I came at the end of the day. Front desk was rude . Ppl up front saw I was white and assumed I didn t know Spanish. I know enough to hear they were belittling me, once again thinking I didn t know anything. Positive thing was I got back quickly . But 26$ for a flat repair I feel that s a rip off.

This was my first transaction with Victor's Tires and they treated me like I was an old friend. They saved me money, replaced my tires and wheels very quickly, and they even helped me calibrate the tire pressure sensor, which I didn't know how to do. I was at the location in State Street near 33rd South in Salt Lake, and Oscar was fantastic to work with. I will be happy to go back for my next set of tires. They also offer a very good warranty on new tires along with free basic services like rotations.

Victor's put the wrong size tires on different size rims. I have smaller size tires and wheels on the front than back. They completely screwed it up. I had to have Discount tire fix the problem.

Would not recommend this place. They're dont know how to respect people,. Definitely. We came to this place, ask them nicely, had no intention to be a low baller, I just want to negotiate! ask them for the best advice, and i could probably bought wheels from them if they treat me good instead of they disrespected us to send my old wheels to the recycler. Man, I just asked you guys to make a trade with my old OEM wheels, another stores do the trades! Well anyway you guys did a great job! Keep doing that!

I bought four new tires, when I did, they over torqued my lug nuts so tightly there was some damage to my lug bolts. I went back in today and asked them to use a torque wrench, because I know they did not when they installed them, because after replacing my brakes myself, some tires were tight, some were loose.I went in and asked them to use a torque wrench and the cashier got snotty with me and said we always torque to 80ft lbs. well I asked the tech while they were working in my car and he said we do not have torque wrenches here, we use an impact gun This not only shows a lack of professionalism, but also shows the service advisors don t care.The tech was cool, I asked him not to over tighten them so he did just that.Never coming here again

This is my first EVER bad review. I usually don t leave any reviews but this one is super necessary!The tires they have me was all season tires. I paid approximately $650 for all 4 tires but it s not worth it because it didn t even last me a a full year! I had at least 5 incidents where the tires did not have enough traction and let me to almost get in a crash.I m pretty sure these tires are probably used based on the experience I ve had driving my car.For those that are wanting to get tires, just go to Samsclub and Costco get all season tires for around the same same price(they re new) and they have really great traction.I m hoping other people can learn from my mistake and that s why I m leaving this review! Very disappointed in the way they handled the conversation when I went to talk to them in person.

I had an overall awful experience with this this place. Having my tires changed out barely yesterday, the check tire pressure light came immediately during my drive away. I called and spoke to a manager wanting this issue resolved, I was met with terrible customer service in which they failed to acknowledge my issue. This isn t the first thing this has happened, as my husbands tires nearly off after having his tires changed at this exact location. Just due to scheduling conflicts this was the only location I could go to. Terrible customer service and to top it all of, I still have to pay for their mistake.

This place cost me $160 for 1 tire yes I needed it and didn't have a choice cause only place open on a holiday. I went to Carlos tires next day and got all 4 tires for $280 mounted and balanced!

Only places open Sunday & was highly recommended by my tow truck driver. I was not disappointed.. they fixed my scraped wheels when putting the new tires on & I saw how fast they did everything... nice tip worthy!

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I've gone to other Victor locations and had a good experience this location was not the case. After buying two brand new tires I had a bubble protruding out of one of them the very next day I went over to their location to have this problem resolved, the person helping me at the counter insisted that the tire with the bubble was not the one they were placed essentially making accusations that I'm either a liar or an idiot. Absolutely would not recommend and I will not ever spend money there again. Incredibly unprofessional!

Paid for alignment with my new tires and the store said I needed to go to another location to finish the alignment because that location couldn't do it. Came in 2 months later to get the alignment fixed and they said they wont do it because it s been too long.COMPLETE SCAM.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING

I have a very HARD TO FIND size tire for my FIAT 500. They had the tire in stock and sold it for the best price around. 100/10 recommend !!!

Went to get words put on the tires but after waiting for two plus hours, having to walk to AutoZone in the heat, blocks away from the tire shop... We STILL ended up driving away with only two of the tires, halfway done AND had to just watch YouTube and do it ourselves, which came out better than what they attempted because after driving seven miles home... The letter's THEY did were the ONLY one's that had fell off. I've had better experiences with victor's tires when they just had the ONE location off 1300 south!

Overall, I m grateful they got me in on a Sunday, but I definitely would not recommend this place.They got me in fast on a Sunday on short notice for a single tire patch ($20). However, definitely check their work. They put my spare back on the passenger rear side after I d asked them to put the spare back in the spare spot. They corrected that when I asked them to. They also swiped my custom valve cap on the tire that needed a patch and replaced it with a cheap plastic one. When I confronted the guy about it at the desk, he went back and grabbed my custom one. The employees were also having a conversation amongst themselves while I was in the lobby about how white people aren t supposed to be able to work there why you gotta say garbage like that?

Wanted $40 per tire to dismount and mount an ATV tire. He said It take my guy 2 hours per tire to change it over, they are really hard to change cuz it s so small These guys are not good at their job basically.

I took my daily driver in to swap from winter to my all season tires. I drive my daily driver 100 miles a day and up Parleys Canyon every day it has taken me as far as Logan, Wendover, and monthly to Tooele. Needless to say I know my car and I know how it it handles oh, I also Ensure that it remains dependable.Today after the tire swap I got on the highway and at 50 mph the car shook violently, I return the vehicle explain to them what happened they said they would rebalance the front tires. This return and wait time wasted an hour of my day. When they were done I asked him if there was any guarantee on their work Gilberto, stated rebalancing my tires is the favor he did for me without charging me. Obviously this not go out with me I reminded Gilberto he should have did it right in the first place, and I shouldn't be charged the problem that they caused. And if they need to recognize that they just wasted my time. He kept telling me he would bounce my tires I explained to him that when I left the store the s*** should work. I have to directly if it would he said it would. I drove home tires are still not balanced.Obviously just didn't work out for me good luck with you I would return again the next time I have time off I'll take it to a shop with a better reputationThis was at the state street location in SLC and 3300s

Phenomenal Service. These gentlemen replaced my tire at 8:30 am on a Sunday. They were fast and had the correct size in stock at a very reasonable price. 225/40R18

Best service, they are fast and right for my budget. You honestly can t go wrong. We got our front brakes done I m so thankful they r done we will be returning for more business. You can t go wrong they effectively and fast service.

I took my car here for an oil change and a set of new tires. They were fast and welcoming. I highly recommend coming here, they even have snap financing if repairs get too expensive for you. I had to come back another day for my oil change (which was prepaid for) and the mechanic remembered my vehicle and performed the service without any hassles. It was a great experience all around and I'll definitely be going back in the future for my car's maintenance.
