Logan was super helpful and helped us with a battery that was really difficult, but stuck through it till the end! Everyone was really nice and there just was good energy here. I can tell they really care about cars and doing a good job. I had to drive farther cause they were the only ones with the battery I needed and it was worth it because of how helpful they were.

Me and my mom came here for some new windshield wipers, they helped us find the right kind for our car and then saw us putting them on after we got to the parking lot. It was raining and we were not doing it very good and one of the employees came and helped us put them on. They were very helpful and nice

Despite the chilling cold Aidan H. Stuck it out and put new windshield wipers on my Ford Falcon.As a result I was able to get my friend to the airport on time.His coworker (who s name I have forgotten;) was also super cheerful and friendly. They made my time and experience at Autozone remarkably painless.Thanks Aidan H. !!

Came here because my check engine light was on. They scanned the codes and identified the problem. Then, instead of trying to sell me an expensive part they suggested a very low cost solution. Hint: clean the mass air flow sensor. It worked and the check engine light went off.

They've always been very helpful. This trip I had them test my car battery and it was bad. That helped me replace it before it died completely and left us stranded.

Had the stuff we needed in stock, unlike orielly auto parts. The store was not crowded when we got there, but could have been lit up a little better (it seemed kind of dark). Also the card reader was having a risky tough time during checkout. But overall it was a quick stop.

Not helpful at all, called in to ask if they had something in stock and the employee who answered said come in and see . I called so the employee could check for me and actually do his job. This is an inconvenience because I live 20 minutes away! 0/10 experience!

I want into the Spanish Fork location to have my car battery checked. Not only did Christopher quickly determined the battery was bad, he also installed the new one in! Excellent customer service! I will be a repeat customer at this location!

Our car blew a break line on our roadtrip from Tennessee to Idaho so we stopped at the Spanish Fork AutoZone. Unfortunately we weren t able to fix it ourselves, but the evening manager Don was so kind and helpful by giving us a mechanic buddy s number and even offering for us to crash in the parking lot while we waited for the shop next door to open the next morning. Patricia was also so nice, lots of staff came to ask how we were doing, and everyone was understanding and patient with us while we posted up. Big thanks to the Spanish Fork AutoZone for their help and I really can t say enough how grateful we are for their kindness. Also, not a bad view from the parking lot! Gorgeous mountains!

Have been in many times to get small parts. Majority of the time, they are very helpful. Some times you will get an employee whom seems bothered by questions.

This visit was fantastic! The guy that helped us was extremely helpful!We had tried to find a part at three other places with no luck. Fortunately they had the right part. Price was fair. Really got us out of a jam.Would have given them five stars, because of this visit, BUT i have gone in there before and couldn't find anyone to help. Like no one at the counter or coming to the front.I'll give them another shot.

Great selection, horrible staff. They ignored me when I said I was ready to checkout because they were having their own conversation among other staff. They heard me, looked at me and then kept talking to each other while totally blowing me off. It was pretty weird has never happened to me before.

Patricia at AutoZone was so helpful. We were on a long road trip and the rental company gave us a car low on coolant and windshield wiper fluid. Patricia helped us pick out the fluid needed, topped us off and checked our oil. Roadtrip angel!

Went in to buy a part and get an alternator/battery check because my car wasn t starting well. Kadence and Miles helped us out and determined that the battery was bad and not holding a charge. They were so helpful and professional! Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you guys!

What a great experience! Jake and another employee stayed open after close waiting on me to pull in with a battery problem. They promptly made a warrantee exchange and swapped the battery out for me. Two thumbs up guys!!!

Edit 08/2022: This review could be out of date. I haven't been back since my review two months ago. To give this local store the benefit of the doubt, I'm upping my review to 3/5 stars from 1/5. Hopefully this location improves, but based on other recent reviews, it hasn't.Original review:1/5 starsThe new store manager has been turning the store into a shipping depot. They never have rentals in anymore and send you to other locations. What it the point of even having this location?
