Since I have owned my 2011 Audi S-4, I have used Streamline Industries exclusively for service and repairs, and I have never been disappointed in the work Elf and Ken have done. I have found them to be extremely competent and passionate about their work. They could never say "that's good enough". They do the job until they can say "that's good!".I have found them to be completely honest and forthright. I intend to continue using their services and would highly recommend them for their ability and honesty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Prior to purchasing my 2013 Q5 this spring, the dealer inspected it and reported minimal to no issues. 6 months later multiple problems cropped up at the same time. A European auto mechanic gave me an estimate of 8k to fix the critical issues. Elf got in there, helped assess the reality of what was happening, then did great work on the vehicle. His honest, affordable approach saved my butt and got my Q5 quickly back in shape for my work commutes. Super grateful for their good hearted business model, and the excellent work when other shops aim to fleece you. Elf and Kenny are hands down the most experienced in the valley, maybe the known world. They diagnosed my Audi issues that no one else could, not even the guy Audi flew in from Germany, who wanted to rebuild my whole engine turned out to be a motor mount sensor, saved me 16k

Elf and Kenny are hands down the best mechanics for Audi and VW cars in Salt Lake City maybe even Utah. Along side that they are fast, good souled people that actually saved me a ton of time and money actually fixing my car and guiding me with what was actually happening. I bought my first Audi about 2 months ago I loved it so much then after I got it tuned from these guys it s a entirely different experience to drive a well tuned car and I love it even more so go check these guys out.

Elf and Ken over at Streamline Industries are fantastic!! They are always upfront and transparent when it comes to any repairs!! They always make sure you understand what s going on! Never have I felt taken advantage of! Their prices on parts/labor are very reasonable considering the quality of work they do!! I will not trust my R32 with any other shop!! Thanks again guys!!

Elf scammed my parents on a turbo replacement gone wrong on a alh 1.9t about 15 years ago. They still talk about it. Turbo failed immediately after they installed it. They made my parents pay full pop for another. They had the tune wrong and gave some weak that s just how it goes explanation. My dad was in Afghanistan, so my mom just payed them.Bad business.

Elf and Kenny are legends in the Audi game. I've owned many Audi's over a couple decades and have had many different mechanics over the west coast. Streamline Industries charges a fair price for professional work. They are knowledgeable about the cars on a scientific level to that they can answer theoretical questions that may present themselves. They are quick on the work needed and great at communicating issues that arrise during the process. I could go on and on about how great they are. If you have an Audi and are looking for the best mechanics around, look no further. Hat's off to Streamline. Best in the business

Went because the dealer said my Q3 was lowered in the front and that s why my headlights were aimed low. Kenny and Elf took one look said those are all stock suspension pieces and then adjusted my lights up for no charge. 20 mins and I was done. Great guys and great service. Couldn t have been happier and I ll definitely be back.

Elf and Ken are amazing! They know Audis like no one I've ever met. They tuned my S4 and transformed it into such an awesome ride! Elf takes extra time to explain what needs to be done with the vehicle and why. Honest, fair price. I have had him repair several things on our 3 cars...always great! I have referred several friends to him and they have been very happy as well. The Streamline team is without a doubt the most trusted, honest and reliable service team in the entire fold of German cars. In my specific case, I took my Audi A3 in for an upgrade to the air filter system. They walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable modifying my car which was great being that it was my first time ever modifying a vehicle. Turns out not only are they the absolute best in the entire city (you could argue western US), but they actually charged me less than other mechanics wanted to charge for the cold air intake. That s when I knew these guys were legit. I showed up to the shop and was taken in to the car bay and they showed me exactly what they would be doing. Overall it was a great experience and honestly these dudes are just awesome. I was even curious to tune my engine, which they did professionally and again walked me through every step. I left not only with a very perfectly stage 1 tuned Audi, but it was done very professionally and with care. The owner walked me through every detail of knowledge before I left, sat with me and showed me what he did on the computer tuning system and I left with more knowledge than when I came here. Good dudes, great service. And not to mention they repaired a Touareg for me years ago and perfectly did that job as well. Don t go anywhere else.

I had a horrible experience at Strong VW. They misdiagnosed the issue and wanted $1,000.00 to do a carbon cleaning on the engine to fix my engine light. I refused. I brought to Streamline Industries where I was treated like a valued customer. They immediately and correctly identified my bad coil. They charged me half the price and actually fixed the issue. These guys are sparkling Diamonds in a vast sea of Manure in the Auto repair business. Elf the owner will always stop what he is doing and spend considerable time with you one on one and answering questions and going into great detail regarding your situation. He and his assistant are both seasoned vets and certified Audi Mechanics. They are both very transparent on every thing they do and also with their pricing upfront before any work commences. It is rare these days to find someone as knowledgeable, friendly, and honest as these guys are. They have a new customer for life in our family.Highly recommended.

Elf is the best shop owner I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Countless regular service intervals, the standard high mileage repair work, mods to the max, I've always felt good about spending my money with these guys. Previously had work done here on my 2012 Audi Q5 and called to get a quote on a few things. My man Elf gave me so much helpful information as I was at a crossroads of fixing up my current car problems, getting a new Q5 or going with a different car all together. He took up a solid 15 min or so of his time just to give me helpful information to help me make an informed decision which I super appreciate.I've had work done here before, and will always return, especially where you get honest input, which in this case actually "cost them" not getting my business for a repair. Great experience with Streamline. Got a new turbo, wheel bearing, and cv boot installed in just over a day. Elf kept me updated throughout the entire process as to what the timeline was looking like. Highly recommend.

Honestly best shop I've ever been to. I used to dread anytime my car needed work, but working with these guys has been great. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and fair and they understand what myDiesel Volkswagen needs. I feel confident in them. The only downside is how busy they are because they are so great!

Have had our 2011 Tiguan in twice, once for a major turbo repair and second time today for an oil leak. Elf and Ken are great! Was able to drop car off today and expected it back on Friday. They jumped on it, called me with the repairs needed and the estimated price. Called later and said it was ready and we got car back the same day. Elf and every stuff here are extremely patient and helpful! I brought my Audi A6 to their place, they successfully fixed the check-engine light issue, without overcharging anything at all.
