would recommend him to anyone

Came on time. Very efficient and communicative. Giving 3 stars becuase he charged me $60 for a 5 min diagnoses. Not bad service but definitely not great.

Cameron and crew are GREAT! He did a fast job on my brakes and rotors and it was so convenient. I used to do mechanical repairs myself, but it s much less trouble to let the pros do it. I was referred by another shop as I was pretty panicky since I visit multiple clients homes daily for my livelihood and found vehicle needing an urgent repair asap.I was very pleased with all aspects of service! So grateful they were able to fit me in quickly.I'm hopeful I've found a new go to place whenever I'm in need of mechanic and one I can/will recommend to local family & friends. The guy came to my house and did my brakes while I was off to a roofing job. I literally had no time but when I got home the car was all done. Brakes, shocks, and a sensor. Stuff I had been putting off for so long and he just saved me tons of time. They showed up to inspect my brakes within an hour of calling them and they had it fixed in less than a day once the parts came in. My truck was stranded in the parking lot of an automotive company that couldn't fix it, and they were able to fix it there without me having to figure out a tow. I posted on a page on Facebook needing some work done on my car they claimed they can do it I messaged them sent them all they needed and got a response that s on the edge of our service area and it s not worth it for that small of a job very unprofessional if you are a mobile company and I m still in your service area and I am paying for the service then no job should be to small.
