Had some snowmobiles repaired. Diagnosis and estimated cost was right on. They had some trouble getting OEM parts on time (not their fault) but kept me up to date on the progress. Wes was great to work with.

Theses guys communication sucks they didn't fix what I sent it in for now it has more problems and they charged me for 4 different serpentine belts paid almost $800 to still have problems

Absolutely the best! The owner and employees are so caring and courteous. They will do everything they can to help you out. If I could give them 10 STARS I would. Bought a vehicle from them and have had them fix my UTV that another company failed to fix and the did it for 1/4 the $$. No matter what powersports or motorcycle or vehicle you have, call them. I haven't found a business to their standard in well over a decade. Very professional, personable, caring and experienced. They also rent camp trailers and powersports. Check them out immediately!

Finding an auto service company you really trust is a nightmare. You have to try a handful of places before you find someone worth coming back to. I m lucky and found Active Auto recently and have come back with all my vehicles (trucks, European cars, and family cars).Andrew and the team we re quick to respond and keep me updated on things. They know what they re doing no matter what kind of vehicle. Pricing was fair and the service was great. I ll be recommending all my friends and family here.

I got a killer deal on a beautiful F-150 from these guys! It was a super easy transaction and I m loving the truck! I loved working with these guys and their entrepreneurial ambitions they have to have great customer satisfaction and expanding their business... they also fixed my diesel VW Jetta and saved me more than 1/2 the cost of what other shops quoted me at for this repair.

Found this place to be subpar. Paid for a thorough pre-purchase inspection of a truck in which they sent it back to me with flying colors. I ended up finding many problems down the road after bringing it to other places and driving it for a few weeks. I do not believe they did good work.

I had activ auto install a lift on my car and I am very satisfied with the work! A job well done! Really friendly and honest people to work with. Will buy a vehicle from them in the future for sure
